I've been inside lots of shops that call themselves antique stores, but this one is legit. Before…read moreyou even walk in the front door, you see a collection of treasures at the entrance and you know you're about to embark on a journey. Floor to ceiling shelves, stuffed-and I mean stuffed-full of inventory. Clothing, dishes, trinkets, toys, hardware, art, you name it, they've got it. There's a certain "smell" in the place that even lends the it's authenticity. It's a cross between the basement in grandma's house and the old shed out back. Sadly, when I visited, I didn't get there early enough to properly browse through all the goodies, but I got a good enough glimpse to tell me that I want to go back. One item of note, that I'm not sure how to feel about...there was a collection of hat pins, one with a swastikas design. I understand that it is history, and technically an antique, but it did make me feel a little icky. Overall though, there are some amazing things in this shop and you could get lost for hours in here just looking through everything.

I mean, I do take fault in the situation because I knew the moment I walked in there that everything was way overpriced, but being that it's an uncomfortable thing to shop for I just kind of trusted them. I even had a conversation with the sales girl about how uncomfortable I was spending so much money on such an item, but that I needed to learn to treat myself once in a while. After using the product and realizing it was a piece of garbage, I looked it up online and they charged me five times more than what it is worth. It is a $20-$30 item online and I paid over $130 for it. And of course there's no returns. I mean their point of sales system is so out of date. It literally makes 90s modem sounds. And beyond my situation the place is so ghetto. It feels like you're shopping in a trailer. There's no sound in there. It just feels like a really scary, lonely yard sale. I do not recommend.. and I also don't ever use Yelp or make comments about places so yeah, I'm kind of pissed.

This has been my go-to thrift store. I come up to Logan as a summer citizen. I always find items…read morethat I'll need during my stay. They have discounts; while you can find kitchen everyday items that I may not bring with me. Sometimes, you just have to keep on coming in to see if they have collected new supplies that you may need. I also make sure to bring bags & boxes that they cloud use to pack customer items. Everyone is so helpful. At the end of the summer I always return the items back for them to re-sell.

I am a former employee of this useless…read moredisgusting establishment where I was treated like garbage from day one and was fired illegally ( which they do on a regular basis ). they treat their people of color employees and non Mormon employees like they aren't even people. The value of the stuff they put out on the sales floor is absolute garbage compared to the stuff they throw away, they throw away over half of the donations they receive so don't even bother donating to them. they hardly have any selection that isn't Mormon approved or just is a Mormon product, I can't tell you how many good things I had to throw away because It didn't fit the Mormon image. They bully employees in front of customers even if the customers threaten to go to the state about, they refuse to put out chairs for cashiers that have arthritis or any other medical problem. They will purposely under staff the teams during Saturdays and refuse to help out when we get slammed fully knowing Saturdays are our busiest day of the week. They make fun of customers who don't speak English like it's their fault for not speaking English and found it absolutely insulting to have to translate everything back into the customer's language. To the awfull managers Dave, Natalie, Matt, Chris, and Pajmeena I hope you know how much I hate you, you made my life hell while working there especially you Matt. I will continue to say what I experienced while working for you.

If the book table employed employees like the people at the front, I would recommend this place. The employee at the "candy part" of the store was so engrossed with talking with her family/friend that she didn't even recognize there was somebody there wanting to buy something? I only had it limited in the amount of time because I wanted to get something for someone and I only had a few minutes to get something and run it over to them. After about 510 minutes of the employee talking to their friends/family member they gave each other a hug and the ones that I hope things go better for you or something like that. The employee asked me if there was something that they could do and I said not anymore. the time was spent. I wanted something earlier. Plus, part of their store had mold in it. Could tell that water had fallen through and landed on the carpet. I could not even look at that section of the bookstore because of the mold.
