He was very professional and guided us through this whole remediation process. He provided drying fans and came back a few days later to finalize the work and assure our happiness with the job. We absolutely were! He truly saved our carpet! Don't waste your time with other carpet companies.

This Chem Dry branch is family owned, and everyone in the family is part of the business. They are all EXTREMELY knowledgeable about their services and what they do. This has always impressed me! The Chem Dry process is different from other carpet cleaning services. I did my research on multiple types of carpet cleaning. They use oxygen to remove stains and dirt. The process is more green and more effective! They came out today because I had an emergency (large) red wine spill on my wool rug! I also added a last minute upholstery cleaning of my couch to the order and they were happy to add it. I didn't have to rescheduled for another time, which I appreciated. Thank you guys for being so customer service oriented and easy to work with!
