Good service, responsive. They replied to my request and sent a technician the next day. Very professional, fast service.

Unfortunately, my experience with this plumbing company has been extremely disappointing. After…read moreTHREE technician visits, my bathroom issue is still not properly fixed. The first technician replaced a part that apparently did not need to be replaced, and the original problem continued. The second technician made an adjustment that did not resolve the issue. On top of that, the hot/cold water settings were switched. His proposed solution was for me to manually paint stripes to identify which side was hot and which was cold instead of actually correcting the problem. Then a THIRD technician came out and wanted to charge me again to replace yet another part, plus additional labor. He adjusted the water so it no longer comes out cold, but now the temperature basically goes from warm to extremely hot. Once again, the job was not properly completed. My experience has also been inconsistent because each visit involved a different technician, and the level of knowledge and workmanship seemed to vary significantly. After three visits, multiple attempted fixes, and money already spent, my bathroom is STILL leaking and I am left with another problem involving the water temperature. I hired a plumbing company because I expected a professional diagnosis and a complete repair--not repeated visits, different explanations, additional proposed charges, and half-completed work. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. I would rather pay a reputable plumbing company to diagnose and repair the problem correctly the first time than continue paying for attempted fixes that leave me with unresolved issues.

Hector did a repair & paint job at my home. They finished today. The primary goal that I had was…read morethe repair and painting was secondary. The painting guys did really well and my carpet was not damaged and my furniture was ok and the furniture was moved and returned to the right place. The painters were nice and respectful and if you have a PAINT ONLY job they can do it. The repair was terrible. Really terrible. Really really terrible. They were planning to fix the drywall with shortcuts and when asked to have it fixed right, I was charged more to fix it right compared to the quoted price. I was ok to pay a little more if the job was done right and we told him that the main concern was to do the job right. I would have give a great review if it was done right even if it costed more. We agreed on a new price and the work continued. The texturing is really bad and doesn't match. When I told the crew that the texturing was terrible they said they weren't done yet and it would be better when they finished so we stayed out of their way so they can finish the work. They just painted over the bad texturing. Also, the answer on the quality of the repair is that my house is 20 years old and they don't make that texture anymore. And that I can see it because I know the repairs but others can't see it. This is not legitimate, texture doesn't have a time limit! And I will let you be the judge if you can see it or not. Overall I think I should've been told that the texture would not match and had the option to find alternatives before work stared. I was instead told they did this all the time, it would not be noticeable, and they can even build a whole house with the team that they have. The guys that did the texturing sprayed other walls and that did not get cleaned either before painting on top of it making a bigger mess. Although wiping down the walls before paint was in the quoted price and agreement, not a single wall was cleaned or wiped down proir to painting. The guys that did the texturing didn't really care about the work and kept going with the wrong texture.

Excellent company! This was a major project they did for me. The existing wood floor had to be…read moreremoved and was replaced with tile. The tile was a special type of installation with the smallest space between large tiles with a natural marble design on the tile where the veining had to match up throughout. These experts started by carefully protecting all surfaces and items that could not be moved out of my home. The project was on the second level so lots of going up and down for removal of the old floor, tile cutting, baseboard cutting and much more. The project was very involved, as it was the entire living area with a kitchen and a bathroom, and there were unexpected issues with the existing construction that needed to be addressed to complete the new floor. They were amazing and knew exactly what to do with every aspect of the project, with extreme precision and skill. I was impressed with how talented everyone was. Highly professional, knowledgeable, skilled and meticulous. And with strong design recommendations for everything, if I wanted them, and I did want them - because they were great recommendations. They took the time at the very start to help me choose the most beautiful flooring possible, and kept the same level of creating a beautiful floor from start to finish. They even made selections for me during the project that were higher end that didn't add cost. Everything they did was outstanding. The level of skill of every type was incredible. The construction, carpentry, tile, plumbing, everything was performed at the highest level of excellence. And everyone was a dream to work with. They can do ANYTHING! Perfectly! I wish that I could have my entire home remodeled by Flooring Express and Remodeling! Everything looks so beautiful - I am so happy I cried over it. There is no one who has exceeded my expectations the way they did. And I am very particular. Look no further - this company can do everything beautifully. They are truly the best!
