100 Recommend! Rena bailed us out in a pinch. Our braider canceled last minute and we found Rena on Yelp. What a God send. She was warm and friendly with a very chill vibe and easy to connect with. She was clear with expectations but also flexible to our needs. You do have to send a deposit and the transit fee ahead of time but with Zelle it was super easy. When the hair that I got was accidentally too short, Rena adjusted to make it work and educated me on what to do differently next time. The braids were for my daughter (11) who said this was the most comfortable braiding experience she has had (and we've tried many). I would definitely recommend this business based on the customer service alone, but she also does great work! Rena was professional, was on time, and worked fast. I called to inquire about a particular style for my girlfriend. Rena took her time to listen and asked follow up questions to make sure she understood what I was asking for. She asked me to send her a picture and remained on the phone until she got it. She looked at it carefully and then asked me to look up the style by its name to make sure that it was what I wanted, all while remaining on the phone with me. When I asked for a price, she asked follow up questions instead of "throwing out" a price. I appreciated her commitment to understanding the assignment before quoting me.
