The man was an almost bald black man with glasses and he had no care. I was very warned and panicked but was able to gain control. He doesn't use any blinkers and is just overall a bully on the road. This is not the type of person that should be driving and I hope this employee will learn to do better on the road. My car has cameras and I'm happy to have been able to catch the company name and the car number so this employee can learn from his wrongs.

It'sa delight to just roll into the van, get locked down, plenty of room for able-bodied companions, and get where I'm going, no fuss, no muss, no worries. It can cost more than a taxi if you are going a short distance, say from Times Square to the Met, but for this customer, it is worth every penny to have a ride guaranteed, and no hassles about the wheelchair.

However, Cathay showed up as scheduled, and the gentlemen who arrived were very courteous, professional, and careful with my mother. Dispatch was also very responsive prior to the arrival. I will say that they almost had to cancel the ride because they were unable to communicate with the insurance company. In my opinion, the patient shouldn't have to be inconvenienced by an issue like that. Once the service is booked, the details should already be finalized between the transportation company and the insurance provider. On the return trip from the appointment, it appeared that dispatch had provided the drivers with a different address, which caused a slight delay. Thankfully, the driver called to confirm the correct address, and the issue was quickly resolved. Overall, I want to thank Units 154 and 151 for providing such pleasant and courteous service. Can I call you half an hour in advance? They said yes. Later when I called, the man who answered the phone said our company doesn't do business with you. What kind of company is it? Don't call a car from their company. If there is a 0 star, I won't give them a single star.
