Worst online shopping experience ever. Items have still not arrived (order was confirmed on May 24). Customer service refused to let me speak to any higher up staff. They also refused to refund my charges, offering me store credit, or to re-send the items instead. Why would I want store credit for items I never received! Horrible. I want to give honest feedback to this store. I moved to Utah and have found a couple cute clothing boutiques, this being one of them. I order online all the time and love your clothes and tell all of my clients where I get them from, and everything has been great except that your return process is disappointing in terms of customer service. This is the second time I've been given the same canned response that weeks after you've received my return item via mail checking the date you received it back with the tracking number, you have taken your time to refund me (even with store credit to your own store where I'd likely end up spending more using the credit). Emailing me that you're busy with lots of returns is not acceptable customer service to me, especially when your customers can see you on social media visiting Magnolia Market, etc... and it's unprofessional. Instead of emailing me just process the return. I did my due diligence to send it back within your specified time frame and I spend plenty at your store every month, you should do yours. I actually started shopping from Brimm and Bohme and Olive Ave. and others more so as to not have to deal with the follow up necessary on my end as their return process, if necessary, is easy and quick. Maybe you need more staff, I don't know, but your customers don't care about excuses, they care about integrity. I work full time and am in grad school full time so I cannot drive up to Logan to try things on and you offer online retailing so this is part of that process and I've patiently waited twice for you to get it together. I'd love to give you guys 5 stars as your clothes are unique and adorable but customer service is big to me and I support small businesses that prioritize that. I've purchased a few items from this store and, honestly, they appear to be poorly made. One of the flannel shirts I bought fell apart completely in two places after only two washes. I contacted them to ask for a refund and was told that I had 15 days to return damaged items. After two washes, if your clothing falls apart, you make clothing of very poor quality. I love how cute their stuff is, but I won't be buying from here anymore because I just can't trust that their clothes will hold up. read more

My Husband & I have had the WORST Customer Service Experience with Roolee over the course of almost 2 months. 1. They lost our package in the mail and said their "policy" states we now have to wait 3-4 weeks before they'll even file a claim, this is after we had done everything from go to neighbors homes with similar address (different street) and attempt to file claims with UPS of which we were told only the manufacturer can. (These were clothes for Easter FYI) 2. After they filed a claim we had to wait until that bounced back with same info, in which they offered us Gift Cards to re-purchase the items. 3. We re-purchased the items and two pairs of pants did not fit (because on their website they recommended sizing up because of style), so we had to return on our dime to ship back. We spent almost $300 on initial purchase, but had to return these 2 Pairs of Pants that didn't fit. 4. They told us to make a NEW purchase for the smaller size (Now we are at $400+) and they would credit us back the refund of the one's we shipped back no problem... We decided to listen since we'd been waiting for so long 5. We spent $112.99 on the new size and they credited us back $25.42 on our CC from the one's we returned??? Then ONLY after calling did they say 'oh we can only credit some back in cash,' the rest is coming on a gift card. The gift card they issues had $56.64 on it (MEANING we were still missing $30.93 of OUR REFUND...) 6. When calling back (now for the 5th time in 2 months) they said because of their "policy" the price changed because those same pants were on sale, but not anymore, so we LOOSE $30! 7. The Customer Service MANAGER said she pulled alot of strings, but was able to get us a 10% off coupon for the next time... WHAT??? 10% off is like what you get in the mail for any retailer. I was so excited to visit the Logan store because I love their clothes and I was very disappointed to say the least. To begin, Customer service was terrible. I had to search for an employee and after I found one they were very cold towards me. The workers were doing a lot of sitting around and gossiping instead of making an effort to help customers. The environment inside the store made me feel judged and unwelcome. Let's just say I will NOT be coming back. read more

The clothes are so fun- but customer service is TERRIBLE and DISHONEST. Bought a shirt about two months ago, washed it once according to directions on the tag, and it shrunk so much it is now unwearable. When I went to the store to return it, they said there was nothing they could do because it was past the 60 day return policy. I argued that the item they sold me was defective, but they refused to help. Why waste the money on clothes that you can only wear before you wash them, to then not be helped in the store or by customer service over the phone. I definitely call selling items that are defective unethical and dishonest. read more

Do not order or expect it to be on time. Paid next day air on two separate occasions to have items here for family photos that can't be rescheduled and was given a half apology and blame placed on ups. So upset and feel like after the runaround I've been given after spending over $500 with them this week, I won't be able to do business with them anymore. read more

Customer service was very uncooperative. They abide by strict 30 day return/exchange policy but they can take half that time to actually get the package to you. They would have not been out of any money to exchange or give a credit but now they have my money and I have a dress I can't wear and they don't care in the least. read more
