Working with FB Movers was easy and pleasant from start to finish. l was refered to them by my neighbor who had used their services. I requested a quote through their website on Thursday night right after we closed the escrow for a new house. Sean got back to me the next day in the morning and answered all of my questions in a very professional manner. Even though we wanted to move laterally in a few days Sean could work on his schedule and put our move into his calendar. What I really liked is that Sean emailed me the summary of our conversation with a work order form for my revision. I liked such transparency a lot. On the moving day Den, Ale and Jorge came in time. They signed the paperwork with me, went through the house and were very attentive. The move from Dallas to Plano for a 3-bedroom house with a partial pack took 11 hours. We had a lot of stuff! I was amazed by how the guys fit everything into one truck. I believe it was a 26-footer. Probably 4 movers would me more efficient but that's on me who I should blame because I told that would have everything packed in boxes; in reality the guys had to pack more than 30 boxes. A couple of months ago a friend was moving and she called this company to handle her big items. The day of the movie 4 guys in a box truck pulled up before scheduling time. I was very impressed! They wrapped all the big items to keep them safe from damage and quickly loaded them in the truck. Since the completed the task so quickly we asked them to follow us to the storage facility to drop a few items off before heading to her new home. items that were to be stored and open space for the other things she Once we arrived at storage they again moved quickly to locate the items to be stored and moved them into the unit and arranged them to allow as much open space for the other things she would bring back. Pleasantly surprised by how smooth the entire process was. I was on the fence about hiring movers, due to covid, but happy I did. They were so patient when I called answering a million questions and addressing all my concerns. The team was professional and accommodating from start to finish. Everyone wore masks and were mindful not to track dirt into my home. They were mindful of my kitty's and very sweet with them. Everything was great. They were on time, in fact a few minutes early, and wore masks from start to finish which I appreciated because safety takes priority right now. They packed the boxes, carefully wrapping everything that could be fragile and placing a layer of padding on top of each level as they were completed. They handled all of my things as if they were fine China but also worked very quickly. They had the truck packed and loaded very quickly. When we reached out destination, they unloaded the truck even faster than they loaded it. They placed every piece of furniture exactly as I told them and even offered to help me unpack the boxes. First off I would like to say I appreciate how they followed all the COVID rules . Wore face mask and also gloves .sanitized each time that it was needed . They did an outstanding job with my furniture made sure they didn't scrape or damage any of my items since I know I am very careful when it comes to my furniture they did it the exact way I would of done it. They moved all my items the same day lol it would have took me about two weeks to move everything on my own . They showed up on time, had everything with them (blankets, dolly etc.). Very professional, friendly and polite. I was very pleasantly surprised. So i called them back in April of 2020 and i was amazed at the price of their services. Extremely Cheap and the Quality of the service is Well Beyond 5 stars. I had a 3 Bedroom Apt i needed moved in a short times notice.. 2 days i had to be out to be exact. I called them set an appointment and they came to work their magic. With the Covid-19 crisis that is currently going on they were equipped properly with the safety measures the government is wanting us to take. So i had to move and it is something that I hate to do. This company put all those fears to rest. They were on time and handled my items with care. When loading they made sure to put big items in the back and also brought extra padding to ensure nothing was broken. They tool thier time unloading and assisted with setting my bed which is something they did not have to do. They were priced reasonably and all the way professional. We needed some furniture picked up and delivered and assembled at our home these guys were very professional. He went and got the items from the store after I ordered it on her to my home unpacked it and put it together it was three pieces of large furniture which I've been in pain for me to do the price was very reasonable and they were very professional and incredible job will definitely use them again future needs.
