BUYER BEWARE! I bought a Roolee dress for my daughter while visiting family in Utah. When I returned home I washed the dress according to the care label sewn inside ( Cool water, gentle cycle) . Upon removing the dress from the washer I noticed it had shrunk several inches above the sewn in lining. The dress was darling, but I definitely regret the purchase. I cannot recommend Roolee, and am disappointed in the quality of the item I bought. If clothes cannot be laundered as stated on the attached care label then there should be a dry clean only notice. I washed it for the first time about two months after purchase and even though i washed it EXACTLY to the care label instructions, it has now shrunk horrifically and is now completely unwearable. Horrible quality for a high price and I am now stuck with an unwearable item that i paid a high price for. When i complained to customer service, i was told it was out of their 30 day period for faulty items. Extremely disappointed in this company. I saw an Instagram Ad and thought their shoes were very cute and stylish to wear to work and out and about, so decided to give this company a try. Their mission seemed to be very amazing upon reading what they stand for. "coming together and treating each other as loving sisters." The first time I tried them on, the shoes had marks on the bottom. I then informed Customer Service about the issue. I was informed by a Representative named Ashley to show photos of the bottom of the shoes to make sure they have not been worn, which I did no problem! When I tried the shoes on at home, my heels became irritated immediately and started to have blisters. I informed Customer Service I would like to return the item and they told me no even after sending in the initial photos of the shoes. I asked if there was ANYTHING they could do and they said no. Their Try at Home program is great in theory but falls apart in practice. I ordered a pair of boots using this option. Not one but THREE holding charges were placed on my card. Buyer beware: make sure you have plenty of funds in your account because otherwise, their holding charges could send you into overdraft. I decided to keep the boots. The extra charges did eventually drop off and my card was charged the appropriate amount. All good, right? Nope. Nearly a month later, my card was charged again! I reached out to customer service who said they would "change my trial date to end." Shouldn't the trial period have ended after 7 days as advertised on their site? I'm so sad. I love this store and bought a couple pair of shoes for my daughter's birthday. I bought a half a size too small and just wanted to exchange them. Because I was a little outside the exchange policy I couldn't exchange even though they had them. I purchased a pair of boots to wear with a holiday outfit. They didn't fit, but I had a Thanksgiving trip coming up to Utah so I kept them to exchange at the storefront so I could try on shoes in person. Because it was outside of the 30 day window (not outside of the 30 day window for when I received them as I thought, but from when I ordered them), they would not let me exchange or return them. I called customer service and they told me tough luck, even though now the return policy is extended because of the Christmas holiday. I think it's ridiculous that you can't get store credit if you are barely outside of the return policy and your items are not used at all, especially if it's around the holidays. I had a terrible experience with this company, I ordered a "MOM romper" online that had nursing zippers on the side. The sent me the wrong item! Which was the same romper, but without the nursing zippers. I called them and they asked me to send pictures, which I did. Then they asked me to drive to a "return bar" to send the item back. Which I did. They sent me another romper, but again, the same romper without the zippers! This was a gift for my sister, so I called and asked them to please send me the correct one and they said it was "not in stock" The other item I ordered smelled like body odor. They return policy is terrible and they said the would waive the shipping for one item, but not the other. After a lot of arguing and time on hold they finally agreed to waive the exorbitant return fee. read more

I purchased $150+ of clothing and shoes from this site after committing to redoing my wardrobe. I placed my order online, received a shipment date, and all was well. The order arrived and one item was the wrong size. I ordered an M but received a S. I contacted the store. They replied quickly but did not apologize and basically said I can return it via mail and then wait 3-5 days for a refund (in addition to the in-transit time) and THEN repurchase the skirt- which would not include the promo code I had OR the free shipping. They also aren't sure if the skirt will be restocked or not. This is extremely frustrating as I was expecting an accurate order, and at the very least, accountability and customer service. The clothes are cute but you can find equal or similar clothing at 1/3 the price at Forever 21, Amazon, and Plato's Closet. There was never any shipping fee to begin with, but they decided to charge a $21 "refund" fee. They sent me THREE emails asking me if the package had had the wrong address so they could send it again. I wrote to them every time and even more times telling them it was refused, not returned. They tried to claim I never contacted them about it, that's why they decided for themselves to keep my money. I know what the law is. I saw an add for Roolee swim suits on instagram. I decided to try on two sizes using the at home try on feature. I received the product and chose the size I wanted to keep. They made it as unclear as possible on how to return the product, which resulted in me almost delaying my return past the return window. I reached out to customer service, who did not extend the window for me, but told me the options are clear. I finally figured out I could return the items at a USPS, rather than FedEx, which was 45 minutes from my home. Thankfully I returned in time! Two months later, I had not taken the tags off of my swim suit. I decided the top was now too small and I had hoped that me being a first time customer, and paying over $100 for a two piece, they would consider my situation. I reached out again to customer service, saying I understood their return policy, but asked if they would make an exception to my exchange. With no explanation, they repeated the return policy to me. I expected more from this company. The product was lesser quality than expected, especially for the high price. And the price of the product does not include any customer service. Honestly, if you have a Roolee store near you, then try the clothes on and make sure you like the fit and quality. I live in California so I didn't have that option. The problem I had was that the clothes felt reallyyy super cheap for the price they were charging; cute, yes but super cheap material that does not feel nice on the skin. Second, the sizing was way out of wack. I ordered 3 shirts, all in small and only one fit the way it was supposed to. The other two shirts fit like a large and the website had not listed these shirts as oversized or anything. read more

If I could give a No star review I would. I bought two dresses for a really special weekend event in May and they both ripped first time wearing them. I decided to email customer service because I just expected to return clothes that were that terrible in quality. At first the customer service rep told me she was sorry and would definitely get me taken care of. When I gave Her my order number she saw I ordered them in April (obviously I would order them in advance to make sure I had them in time and that they fit) she told me she would not be issuing me a refund Because it was worn.. of Course it was worn.. that's how they ripped THE FIRST TIME I WORE THEM! And both within an hour of putting them on. I asked for a supervisor's number because I honestly just felt like there was some kind of miscommunication in my email and I wanted to talk to someone on the phone. I quickly got an email back from someone in management (yes email) saying the customer service rep did a great job and they would not be returning the items. I literally threw them in the trash, they were terrible quality and the fact that they were not so surprised by what had happened tells me that's probably how everything else is too. Save your money! Poor quality and poor customer service. Roolee has a very short window for returns which is difficult when you are traveling for work. I called to see if there was a way to return a pair of shoes (I had ordered two because they said themselves the sizing was off) 5 days past their deadline and was told from the representative that sometimes they do give an extension from the 30 days to 60, but that they would not do so for me which makes zero sense. She also originally in the conversation was counting days by the order date, not delivery date, so watch out for that as those are VERY different frames of time. The shoes I ordered were fine (other than the pair I got to check sizing), but the dress was awful quality and an awful fit. I have friends who love this boutique, but the quality is not worth the price IMO and the customer service is awful by anyone's standards. read more

I put my order in January 1st and didn't receive my item (a pair of shoes) until January 14th. The shoes are a COMPLETELY different color than the ones I had ordered. I ordered a cream white and received a camel brown. At this point I don't want to wait another two weeks to receive the right pair of shoes so I want to return it, right? WRONG! Im honestly very annoyed and upset because I was very excited about this company but it has let me down so much. I'll keep everyone updated on whether the clothes were even worth it or not. My Wife & I have had the WORST Customer Service Experience with Roolee over the course of almost 2 months. 1. They lost our package in the mail and said their "policy" states we now have to wait 3-4 weeks before they'll even file a claim, this is after we had done everything from go to neighbors homes with similar address (different street) and attempt to file claims with UPS of which we were told only the manufacturer can. (These were clothes for Easter FYI) 2. After they filed a claim we had to wait until that bounced back with same info, in which they offered us Gift Cards to re-purchase the items. 3. We re-purchased the items and two pairs of pants did not fit (because on their website they recommended sizing up because of style), so we had to return on our dime to ship back. We spent almost $300 on initial purchase, but had to return these 2 Pairs of Pants that didn't fit. 4. They told us to make a NEW purchase for the smaller size (Now we are at $400+) and they would credit us back the refund of the one's we shipped back no problem... We decided to listen since we'd been waiting for so long 5. We spent $112.99 on the new size and they credited us back $25.42 on our CC from the one's we returned??? Then ONLY after calling did they say 'oh we can only credit some back in cash,' the rest is coming on a gift card. The gift card they issues had $56.64 on it (MEANING we were still missing $30.93 of OUR REFUND...) 6. When calling back (now for the 5th time in 2 months) they said because of their "policy" the price changed because those same pants were on sale, but not anymore, so we LOOSE $30! 7. The Customer Service MANAGER said she pulled alot of strings, but was able to get us a 10% off coupon for the next time... WHAT??? 10% off is like what you get in the mail for any retailer.
