Five Stars for Valley Fireplace, Phoenix…read more I recently called Valley Fireplace for help with a gas fireplace that would not light. DJ came out the very next day, arrived right on time, immediately identified the issue, and fixed it on the spot. It turned out to be a very minor problem. Instead of rushing out the door, DJ took the extra time to walk me through how the ignition system works, pointing out what each part does and how to keep it working smoothly. He only charged for the service call. No upsell. No scare tactics. This was a night and day difference compared to another Phoenix fireplace company I had called first, who tried to convince me that the entire ignition assembly needed to be replaced at a very high cost. That turned out to be completely unnecessary. Valley Fireplace was honest, responsive, and fair. They earned my trust and my future business. I highly recommend Valley Fireplace and DJ in particular.

The company then told me that it needed yet another part but they couldn't order the needed part, so I had to find it and order it and they would install. Finally, I found DJ, who discovered that the 2026 company had installed the wrong part and that is why the fireplace still didn't work!
