Had an amazing time at the Granny After Party. I did the party bus tour and ended the night here. What a great place to end the night. From best Granny outfit contest, which I won and best twerking Granny contest. The service and food were good. The Korean Chicken was a must try . It has its own parking lot so plenty parking is available. There is a Photo Booth as well with instant prints.

Its right by Yajima Gas Station -great place to have Pau Hana drinks and pupus- kinda like Side Street vibe except more selections- the food we ate was tasty - ono fried rice- crispy korean chicken on a bed of cabbage, BLT sliders very tasty even tasted healthy cause had arugula in it! Music is not too loud - good cause annoying when you need to shout to have a conversation! Fries were tasty but I woulda preferred a crispier version. Overall great place to chill and relax! Need a bigger sign outside tho was difficult to find -

Last minute decision to check this place out. We were looking for a bar/restaurant to chill at and came across this place. A little bit of a sketch area but it was fine. Not that big of a place but vibe is cool! We LOVED the music that was playing and our bartender/server was great! She was attentive and personable. Food was pretty good too! We had the corned beef fried rice which was good but TOO sweet to my liking. Oysters shooters on point! They even had Opihi shooters! Wow! Food was delicious but a bit smaller portions for the pricing. But hey share the bill and you're good! Definitely a place to check out before going out or even after for a night cap.

Went in just before happy hour ended on a Sunday. There was a small group of people in the place but they were LOUD. One person was screaming and screeching for no apparent reason. We stayed anyway. Glad we did. Food was VERY TASTY and reasonably priced. We got the opihi shooters, happy hour mandoo, and the Hokukela smoked meat stir fry. All of it was good!

My friend and I arrived pretty late on a Tuesday and decided to order UberEats. I picked the first restaurant and ordered the Korean fried chicken with beef fried rice and wow was this delicious. This was probably my favorite meal during my visit. We did end up checking out the actual bar on another day, arriving around 9pm. The bar was pretty dead, but it seemed like they were setting up for live music. The service was okay - the waiter didn't really check on us that much, but the food was delicious. However, we did end up leaving our card by mistake and noticed another charge at the bar happened lol. It was kind of disappointing to see that, but overall, the food was amazing and I highly recommend giving it a try.

Ordered bacon and garlic fried rice and I don't really care for it. It smelled really good but Tasted on the sweet side which I don't like. Waitress was on point good service. The ambience you get, this was dinner time for i, loud music which is typical for a bar and tends to be dark. There's two dart board games in the corner.

Safe free parking, plenty of space inside, great spot for groups! We came here for date night. It was a bit loud to carry a meaningful conversation but a great ambiance to hang out with friends. The bartender was the waitress and was cheerful, helpful, and attentive. They have beer bucket specials, melona soju, opihi dishes, a popular poke trio, and great fried rice. We had the Black&Pink drink and an old fashioned. Both drinks were excellent. There is a digital juke box on the wall that was popular for guests to use.

This is my favorite local bar. It's across the street from our condo at Hawaiki tower. We found it the first time we came to Honolulu. The customer service is pretty good. It has a locals vibe and a fun atmosphere. I've been back several times & each time is better and better. I've only eaten here once but the food was good and of course the drinks are great. They have a dh in some nights which can be a little loud for me. But the music is ways good.

Another night at the bar. This weekend wasn't as packed surprisingly. But i like it when there's space to move around. I came out here for one of my home girls birthday party! It was very casual and the staff reserved four tables for her party which was great. They also change a few fixtures which i actually liked too. As usual, i like to start with parking. But first, if ever you plan to go the Remixx coming from the freeway, I'd suggest exiting Kinau st. And making your way towards Pensacola st. And THEN take your left turn (by Inspiration furniture store) on Kapiolani blvd... stay on your farthest right to make a Right turn on Piikoi st. And then you'll find a remixx business front entrance... side street parking is available but always a gamble obvi. However, if you pass Remixx front entrance and take a Right turn (like you were headed towards ward/ Nordstrom Rack/South shore marketplace), there's a private parking lot when you make the first right after passing the front doors! Park anywhere as you please but please do be courteous and give leeway or space for others who'd love to come too! :) I came in and they took my temperatures the door including my info of where i live (covid rules). My friends were already here and there you go... i already had a Long Island iced tea clearing for me lol. I didn't take much pictures of the food and drinks but i must admit that their steak, sashimi, edamame, and truffle fries are alwaysssss good, especially if you are drinking and you want to eat light (or pupu style) as time passes. For the most part, i enjoyed their Long Island iced tea as it was perfectly mixed (not too strong and not too sober-tasting haha). We got shots of patron with lime and black salt on the rim for atleast every 30 minutes (gosh i was not sober anymore lol). We played darts too which was fun! I met a few new friends that night as well! The bathrooms are clean but with the space, i still hope that they create another stall hopefully. Other than that, it was a fun ass night like it always is at Remixx! If you are okay with socializing, compliance to covid rules, drinking, eating pupus, and just kicking back, Remixx is the bar for you.

Comfortable interior and HUGe TVs this is a great place to watch sports. Service was very friendly but could have some improvement. Hamachi carpaccio was pretty good and fried pork belly. Cons: They didnt have any beers on draft which I thought was strange for a sports bar, I asked for a menu but they didn't have any drink menu available, so the poor servers had to constantly repeat what beers they had. It was a busy night but the food took a very Long time to arrive some things almost an hour. Servers need a little more training. Granted they were pretty;) BUT We had to ask for water, water refills, plates, utensils, serving spoons, reminded them to check with kitchen if food was coming. Overall I would go there again if things get better but well probably go to another place next time.

Bartender new Popolo girl didn't know if she had Coke Zero and instead of just refill she asked if need one, that's the 1st for me from a Bar. And of course Bar & Waitress taking shots with regulars and paying attention to themselves instead of taking care of customer,, soda empty 20mins for the first time unbelievable. But most Bar people drink on the job what's new. Gotta ask for refill wow. Not sure if I ever come back here.

Surely...those expectations seem to have been met after today. I ended up ordering the Pulled Pork Sandwich with the superfood slaw. It was really good. Slaw - Refreshing and accompanies well with the Sandwich for some relief. It was not overdressed, which is a plus. Pulled Pork Sandwich - WOW...that's all I can say. I was completely floored after eating it. The pickled onions and slaw really were necessary to the sandwich because it helped cut through the richness of the pork. Pork was succulent and delicious and they gave a good amount of it on the sandwich. The presentation on the brioche bun made it so inviting. I would have liked a bit more of the pickled onion on it, but the flavors were outstanding...loved every bit of it. Everything about it was so good. Sweet, salty, acidic, smoky...it all worked as a perfect bite. The ambiance of the place was really beautiful and felt like a place I definitely would love coming back to in the near future. 10/10 Definitely would come back there for the sandwich again. Maybe I might be interested in one of their appetizers as well...

I found so many things that looked great on the menu, to include fried gizzards, boneless Kal Bi ribs, fully loaded fried rice, Mac salad and other stuff I can't recall! The restaurant was a great place to go with a group to eat and watch sports! If you're visiting Hawaii with a big group, 100% recommend taking them here…read more We initially were a party of 16, and showed up without a reservation at 6pm on a Saturday. The staff was super nice about it and was able to accommodate us, with only a small request that we be out by 8pm since there was another big party with a reservation coming in. Absolutely reasonable. They sat us right away at three large tables, which gave us plenty of space for food and didn't force us to sit super close together. Menus, waters, plates, napkins, and forks were all brought out immediately, and our waiter was quick to take our order. We started with the prix fixe menu for 8-10 guests and were going to add other items à la carte, but a handful of our group accidentally went to the other Side Street location (make sure your group is all on the same page), so what we ordered ended up being more than enough. We left stuffed and with 5 boxes of food still. Edamame was nice and steamy, and large enough to easily pop the beans out with your mouth. Wish there was a bit more salt though. The farmer's salad had everything going on from citrusy to salty to crispy. Avocado had a little bit of oxidation but the capers, dressing and potato curls provided plenty of reasons to overlook it. The fried rice came in a hefty portion, with sizable pieces of bacon and sausage. The chicken I didn't realize was boneless based on the shape of the deep fry, but it was nice to freely bite into it without worrying about hitting anything with my teeth. Probably a bit too much on fried bits but still good. Pork chops had a better meat to crisp ratio in my opinion, as well as juiciness. They even came with ketchup on the side, which I love as a pairing but don't see much of at restaurants. My favorite meat item was definitely the sizzling boneless kalbi. The presentation on the sizzling plate with a side of kimchi was spectacular, and the meat was full of flavor. We also ordered yakisoba, which wasn't part of the prix fixe. Tasted good but nothing past standard expectations. We let the waiter know we had a 30th birthday at the table, and they brought a couple scoops of vanilla ice cream with a candle, and did a decent job getting the whole room to participate in the singing. It could also be the type of crowd this place attracts, since it seemed that everyone was so friendly and approachable. Thanks to the quick and consistent service, we were out in a little over an hour with no complaints.
