I have spoken to the company but, still will like to give a warning for anyone looking for an assisted transportation because there are people who are recklessly driving. The man was an almost bald black man with glasses and he had no care. I was very warned and panicked but was able to gain control. He doesn't use any blinkers and is just overall a bully on the road. This is not the type of person that should be driving and I hope this employee will learn to do better on the road. My car has cameras and I'm happy to have been able to catch the company name and the car number so this employee can learn from his wrongs.

I'm always apprehensive when booking something like this because you never know how smooth or not smooth things will go. Everything went great that day. I like their minivans, doesn't seem to much of a production to get her in and secured. There is room for 1 or 2 additional people that may be traveling with the person (we had an aid with her).
