I called them last week to book a cleaning service for that weekend, they said they were fully booked. Later the day, the owner called me back to offer me an early schedule on Saturday morning. Of cause, I said yes, because I have to move out my apartment on Sunday. The owner came to my apartment by himself. He is completely professional and courteous while cleaning the carpet. I mentioned to him that some dirty/pees spots from the previous resident may not be easy to be cleaned, because I had asked my rental office to clean it up when I moved into my apartment two years ago. And, even the rental office had called the carpet cleaning service to clean it up; however, you still can see them by your eyes. After around 30 minutes later, not only the entire carpet looked like new but also those spots were gone. Wow, it's fantastic, well done! (I should call them when I moved in. Called to get an estimate on a job, I left an email, expecting a reply on Monday. To my surprise I got a call within 15 minutes from the time I left the email. This was late on a Saturday evening. Van said he would be there at 10am Monday. Van arrived at 9:55am. Cleaned four rooms a sofa and spot cleaned for cat urine. He worked very hard and the carpets looked wonderful. However when the carpet dried, there were spots that reappeared. I had researched and found out that in heavily stained areas, the stain would wick back to the surface of the carpet. I called Van and he set up an appoint to work around my schedule. Van came back out and removed all of the spots and told me if there were any more spots thar resurfaced to call him and he would one back to remove it ASAP. Very happy with the service and job done.
