In the beginning the communication was just ok but I figured he was just busy so I didn't worry about it. Blake personally came to my home to give me an estimate, he was very cordial and I got a good feeling about him and his company. I was provided a written estimate $5400 and decided to go with his company. The day prior to the move he and his crew showed up to pack up the trucks, they left a few things so we had a place to sleep and planned on an early arrival the next morning to pack the final few things and get on the road. They were over an hour late but when they finally arrived we got on the road quickly. Blake was supposed to be there but was absent due to a sick child. The head of the moving crew was Ronnie and he was very kind and on top of things. The move went great, they worked quickly and got everything set up, or so I thought. That night when I went to bed something was wrong with the bed. After flipping the bed over I discovered they had taken the legs off the bed to get it in the room and didn't put the bed back together properly and the bed broke. This is an expensive adjustable bed. I reached out to Blake the next morning and he said they would get right on it. That was March 21,2025 and today is June 13, 2025 and nothing has been resolved. Blake passed on the issue to Ronnie and he initially tried to resolve the issue however I was not satisfied with the offer of $250 to replace a bed that cost in excess of $1000. There have been a multitude of texts back and forth and nothing has been resolved. There have been promises made of a replacement of a much cheaper bed frame that I agreed to accept but still as of this date no resolution has happened. 10 days ago I reached out to Blake and he was under the impression it had been resolved and assured me he would have the bed shipped out that week to me. As of today still nothing. I have requested updates and he has not responded . Due to their lack of follow through I can't recommend this company for your moving needs. Don't let their kindness fool you. in order to resolve this issues I will now have to take him to small claims court, which just stinks to have to go that route.

Workflow: - straightforward online form instead of trying to make a phone call during business hours while at work - email confirmation right after submitting form and again two days prior to the move - as described in their email, on the morning of, I received a phone call within an hour before, informing me that they were on the way - they arrived just before the scheduled time (I was their first move of the day) - I had packed the things I wanted them to move in advance, so I showed them the piles of things I wanted them to move - we signed the contract (all the things I expected + insurance option, with the default basic option as a price per weight reimbursement for any damaged items) - without even having to say much to each other they knew where to start - wrapped all the big furniture in blankets and duct tape - couch cushions were temporarily a little squished as they do during a move, but there were no damages to anything - after the move, I verified that everything had been moved and signed the post-move part of the contract Pros: - perfect workflow for a zellenial who's used to ordering things online and they magically appear - the team understood that my goal was to stay within the 3h, told me it was definitely reasonable, and were ultimately able to accomplish it - paid in cash and exactly as quoted (minus the $75 deposit) with no surprise fees and no extra charge for supplies or gas or stairs

This was my third time using their service to move a 1B1B apartment. The first two times went fine…read more-- each took about 3 to 3.5 hours, and that's why I trusted them again. But this time? Total disaster. They charged me almost 8 HOURS for the exact same size move. From 9 AM to 4:45 PM -- are you kidding me? They didn't even start moving until around 9:20 or 9:30, and then moved like they were taking a casual stroll in the park. I asked them why this time was so ridiculously slow compared to the last two. Their excuse? "No elevator" at my old place and "your stuff is in small boxes and bags." That is complete nonsense. My new place has an elevator, and I used larger boxes this time to make it easier -- unlike the last move where neither location had elevators. And yet, that move only took 3.5 hours. There is no possible reason this one should take nearly EIGHT HOURS unless you're deliberately dragging your feet. And get this -- I even helped them move! I literally carried stuff myself while they moved slowly and inefficiently. When I brought this up to their supervisor, instead of acknowledging the poor service, he blamed me and said I had "too many things." Give me a break.
