I have spoken to the company but, still will like to give a warning for anyone looking for an assisted transportation because there are people who are recklessly driving. The man was an almost bald black man with glasses and he had no care. I was very warned and panicked but was able to gain control. He doesn't use any blinkers and is just overall a bully on the road. This is not the type of person that should be driving and I hope this employee will learn to do better on the road. My car has cameras and I'm happy to have been able to catch the company name and the car number so this employee can learn from his wrongs.

It'sa delight to just roll into the van, get locked down, plenty of room for able-bodied companions, and get where I'm going, no fuss, no muss, no worries. It can cost more than a taxi if you are going a short distance, say from Times Square to the Met, but for this customer, it is worth every penny to have a ride guaranteed, and no hassles about the wheelchair.

Can I call you half an hour in advance? They said yes. Later when I called, the man who answered the phone said our company doesn't do business with you. What kind of company is it? Don't call a car from their company. If there is a 0 star, I won't give them a single star.
