After reading about this outlet, I decided to stop by on my way home from a trip. It was packed full of tons of pajamas, for adults and children. They also had socks, slippers, mugs, and other fun gifts. I ended up buying some socks and mugs this time for some gifts. I LOVE THIS STORE!!! (yes, I'm shouting) This is the PJ mothership! The mecca of all thinks cozy, lazy, lounging and sleepy. You know how stores put out all of their PJ's on Black Friday, and then it's a barren wasteland from then until January? Well, that doesn't happen here. You can walk in on Christmas Eve and you'll be overwhelmed with all of the choices. Tons of clever animal puns adorn their pj's, whether you're looking for just bottoms or a matching set. Lots of cute stuff for the toddlers as well. We LOVE the mukluks! Also lots of cozy socks, monster slippers, sleeping bags and blankets. If it has ANYTHING to do with that best part of the day when you lie down to get cozy - then these guys have it. Their store name says it all. Good selection and such cute PJ's. Loved the outlet and loved that they already had cute socks wrapped in a bag for Christmas.

The PJs are super cute and the shop is adorable, but I had a really bad experience today. An older lady with short brown hair was VERY rude (maybe she was the owner/manager? IDK- She was working with inventory) I was trying things on and ran to the front to grab something else to try and accidentally forgot my mask. She asked me to put one on, and I said ok and turned back to grab it from the dressing room. I guess she didn't hear me?... and proceeded to very rudely and sternly yell after me about the mask policy. Look, I get that masks are important and I have no problem complying- it was an honest mistake. There is no excuse for an owner/manager to behave that way toward a customer. Honestly, if she wasn't there I would have given this place 5 stars. The other employees were *very* sweet, even letting my son help them with some store tasks. But this lady's aggressive rudeness really ruined the experience for me. So all in all, go if you want cute PJs... but if you see an old lady with brown hair, run for the hills! read more

Never in my life have a written a bad review. A few years ago my aunt bought me a gift card from the lazy one so I could treat myself to come wear in my postpartum. I went to a store location and after an hour of back and forth and phone calls they told me I couldn't use it in any stores and only online. so I tried to use it online and it kept saying "invalid". long story short, a lot of back and forth, then silence has lead me to never be able to use the gift card. i so badly want to see local Canadian businesses thrive, but stealing money is not the way to do it, and that's what they did by not allowing me to use a gift card that was purchased through them. if they don't have the resources to properly supply gift cards then they just shouldn't do it. I hope this doesn't happen to abyone else, I would refrain from buying gift cards at the very least from them. read more

Loved this little store! Actually it's not so little, but it's so full of cute stuff :) First of all - check out the Clearance section in the back of the store! You won't believe the cuteness in pajamas they have available. Most kids pajama SETS are $5!! And they're really good quality! They don't have a lot of sizes available, but you can ask so they can check in the back (and they really do! you don't just get the "everything that is out is all we have..." answer that usually comes when you check Clearance sections in other places. Staff was super friendly and helpful! I definitely recommend the drive up to Logan, just to visit this place! While you're here, go to the Pepperidge Farm outlet store too ;-) read more

*This review is mostly for the customer service* I had an issue with shipping I paid $70 for to have my package delivered in 2 days.. I didn't receive my package when it said and I didn't receive it the following day either. So- I called to request my money back for the shipping. Customer service argued with me about the time of shipping and transferred me to a lady named REBECCA. Apparently she is "THE PERSON" I needed to talk to and the only one I could talk to because she advised there is noone above her in the company. She kept repeating the policy which basically states 2 day shipping is not actually 2 day shipping if you order after a certain hour of the day ...??? During our conversation I was told multiple times I had very valid points about their policy and them needing to put something on the shipping page informing customers of this. Still - she didn't want to refund my shipping and eventually offered less than half of it returned and at one point told me I already got a good deal because of a coupon code I had used that THEY offered when I put my order in - honestly I was in disbelief by her unprofessionalism. She proceeded to tell me if I didnt take that offer she "wouldnt meet me in the middle at all". Thats when I asked to speak to someone above her and she refused that telling me she was "THE PERSON". I think she realized how rude she was being after those comments and put me on hold to apparently look through the postal services policy. She came back on the line to say she couldn't find anything in their policy either and all of a sudden refund my money. Now - my package finally comes in and on three pairs of the pajamas there's these random holes, like not a complete hole but however the material is sewn/weaved or whatever didn't complete in some areas, I still love them! So wont be returning them but if this is something other people are noticing on theirs it should be resolved. I would also just like to add that I am not one of those yelp reviewers that get offended easily or just try to take advantage wherever they can. I also hesitated writing this review because I don't want to make the business look bad but my order was over $300 and the way i was talked to was so unprofessional it almost seemed like she didn't give a crap. I love this store!! There is a area that is the full price area and part that is the outlet. The outlet has $2 tees, $3 shirts, $6 pants, boxer-sleepers, baby sleep gear, aprons, etc. Great prices and fun items there! Super cute stuff! The designs are cute too! I was VERY hesitant to try and find this outlet store because I couldn't find any recent feedback and the phone number wasn't working BUT I decided to go on an adventure! I'm glad I did because the outlet did not disappoint! I'm pretty sure December is a very busy month for pajamas but the staff was quick to help and kept the lines short! They didn't keep some bigger sizes on the floor so make sure to ask them to check for more sizes if your not seeing one your wanting! The prices are awesome compared to normal LazyOne prices and overall I'm quite impressed by the cleanliness of the store, the experience I had and the friendliness of staff members. I will definitely be returning because we are obsessed with butt flap pajamas. read more

I found Lazy One slippers and PJ's while dining at Black Bear Diner.So comfy and adorable. You wont find these in a normal department store:) I then looked up their website and placed another order. The sizes ran a bit large (I was buying for toddlers) and needed to exchange. I had a problem that was NOT their fault. Many companies would not help if it wasn't their issue. However, Rebecca S., in customer service was amazing. I'm telling you, she went well above and beyond to make sure I was happy and took the time to sort it all out and walk me through each step, patiently, and with such a warm a positive attitude. To the CEO and HR Director of LazyOne (who I also tried to contact on Linked-in just to rave about Rebecca) - I recommend a promotion - you don't want to let this one go! I ordered online and everything went on sale for 30% off immediately after my purchase. I asked if I could have a credit to use in the store for the difference. I was refunded 10% of my total purchase before tax on my debit card and told they refunded me 20%, that was their best. I wanted to like them because everything is so cute but service was beyond poor. read more
