They…read moreoften do not let you through security until 20 minutes before your particular flight boards, leaving a massive angry, confused mob in the tiny front lobby. There are no seats and no food, so just get ready to stand around with your bags pissed off, hungry, and wondering whether your flight will even go. It reminds me of an episode of Supernatural where hell was just one big line with nothing at the front. If you make it to the other side of security, get ready to do the same thing as your flight gets endlessly delayed or sometimes doesn't show because it was diverted to the middle of nowhere upstate NY. If you enjoy being hungry, sitting on the floor, confusion, chaos, having your flight delayed, or are just looking to stand around for a few hours, this is the place for you. If not, fly out of a legitimate airport.

I was driving up from Virginia and she was meeting me in White Plains from Newtown, CT. I wanted us to just relax & have fun, so we booked Waverly. I have never used them before, but based on Yelp reviews, I thought they'd be best. From booking them to using the service on that night, it was a pleasant experience from start to finish! Our driver was Augustin. Such a gentleman. He stayed with us the whole evening. He drove us to dinner & waited, took us to the show and waited and then took us home. When we were ready for him to pick us up & take us to the next place, all we needed to do was call his phone & he was there within a couple of minutes. He was very personable and a lot of fun! I will ONLY use him the next time I book their service! If you are ever in need of a professional and friendly limousine service, look no further than Waverly Transportation! I promise, you will not be disappointed!!! ----Carla W

This is noteworthy, as we had been a customer of the same service from 1991 to 2014 - when Leros, the heavyweight in the local market, and the acquirer of L&J Limo in 2010 definitively demonstrated they could not care less about their customers. Back to Harrison. They have made reservation a snap, offering on line, a smartphone app or traditional call in options. Unlike that other big company service that has zero personality and is focused on completing the reservation in the fewest seconds possible, with Harrison you can enjoy a brief conversation with another human. The Town cars are clean, smoke free and on time for pickups at our home, and they keep in constant touch throughout dispatch of driver, arrival on site AND a pic, name and phone contact direct to the driver. Unlike Leros, they charge for actual tolls rather than the maximum possible, there is no fuel surcharge, and while pricing is high compared to your local "taxi" service, we are totally pleased with the people and the process.
