The Manager of the store is Marcial. I went in the store thinking they would say, "too bad." I was pleasantly surprised when Marcial said he would exchange the gun for a new one!! Imagine my surprise. I took the gun back about 5 months after I purchased it. My grandson got a new gun and we were so excited!! The experience was wonderful. Last week I went to the store to find a pair of snow boots for my granddaughter that was on clearance. The gentleman helping me could not find the boots. Marcial went with the young man and another young lady and looked for the boots. Marcial came back with a different brand but basically the same boot I wanted for $2.00 cheaper. I told Marcial his customer service if fantastic. I will ALWAYS go to Clinton Big 5 for my sporting needs. Drop me in the middle of it, I will guess about a dozen different stores. While less of a problem at Hibbett, it also lacks a strong identity of its own -- and separate from other sports stores. Hibbett does a good job in supporting the home team, with a nice selection of Utah State Aggies stuff. I you want a selection of colors in your mitt or soccer ball, go to Hibbett. They have plenty of Nikes (especially Air Jordans), Converse, Under Armour, and the rest. The prices are just average, nothing that would influence a purchase over just getting it on Amazon. Hibbett has been around since 1945, has about 1,000 locations, and targets markets like Logan ... mid-range towns, a little rural ... they depend on the person who wants to look, try on, and touch the athletic gear they buy. It still leaves me asking: Who are you Hibbetts? What makes you unique? What do you provide that I can't get somewhere else?

I bet this was formerly a grocery store, meaning the interior is not giant, but they have a good mix of things. Upon first walking in, if you head to the very left of the store, you will find the cheapest stuff, some of it overstock, or more likely, expired or nearly so grocery items. A few examples: $0.25 gum or candy bars, $0.50 chips and other snacks, $1.00 cookies, nut butters, etc. Most of that is full of preservatives so you are probably safe if planning to consume right away. I nabbed a ton of gum, because what can even go bad in that, but follow your best judgment! Heading to the right from here, you will come across the standard grocery items, and many were the same price as a regular store, though still worth a look, as you never know what you'll come across. Bulk bags of flours, powdered milk and rice lie on pallets up front. Home goods live in the center, and there were some real surprises here: Instant Pots, Le Creuset stoneware sets, Keurig coffee makers, etc. Some of it is damaged or missing parts, so, like everything else in the store, do your due diligence and check it out, but there is a possibility for some real finds! Following that was some office/school supplies, baby items, toys, and finally clothing. The latter seemed to be poorer quality/no-brand as compared to the rest of the store, but it is still incredibly cheap if that is what you are looking for. They post specials on their Facebook page, so give them a follow if you live in the area.
