Dirty with black dust, scuffs and non-legible. Then they were difficult to work with to replace the order. Ended up getting a refund due to their RUDE, uncompassinate customer service. Was ordering breast cancer bracelets for a fund raiser. Never would I recommend this uncompassinate, unprofessional company to anyone. Waste of time to say the least! I ordered custom bands a month in advance for my little sister's 21st birthday weekend. When they arrived, a week before her birthday, the print was very off center. I contacted the team to have the order replaced, but they were not able to provide the same color-filled ones by the time of my sister's birthday since the color processing takes place in China. I originally ordered from Reminderbands a month or so ago. At that time, the sizing recommendation on the website stated for a mixed group of children and adults, order medium. Based on the suggestion of the site, I ordered all medium bands. When the bands arrived, they barely fit a 130lb adult woman. I contacted the company because I was extremely disappointed that at their recommendation the bands would not fit the majority of the recipients. To WHOEVER I originally talked to, thank you. You are an amazing customer service representative. This person offered to refund our money so I could place a new order. I sent the bands back and received the refund promptly and correctly. I was very impressed by this act of customer retention so a week or so later I called back to place a new order with some XL bands. You cannot order XL bands on the site and need to call to order them. Unfortunately my experience calling did not match my experience with the first representative. When I called, Shawn answered the phone was shocked I got a refund. He actually said to me, "Well let me tell you I am the supervisor here and I would not have refunded your money". Who says that? He said that he was surprised I returned to his company. I advised him due to the extreme professionalism of who I worked with earlier and them refunding my money was why I returned. Shawn then tried to talk me out of ordering the XL bands and kept repeating that their sizes were not guaranteed. He stated the XL is only for a "300lb linebacker". He was surprised when I told him I did in fact print out the measuring paper to scale and that the XL was the correct size for myself and my mother in law. I decided not to re order from this company because I did not feel like I was treated with respect when I called to place an order. All Shawn did was confuse me on what I needed and then place doubt in my mind that his bands and sizes would be what I needed. I was hoping to get the bracelets for the passing of my 22yr old brother's memorial. Someone who is working in the field of memorial products should show more compassion for their customers. read more

My order took over 3 weeks to be delivered and upon delivery the wrist bands were too small. It was their recommended size and they reported it was the most popular size. I contacted them and they offered a 50% discount on a re-order. The markup I am paying for silicone wristbands was already exorbitant and for them to turn around and still try to make money off me was ludicrous. I was more than happy (and offered) to pay cost but they insisted that a 50% discount was all they could do. For me to pay 50% on a re-order was financially benefitting them (again) off my disappointment when I already payed a HUGE markup for the original purchase. It makes no sense. Any other reputable online service would promote 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed,but not Reminderband. They were respectful in emails but their customer service business model is terrible. They obviously don't prescribe to the 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed model. I don't respect cheap businesses that nickel and dime the consumer. I will never shop here again. read more
