The girls that helped me were really nice but we were there a little late and we went through the process really fast. Also I am a little rare because my arms are super long. So needless to say I didn't really get the right size of suit. I didn't really know any better and when I got the suits (after picking them up) they were really long and I was unhappy with the hem. When I called to tell them I was unhappy, the owner Dave personally called me. He asked if I would come back in when he was there and he would make sure I was taken care of. Not only did Dave call me but his wife Kris also called me and told me they would make it all right. When I went back in Melissa helped me out and then Dave showed up to make sure I was taken care of. They completely refitted me with a better fitting suit and really took care of me. They even had to special order one of the colors and they still had it done in time. I wasn't happy at first but in the end I am glad I didn't go anywhere else. I live in Salt Lake area but when I need a suit or a tie or a shirt... I will make the special trip to buy from Leven's. I am so please and thankful for the service and quality of suits I got. It needed a little alteration so we put it on hold as we looked into how/ if / when this could happen in the short week until the dance. I called about 2.5 hours later and the dress was gone. Even the bigger one was gone. The owner felt bad and made several calls trying to find a replacement and even made a special order to get another one shipped before prom. Bliss paid for shipping without having us pre- pay for the dress. The shipping cost and the rush on the alteration was a cost they were willing to eat to help my daughter get her favorite dress. If you like something here I say buy it right then and save yourself from suffering shopping overload. They will do right by you and help you find what you need. They are all local Davis County adults. Maybe as a business owner, you should educate your employees on what your company policy is, so they can relay that information when setting appointments. The owner also stated, that every "girl" needs to have a parent there. Some people don't have the luxury of having parents or guardians available for these special events in their lives. Should they be penalized and discriminated against for this? This is 2022, close your doors, since there are so many other businesses that know how to treat paying customers. You should be ashamed that you run a business, that refuses and discriminates against legal adult women.

In less than 20 minutes my dress was pinned and the staff member took the time to explain how to lace up my dress properly ( I had done it backwards apparently...) They've always done a fantastic job, treated me well and at bargain prices! When a store does a great job, often times it's difficult to show appreciation for a job well done, so it is my pleasure to give Sportsman five stars. I recently took my bicycle to them with some problems I was experiencing with some grinding in the peddle bearings, I told them I was afraid I needed a new set of bearings, that I had wore mine out. They could have easily sold me an expensive set of new bearings, but they didn't, they were honest in their work, explained to me that the bearings were just dirty and needed a good cleaning, which they did for me at a great price. I was prepared to pay a high price, but instead was taken care of honestly and with great integrity, I appreciated that so much that I wanted to share my experience with you. We searched businesses in Logan that sold Thule racks and found The Sportsman. Arriving at the store, I explained our situation to a friendly gentleman (turned out to be Mark) who explained the modern Thule products very thoroughly. I was pretty candid explaining that I'd brought no tools (from Phoenix, our home) but Mark didn't hesitate a moment to commit to assemble and install. Finishing the installation, Mark took a bike from his store and demonstrated all of the loading and locking features of this new Thule rack. Wow, what a great improvement from our earlier model! There's a large area where you can see people working and then a separate one with a changing room. You change into what you want altered and then they'll come and assess what needs to be done. So, I've been needing to get two suits dry cleaned. I've looked at reviews for places in Logan, Ogden, and even down to Davis County. Everywhere I look I am terrified! So, taking the time to choose a dry cleaner has been one of the most difficult tasks for me. Now, let's get into the real review: I finally settled on Your Valet because the deadline for needing my suit clean was quickly approaching and because it was close to Smith's (where I do my grocery shopping). I decided to only take one suit as a test run to see how they did. I arrived about 9:15 AM on a Tuesday and there were two customers there (parking is very limited in terms of stalls, but there is a big area behind the grocery store you could park in). I went inside and after waiting a minute was greeted by a young, friendly lady. She quickly took down my information and I showed her a couple of spots on my suit that needed some good cleaning. She was very courteous. She then gave me a pick-up ticket and told me it would be ready for pick up after 5 PM on Wednesday (so the next day, just in the afternoon). I wasn't able to stop in on Wednesday due to work, but I came in Thursday about 5:30 PM to pick up my suit. Same girl was there and again, very friendly. She took my ticket, went back and grabbed my suit, and I paid. Price seemed decent--$7 for the suit jacket and $6 for the pants. When I got home I checked everything out (their receipt says to inspect your things and let them know of any problems within 24 hours). Everything looked perfect! Clean suit, the spots that I had mentioned to them were gone, everything was hung nicely on a hanger with a thin, plastic covering. I even noticed that the receipt that was attached listed my suit's brand and color so they wouldn't accidentally get them mixed up with someone else's. Anyway, I'm satisfied with my trip to Your Valet. I will be taking my other suit there soon and will update my review if things don't go as well.
