I have spoken to the company but, still will like to give a warning for anyone looking for an assisted transportation because there are people who are recklessly driving. The man was an almost bald black man with glasses and he had no care. I was very warned and panicked but was able to gain control. He doesn't use any blinkers and is just overall a bully on the road. This is not the type of person that should be driving and I hope this employee will learn to do better on the road. My car has cameras and I'm happy to have been able to catch the company name and the car number so this employee can learn from his wrongs.

I'm always apprehensive when booking something like this because you never know how smooth or not smooth things will go. Everything went great that day. I like their minivans, doesn't seem to much of a production to get her in and secured. There is room for 1 or 2 additional people that may be traveling with the person (we had an aid with her). This puncture of my skin may have been illegal since I've checked this out and learned that only a licensed paramedic can perform more invasive advanced testing without orders from a superior/or supervision. I also checked to see if they have licensed paramedics on these ambulances. I read that the crew consists of 2 EMT's. There was a third female person there for an unknown reason but it seemed that this person was wearing street clothing and was not wearing a uniform. Also this idiot seemed to make his own decisions so they can get a gold star for gouging. These little fingerprick testers cost$ 11.99 in most pharmacies and they have the nerve to bill for $500! For what ? Is there a cover charge for entertainment? I cannot get the names of the three creeps to check on their credentials. When they FINALLY arrived I was told by their " EMT's" that I was NEVER put in their schedule and they were headed to pick someone else up until their Supervisor called them to respond to my transport. Also, please be aware you are allowed only 1 bag of your personal belongings during Transport and if you are leaving a Hospital and have some of your OWN medicine that was held by hospital pharmacy you are NOT allowed to have it on you whether it is a Life saving medicine.
