Negatives stars for customer service and scam sales and coupons!!! It's no wonder Kohls is struggling! Never shopping here again!

How do these guys stay in business? Went to buy a king size comforter for our bed at their store in Logan after my wife searched for one online and saw that they had one in the store. I contacted an employee after I couldn't find it on the shelf, they went to the back and got it and brought it out to me. I then asked her if I could still get the discount even though we did not place the order online because it was quicker to come in and get it. She said yes and to make sure the person at the register gave me the discount and to tell them that the lady in the back said to give it to us at the discount. The comforter was marked at $180 and with the discount would only be $72. So I went to check out and the lady rang it up and I proceeded to tell her the story of how we saw it online but didn't place the order because it would have been quicker to come in and just get it and that the lady in the back said it was ok to still get the discount. The lady listened and then said that she could not give me a discount, but that I could get the discount by applying for kohl's cash (which I learned is a credit card) I told her my wife didn't have to do that to get the discount. She then told me that their internet pricing is always different and that I needed to use a "kohl's kiosk" in order to get the same discount. So I walk from the front of the store back to the center of the store to find this ancient machine (honestly the tin man on wizard of OZ looked more updated than this thing) anyways I still had a tiny bit desire to try and make my wife happy and buy the comforter. I had to consistently smash the touch screen to get any response all while trying to enter my email to get an additional 15% off my purchase. After I signed up for the emails the kiosk from the Jurassic age told me that it would send me an email confirmation. After waiting for 5 minutes I never received one and ended up ditching my efforts to buy the comforter. Honestly I never shop here and will never shop here again as they were so unwilling to help me get the same discounts that my wife was able to get online. Store has the usual fare, apparel is messy but cheap sportswear, toys always messy. Little kid things seem well-stocked. It's open late on Saturday which is nice when trying to hunt for last minute kitchen item. read more

I worked here a few years ago and I'll say this, the staff is an amazing team and always willing to help each other especially when training someone new. The managers are smart and know what they are doing. The staff are always friendly and willing to help anyone in need no matter how much work is piled up on their plate. They will always take time out of their busy day to help anyone for any reason. I notice a lot of people complain about things being messy or not enough staff to speak to immediately demanding when you want them. But something customers need to understand is that the Logan store is sadly understaffed and has a smaller budget than most larger retail stores to work with. So those messes you see on shelves or other places that you are complaining about, is because there's only 2-3 employees trying to organize and clean fitting rooms, run to registers, help every customer and also get their daily stuff all done in a short period of time and trying to stay on top of everything while every customer who enters the store decides to just make a mess everywhere they go and it can be over whelming and exhausting. Think of it like a single mom working and also trying to take care of 10 messy toddlers all at once while trying to also cook and clean. Sounds difficult right? The employees are basically sprinting the whole time for their shifts and feeling overwhelmed because of customers expecting them to have the same staff and performance as a place like Walmart. The kohl's employees do an AMAZING job for type of crap they have to deal with everyday. And sadly there are so many rude and ungrateful customers who make huge messes every where they go, let their kids destroy and rip open toys and destroy expensive products, customers who leave garbage all over the store not caring, customers who inconsiderately leave massive messes in the fitting rooms, customers like the typical "Karen" who cause serious issues and complain and try to demand cheaper prices when the employees have no control over that, and customers who are flat out rude and disrespectful. Stop blaming and being rude to the employees there, they are trying their hardest and doing their best in some of the most impossible situations. Instead of complaining about it, maybe try folding that shirt you just threw on top of that pile that was nicely folded, or try not taking a huge cart load of clothes to the dressing room and stick to the under 5 items rule that's posted on every dressing room to prevent a massive endless mountain of clothing to clean up so they can actually go clean the rest of the store instead of spending the whole shift cleaning up your massive mess, try finding a garbage can instead on just leaving your Starbucks cup on a random shelf because I promise you there are garbage cans in the front of the store by the doors, at every register and at customer service. Be more courteous of retail employees, say please and thank you, and be respectful, their job is even harder than employees in the food industry and they usually only work for minimum wage with long hard hours. And if you have worked in retail, you know EXACTLY what I'm talkin about. read more

You really need to get some kid friendly carts. Moms do the shopping they also need carts to help out with the kids, I forgot why I haven't shopped there in so long and I was reminded again why it just doesn't work out for those mommas read more

I was really surprised at how nice this store was. I mean it's a Kohl's, but it's very clean, well lit, organized, and well stocked. The prices aren't as bad as I imagined either. My kids love chilling looking at the lego sets while I'm at customer service right next to them picking up the orders I ship to store, and the staff is always super friendly. I really underestimated them but will be sure to be back soon. read more

I cannot express how much I love this store! It is my favorite place to go shopping in the whole world! Lol. Really though. I love the clearance! There is always new stuff every time I go in there. The staff is friendly and nice. I would shop here everyday if I could. read more
