I mean, I do take fault in the situation because I knew the moment I walked in there that everything was way overpriced, but being that it's an uncomfortable thing to shop for I just kind of trusted them. I even had a conversation with the sales girl about how uncomfortable I was spending so much money on such an item, but that I needed to learn to treat myself once in a while. After using the product and realizing it was a piece of garbage, I looked it up online and they charged me five times more than what it is worth. It is a $20-$30 item online and I paid over $130 for it. And of course there's no returns. I mean their point of sales system is so out of date. It literally makes 90s modem sounds. And beyond my situation the place is so ghetto. It feels like you're shopping in a trailer. There's no sound in there. It just feels like a really scary, lonely yard sale. I do not recommend.. and I also don't ever use Yelp or make comments about places so yeah, I'm kind of pissed.

A little bit of everything, but not a lot of one thing, and not a wide variety in quality either of that one thing. Service has been good in my few stops by. If you wait for sales, or fill out their marketing cards, you can usually get an additional 10 to 15% off your purchase, and save some extra money.

This is fairly close to my house so I was in the area and called and they said they could probably get it done today but for sure by the next day if they got busy and had to keep it overnight. We searched businesses in Logan that sold Thule racks and found The Sportsman. Arriving at the store, I explained our situation to a friendly gentleman (turned out to be Mark) who explained the modern Thule products very thoroughly. I was pretty candid explaining that I'd brought no tools (from Phoenix, our home) but Mark didn't hesitate a moment to commit to assemble and install. Finishing the installation, Mark took a bike from his store and demonstrated all of the loading and locking features of this new Thule rack. Wow, what a great improvement from our earlier model! So, if you're ever in Logan and need good clothing, equipment and, particularly, bicycles and accessories, visit The Sportsman. They've always done a fantastic job, treated me well and at bargain prices! When a store does a great job, often times it's difficult to show appreciation for a job well done, so it is my pleasure to give Sportsman five stars. I recently took my bicycle to them with some problems I was experiencing with some grinding in the peddle bearings, I told them I was afraid I needed a new set of bearings, that I had wore mine out. They could have easily sold me an expensive set of new bearings, but they didn't, they were honest in their work, explained to me that the bearings were just dirty and needed a good cleaning, which they did for me at a great price. I was prepared to pay a high price, but instead was taken care of honestly and with great integrity, I appreciated that so much that I wanted to share my experience with you. What a huge mistake, there were only 3 people in the store and one employee (a younger boy) when I went in ( no greeting ) as he finished up with a young man in the store he finally addressed me. I believe he said I'll be a minute and went over to a young lady who had been there when I came in which was fine since she was there before me. He checked on something going on with backing up her phone and then came back over to assist me in replacing my screen protector that I had dropped and cracked. I've never felt like more of an unwanted customer. He said it would be $12.00 and I told him I usually go to the South Logan Zagg store and they charge me $10.00. He didn't bother to explain that the price had gone up ( if that is the case ) since I last visited my regular Zagg store and he made it seem like replacing my screen protector was something he would rather not be doing with his time. I will never visit the North Logan store again. Whenever I go to the South Logan store I am always welcomed in and I am treated almost as if I am family ( on the good side ). I have never felt unwelcome at any other store except the North Logan store.
