Updating my review from several years ago. I have hired this company for moving services several times, and always had the same basic crew. For the last job they did for me, I hadn't met any of the crew (including the owner, who actually showed up). They were hired to load my daughter's belongings into 4 U-Haul U-Boxes for a cross-country move. They didn't wrap or pad most of the furniture, and their work was sloppy - this resulted in damage to quite a few items. We felt that there was very little consideration or care in their overall handling in that case, and I can no longer recommend using them. read more

I used Integrity moving for a long distance move from DFW to Galveston in March 2025. I worked with the owners (Blake) wife and was confident that I could trust his company. In the beginning the communication was just ok but I figured he was just busy so I didn't worry about it. Blake personally came to my home to give me an estimate, he was very cordial and I got a good feeling about him and his company. I was provided a written estimate $5400 and decided to go with his company. The day prior to the move he and his crew showed up to pack up the trucks, they left a few things so we had a place to sleep and planned on an early arrival the next morning to pack the final few things and get on the road. They were over an hour late but when they finally arrived we got on the road quickly. Blake was supposed to be there but was absent due to a sick child. The head of the moving crew was Ronnie and he was very kind and on top of things. The move went great, they worked quickly and got everything set up, or so I thought. That night when I went to bed something was wrong with the bed. After flipping the bed over I discovered they had taken the legs off the bed to get it in the room and didn't put the bed back together properly and the bed broke. This is an expensive adjustable bed. I reached out to Blake the next morning and he said they would get right on it. That was March 21,2025 and today is June 13, 2025 and nothing has been resolved. Blake passed on the issue to Ronnie and he initially tried to resolve the issue however I was not satisfied with the offer of $250 to replace a bed that cost in excess of $1000. There have been a multitude of texts back and forth and nothing has been resolved. There have been promises made of a replacement of a much cheaper bed frame that I agreed to accept but still as of this date no resolution has happened. 10 days ago I reached out to Blake and he was under the impression it had been resolved and assured me he would have the bed shipped out that week to me. As of today still nothing. I have requested updates and he has not responded . Due to their lack of follow through I can't recommend this company for your moving needs. Don't let their kindness fool you. in order to resolve this issues I will now have to take him to small claims court, which just stinks to have to go that route. read more

Blake and team were exactly what I was looking for! I needed a stand-up piano moved from an office building to a storage unit, so I reached out to a couple of companies for quotes. Integrity Moving was responsive, thorough, and offered a flat rate-- no scope creep here! They were even willing to offer a same day move, and we ended up scheduling for the next morning. I was even communicating this remotely and had an impeccable experience. They even pivoted with ease when the storage unit wouldn't fit the item, so we had it moved to a family member's house nearby. They took care of my childhood piano and had it wrapped and protected well! I highly recommend for a no-BS moving company. Blake was super responsive and helpful. Mike and Ronnie were very friendly and showed up on time. They actually showed up early becuase thier prior booking cancelled, but they didn't start charging me until they started moving boxes (which I really appreciated).They were extremely efficient and careful with our TVs and heavy furniture. They charged me exactly what I had been quoted for with no "hidden" charges at the end. I did end up paying extra for a mattress protecter, but they asked me if I wanted them to use it before going to get it and were very clear and upfront about the price. Moving sucks. Even when you are making a positive move to a new and exciting place, the process of moving is pretty much a beating. But I have to tell you, Integrity Moving was the least bad part of this move. In fact, they were great! They were efficient, and careful and oh so nice. They were conscientious about the time and worked continuously until the job was done. We had 3 movers at $139 an hour and they were worth every single penny. I had the best experience with Blake and Integrity Movers start to finish. Super responsive, super friendly, and knowledgeable! Blake took the time to go over my move ahead of time over the phone, took the time for a walk though at the beginning of the move, mid move, and end of the move. He made sure that things were out where I wanted them upon arrival. Between Blake and Ronnie, everything made it in perfect condition, they made sure things where strapped in the truck for a smooth ride. I was contacted within 20 minutes of reaching out by Blake and had my job booked about 5 days in advance. Co-Owner Ronnie showed up with a partner promptly on day of move and loaded all of our boxes and wrapped furniture carefully. They took care of our entire 2 bedroom apartment within two hours and had everything unloaded in an hour at our first home. Extremely fair and competitive pricing along with very friendly service. Our experience with Integrity Moving Services simply lacked its namesake - Integrity. The quote indicated that they use "heavily padded moving blankets to wrap each item." The team neglected to wrap our new sofa or our new Sleep Number mattress and during the move, they were heavily damaged with a black substance. Blake ensured us they would make it right - they would pay to have the sofa and the mattress cleaned. Though we were able to get the sofa cleaned, we did not receive reimbursement. The cleaning crew tried to clean the mattress cover but it was too far gone. We now are faced with shouldering another $600+ bill to replace the mattress that the Integrity team ruined. We have tried repeatedly to reach out to Blake to make it right. He just ignores our calls/texts. The move took an inordinate amount of time and they even double billed us for both the hourly rate as well as for moving two bulky items (a Peloton, which they did not even move, and a smoker, which they only moved into the garage instead of to its final destination- the backyard). This was the single priciest move we have ever made, and we came out with two damaged pieces and a hefty bill. I would NOT recommend Integrity. read more

5 Stars is not enough! I called Integrity Moving Services inquiring about same day services at 11am, by 2:15pm they were at my house unloading my POD. Mr. Houston is the definition of customer service. He made me and my family feel like we were his top priority! Ron and his crew unloaded our pod like it was their own belongings. They did everything with care and consideration. They were friendly and very professional. There was no extra fees added at the end. The price I was given over the phone was the price I paid (plus tip of course). They worked fast and efficient. It was hands down the best moving experience. ***WARNING*** DO NOT USE*** Blake the owner provided a bid for a long distance move. The quote was for the entire contents of a house. He was a great talker and reassured us he's been in business for a while and he's good at what he does. When they packed our home, they didn't pack the entire contents of the house. Then he was supposed to deliver the following day.....BUT no, he said that his truck had a flat tire and some other cockamamie story about waiting on a tire service to change the tire. Then he ghosted us. Complete silence. We called, left voicemails and sent several texts, with no response. He has our belongings and we didn't have any idea what they were doing with our belongings. Finally, after 9 hours of no contact and the day they were to deliver had come and gone; he finally responded and stated he could deliver our things the next morning. They did show up the next day, late of course, and as soon as they pulled up, they demanded payment before they would open the truck. We paid and then realized they didn't even pack up our entire home. We were never offered a partial refund or anything. We then had to hire other movers from our home in Texas to our new home in Oklahoma. I would NEVER recommend this company. Buyer beware. read more

Did not live up to their name. I overlooked the first red flag: Blake stood me up when we had made an appointment at my mother's apartment. He had no good excuse but I gave him the benefit of the doubt and scheduled a new time for him to give us an estimate. That day, he was 50 minutes late because he had to drop off his kids - red flag #2. I had already gotten one estimate and told Blake we would use him if he could match the price on an earlier moving date. He agreed. The day before the move, Blake confirmed with me that my mother's move was scheduled for 8 a.m. My brother and I arrived at 7:45. At 8:50, I called to find out where Blake was and what time he would arrive. He answered my call, and claimed that he had told me they would "...arrive between 8 and 10 am - and that they would call me when they were 30 minutes away." Of course, he had not said either of those things. Had he, my brother and I would have taken our time over coffee, awaiting such a call. It's moving day - red flag #3. I tried to keep a positive attitude and just get this done. Five minutes later, the "Integrity" moving team calls to say they would arrive in 15 minutes. Blake would not be with them (which he had not mentioned - red flag #4), but they were prepared to move most of Mom's things into her new smaller apartment in an Assisted Living facility. Two pieces of furniture were to be delivered to my home, and the final stop was to be a local non-profit so Mom could get a receipt for a tax deduction. When I told the person in charge of the other two men that we had sorted everything into the three designated destinations, he told me he had not been told of the donation stop (red flag #5), but that he would find a place and make it happen and have Blake send us the receipt. Prior to moving day, we had done most of the packing ourselves but saved a selection of family photos and keepsakes to be professionally packed before moving. Unfortunately, it soon became obvious that Blake's team were not professional packers so we watched them like hawks. One of the keepsakes was a glass bird that my mother had inherited from her mother. When I later unpacked that box, I found the bird at the bottom--with no packing paper or any kind of cushion below. (I guess I wasn't watching as closely as I had intended.) It is a miracle that the piece with so much sentimental value was not damaged. At the end of the move, I paid via Zelle which was super easy. The price was a few dollars lower than the original estimate. Immediately, I texted Blake to send the receipt after they donated Mom's unused things. He responded that he would get that from his team. After one week, I texted again - no response. The bottom line: I will NEVER use Integrity Movers again and would NEVER recommend them to a friend. Blake was unprofessional from the very beginning and I am disappointed in myself for not paying attention to red flags. read more

I called to get a quote and the person I spoke to "Blake" who is a smooth talker and very "Salesy", he'll be REALLY nice in the beginning to gain your business but afterwards.. GOOD LUCK!. He will quote you one price, but the day before your move, he will then the change the price to a higher amount and include service that you did NOT ask for. He quoted us a specific rate in which we agreed on however the day BEFORE my move, he changed the rate and included another person/mover into the price which we did NOT ask for. He sent the higher price in a text message. I asked for 2/men at the rate he gave me initially, he sent me the text the day before my move and said "The price is going up and I'm sending 3 guys instead". He ignores calls and texts. Hes known for blocking people when he damages items during a move or if they have a complaint. Read the other reviews about this guy bcse they are ALL true! I HATE having to leave this review. We have used Blake's company 5-6 times in the last five years, referred people to them, and now have been completely ghosted and disregarded. You will see that as a common theme among the negative reviews. Blake did a HUGE move for us in November and we did not shop around as we have always trusted Blake. We felt he had always done right by us and taken care of us, until now. This move we were charged $12,500 after we were quoted $10K while standing in our kitchen, still we didn't make a thing of it, even though there were supposed to be extra guys meeting us in Austin to help unload the truck. Blake asked me if he could store his moving blankets and wardrobe boxes in our garage for a week due to him coming back to Austin for another move (that's how close we all thought we were) and he was in a hurry to get out of here after the move to watch a football game with his son. Fine...A week later I reached out and his schedule changed and he wouldn't be in Austin..Okay fine, this kept being the excuse for weeks to no resolution. I also asked that he please provide a receipt to us for the move so we can use it for taxes, as well as letting him know they severely dented our 1 year old fridge. He stated he would pick up his moving blankets soon, provide a receipt and on multiple occasions promised he would send someone out to repair our dented fridge. Blake even went so far to say he understood it was not our responsibility to "house" his moving supplies and understood if we needed to get rid of them and that he needed an assistant so he could stay on top of everything as our situation with him kept getting dragged out with no resolve. I told him I would still keep them but please give us dates that all items could be resolved. To be clear both myself and my husband were trying to get a hold of him over text, BUT here we are..January...and NADA and he has stopped responding to our messages. I really really hoped to be treated with much more respect after the amount of business we provided to Blakes company and the amount of $$ we shelled out. Truly hate having to write this but I don't know what else to do. COME GET YOUR MOVING BLANKETS, EMAIL US A RECEIPT, AND FIX OUR HORRIBLE DENTED FRIDGE! This company moved my items for my apartment to my house and broke two of my TVs in the process after realizing my TVs were broken after plugging them in they refuse to pay for my TVs. They claimed they had insurance to pay for my TVs but then the owner Blake Houston stop responding to my text my calls and refuse to pay for new TV or refund me my movie fee. This is absolutely the worst service I've ever had I will never choose them again and I caution anyone from using their services. Blake and his team were very nice. I give 3 stars because my move was scheduled sometime between 8 am and 10 am but did not begin until 12:30 pm (I have never moved that late in the day). Blake and his team got started working (packing) and after a while came to me and said they believe they may not have enough space in the truck for one trip and may need to make a second. This prompted me to look in the truck to see how the packing was going. I noticed that all of the space in the moving truck was not being used. They were not maximizing the space (stacking items) which meant they weren't being as efficient as they could be. I said something about this and was told that they did not want to be liable for breaking something which I understood and agreed with so I mentioned offering a waiver to recuse them from any potential damage. I was told that they have the forms but did not bring the waiver forms. In addition to this, I shared (multiple times) that this was my 9th move in 12 years and I have NEVER needed to make 2 trips for any move I have ever made.....NEVER! This part is what bothered me the most. Blake and his team were very nice but I wasn't concerned with their manners as much as I was how efficient they were with their packing. Being efficient would help me AND them. I ended up being their last job of the day instead of their first job of the day. I wanted to be able to recommend the team to others but if this is what I experienced, I don't want anyone else to experience the same. If they change the way they pack (stack each item or ask the customer if they mind stacking items and ask the customer to sign a waiver to release the team/company from being responsible for anything damaged) this I would refer the team. I am really just disappointed by the lack of efficiency and the second trip it took. Again, I have moved 9 times and used a 26' truck/trailer and used 17' of that. I moved from CA to TX and used 17' out of 26' and moved the same possessions but had to make two trips this time (with a 26' truck). I take solace that I will not have the need to move for a long time (went from an apartment and bought a home). We shall see what the future holds. read more
