I had a small stain in my carpet in front of the laundry room. I had the presence of mind to take a photo beforehand, but you can barely even see the stain. After Cleaner Carpet Concepts cleaned the carpet, well, the stain is gone, but so is the color in an entire 12" x 24" area where the stain was. It looks like it has been bleached. There's also a terrible chemical smell that I can't get rid of. The company will not return my calls or emails. AVOID! read more

Cleaner Carpet Concepts (CCC) provides top-notch, knowledgeable services to it's customers and is 2nd to none. I've used many various carpet, upholstery and floor cleaning companies over the years (more familiar, bigger named companies in the Charlotte region), but I met Cornelius of Cleaner Carpet Concepts at a small business vendor fair years ago. In the few minutes that we spoke, I found his knowledge of carpet and floors to be extensive, so I decided to give him a call for my next cleaning. We were/are extemely satisfied with his outstanding work and as a result, he's cleaned carpets, upholstery and/or floors (including grout cleaning) at three (3) of our properties, soon to be 4. CCC uses methods that don't saturate your carpet with water nor do they use harsh chemicals. They get the crevice at the baseboard perimeter clean, an area that l've had issues with when using other big name carpet cleaning services. He's timely, easy to schedule, does fantastic work with integrity at a very fair price, and he takes pride in his work. I do highly recommend him. read more

Extremely unprofessional. This was supposed to be a surprise for my dad, which I explained to the gentleman I scheduled with when we were trying to determine a date and time. I scheduled this appointment 2 weeks in advance. I received a reminder call the night before and a text the day of. Cornelius called me at 3:45, 15 minutes after he was supposed to have arrived at the house. I had already removed all of the furniture from 3 rooms and a hallway that I requested cleaned. I left work early so that I could make sure the home was ready. I advised him that I had to go back to work at 6 since I left early and asked if he could still get everything done as scheduled. He proceeded to tell me he is 40 minutes away and will not make it but I can leave my keys so he can let himself into my parents' home. My thoughts are why would I let someone, who already isn't doing as promised, into not even my home but someone else's unsupervised. I told him that was not a good idea and asked to reschedule. Cornelius said he is busy until a week later. I told him that would not work and he hung up. I called him back and he questioned me asking why I would schedule an appointment later in the day if I have to work. He implied that I should have cleared my schedule for the rest of the evening even though I was told verbally they would arrive at 3pm and that it would take 1.5 hours. They sent a text confirmation confirming 3:30-5:30 which was still okay. I asked him why he didn't call when he knew he would be late and he didn't like that. I proceeded to ask him when he can make it and to do as much as he can because I had already moved everything by myself. Cornelius hung up on me mid sentence. I thought this was a mistake because nobody who wants business would be that rude hut he did not answer when I called back. I will never recommend this company. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not invite someone like that into my home. read more

This will be my go to carpet and tile floor cleaner. He was responsive, on time and did an awesome job getting my 6 year old tile floors cleaned. The grout between the tiles was black and now is a beautifully sealed color that will last for years. He got a "doggie" carpet stain out that had been previously cleaned by another company two different times. Thank you for doing a great job! Cleaner Carpet Concepts is fabulous! We have had them clean our carpets twice. The first time was 18 months ago. At that time, our carpet was just over three years old and had never been professionally cleaned. We have three children and a dog, so it was past the time to clean our carpets.
