Bliss paid for shipping without having us pre- pay for the dress. The shipping cost and the rush on the alteration was a cost they were willing to eat to help my daughter get her favorite dress. If you like something here I say buy it right then and save yourself from suffering shopping overload. They will do right by you and help you find what you need. They are all local Davis County adults. Maybe as a business owner, you should educate your employees on what your company policy is, so they can relay that information when setting appointments. The owner also stated, that every "girl" needs to have a parent there. Some people don't have the luxury of having parents or guardians available for these special events in their lives. Should they be penalized and discriminated against for this? This is 2022, close your doors, since there are so many other businesses that know how to treat paying customers. You should be ashamed that you run a business, that refuses and discriminates against legal adult women.

The girls that helped me were really nice but we were there a little late and we went through the process really fast. Also I am a little rare because my arms are super long. So needless to say I didn't really get the right size of suit. I didn't really know any better and when I got the suits (after picking them up) they were really long and I was unhappy with the hem. When I called to tell them I was unhappy, the owner Dave personally called me. He asked if I would come back in when he was there and he would make sure I was taken care of. Not only did Dave call me but his wife Kris also called me and told me they would make it all right. When I went back in Melissa helped me out and then Dave showed up to make sure I was taken care of. They completely refitted me with a better fitting suit and really took care of me. They even had to special order one of the colors and they still had it done in time. I wasn't happy at first but in the end I am glad I didn't go anywhere else. I live in Salt Lake area but when I need a suit or a tie or a shirt... I will make the special trip to buy from Leven's. I am so please and thankful for the service and quality of suits I got. Very thoughtful, did a great job listening to what I was looking for and helped me find what they had available in store. Unfortunately mine is a surprise event and we didn't have time to order in, but she let me know that was an option. Besides not having a huge selection in my plus size, it was a surprisingly positive experience. My only complaint is the dressing room had no bench, and so wasn't quite as accessible as I would have liked. But the assistance from the sales person definitely made up for that.

I contacted the manager, Doug Kirk and he asked me to give them 6 more weeks, because losing or giving clothes to another person happens often. After that time elapsed I initiated a call back to Doug to see what was going on. He asked for the receipts and said that I would receive a reimbursement by that Friday or the following Wednesday. I called Doug back and was told that he would have to check with the accounting department and promised that I would receive a reimbursement within another week. I waited 2 weeks - no reimbursement and no call back from Doug. I tried and tried to get in touch with Doug for another week (leaving messages). Finally, he answered my call and told me that he would again have to call the accounting department, but it may take 8 weeks. That was yesterday, August 19th. He gave me an email address (logan@yourvalet.com) to send them the dress shirt purchase receipts. I have never been treated like this before. 3 months and waiting is an unacceptable business practice. Will I be using Superior Cleaning in Logan UT again? Will I recommend this business? I knew there was a problem when the young lady at the counter looked up my account then called someone else to help. The gentleman she talked too looked at the computer, then went to the back room. A couple minutes later he returned to inform me they hadn't even started cleaning it. I had them return my coat, uncleaned, because they can't, or probably won't do the work they promise. Do yourself a big favor, find a cleaner that actually cares about their customers and doesn't make up excuses why they won't do the job. I know I'll never give them my business again.
