That ride came 45 minutes late! The wheelchair didn't have the foot pedals on so the elderly passenger had to keep her feet up. Then the wheelchair lift didn't work properly in the van. We were late to our hospital procedure. Would have been better off in an uber! Tried to get a credit and they wouldn't call me back. Find someone reliable if you need medical transport!

World Ambulate Transportation's #210 van side-swiped my parked car 2 weeks ago. I was actually in…read moremy car, parked legally, in a parking space when this driver hit me and kept driving. I got out of my car, ran over and knocked on his window. There was also a woman in the passenger's seat and they both clearly knew they hit me. The driver stopped, look at my car and when I phoned the company, I spoke to the manager, who told me her ambulette had not hit me. I guess she saw what happened to my car in Manhattan while she sat at her desk in Queens. Maybe she's a psychic! I called their office again two days later and spoke to a woman called Anna, who continued their lies and denied the incident altogether. "He not hit your car! He not hit your car!" Accidents happen, but it takes a VERY BAD DRIVER to think that this guy could POSSIBLY squeeze his van between the space that was available to him. My 6 year old niece could have told him he'd never fit where he tried to squeeze through. So, if you want to be picked up by a driver who is unable to determine where his van can or can not between a given space and sideswipes cars, call these people. Personally, I would prefer to have my disabled loved ones driven by people who a) know how to drive and b) aren't liars. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

I have spoken to the company but, still will like to give a warning for anyone looking for an assisted transportation because there are people who are recklessly driving. The man was an almost bald black man with glasses and he had no care. I was very warned and panicked but was able to gain control. He doesn't use any blinkers and is just overall a bully on the road. This is not the type of person that should be driving and I hope this employee will learn to do better on the road. My car has cameras and I'm happy to have been able to catch the company name and the car number so this employee can learn from his wrongs.

I'm always apprehensive when booking something like this because you never know how smooth or not smooth things will go. Everything went great that day. I like their minivans, doesn't seem to much of a production to get her in and secured. There is room for 1 or 2 additional people that may be traveling with the person (we had an aid with her).
