He was also there to pickup another person scheduled at 10:45 am heading to Tuckahoe. We got to his destination at 11:22am. We were heading to Columbia Presbyterian. Needless to say we had to reschedule the doctor appointment. As you can imagine I am very upset given the doctor's appointments was scheduled months in advance . Obviously poor planning on MedTrips end combining these two trips together. Of course I called to provide feedback and I got the usual sorry about that. Still upset.

I explained to her that there should be some notes in the account because I have been using that car service for quite some time now so I go into explaining to her that I'm profoundly deaf and I can only communicate via text or email. Seems like this person doesn't want to learn anything because for the third time I had to tell her that I can't hear at all no matter what and she starts that shit again about me not answering the phone when she calls!!! I simply don't know how to get the message across to her and into her hardheaded head that I AM AND I REPEAT I AM PROFOUNDLY DEAF AND I CANNOT HEAR ANYTHING AT ALL AND I CAN ONLY COMMUNICATE VIA TEXT OR EMAIL!!! Today she got on my last nerve and I was running late for my appointment she didn't want to shut up and simply do her job instead she wanted to KNOW WHY I DIDNT ANSWER HER PHONE CALLS.....SO...... TO GET MY MESSAGE ACROSS TO HER LOUD AND CLEAR I TOLD HER TO TAKE THE SCHEDULE BOOKING AND STICK IT WHERE THE SUN DOES NOT SHINE CAUSE SHE HAS CONSTANTLY DISCRIMINATED ME AGAINST MY DISABILITY IVER AND OVER EACH TIME I CALL!!! I don't recommend this car service to anyone if they want to be repeatedly harassed by an individual that doesn't have a decent brain on their head!
