Appointment was a brisk and they came about the time allocated and did a fairly good job. Appointment : 4 stars Appoint was easy. Boris comfirmed the pricing and time (more abou this below) but indicated extra for stairs which is standard. Timeliness : 3 I typically rate services like these a 3 because all trade/service ppl does not come ontime. If you need such services, be prepared they will be late. They did got the wrong time but early!....which was ok. Quality of service: 4 They did a pretty good job cleaning the carpet. They guy was new and took a bit more time but the attention to details are welcome. Only issue is that the carpet are much wetter than usual but then he is new....give the guy a break Bottomline: I WILL use them again and will RECOMMEND this to others for thier service. read more

If I could give this 0 stars I absolutely would. Scheduling was pretty easy and they arrived when they said they would. On their first visit the gentleman coming to treat our carpet had a bit of an attitude, nonetheless he cleaned our area rug. We have an 8x10 rug that had three very small spots where our small maltese had peed. We had spot cleaned these areas ourselves with an at home bissel carpet cleaner so they weren't yellow but weren't quite as white as we had hoped which is why we called this company. They cleaned our ivory/white carpet and within a couple of hours when it started to dry the entire carpet was turning an orange color. I immediately reached out to the owner to tell him of this and he sent the same person out the next day. The man showed up and was EXTREMELY rude to me. He was blaming my dog for the mess saying that the dog must've peed all over the carpet which is why it was orange now. Mind you, this was a brand new carpet, half of which was under a large sectional.... my 4 pound dog has no way of lifting the couch to pee all over the rug like the man says. Luckily I had taken pictures of the carpet prior to him coming. It looked terrrible from the supposed "cleaning" they did. The man was continually rude to me, yelling at me in my own home, all while acting as if he was doing me a favor by coming back to fix the job he had messed up. Not only is my rug a nasty orange color, but he also scratched my hard wooden floors in the process. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT hire this company. This company is AWFUL! I ordered a grocoupon to try out this company. I called to make an appointment and they schedule me the wrong date. So I had to wait another week. I called over the phone and asked if I can replace one of the rooms with my hallway. They told me that wasn't an issue. But when the technician got here was a issue. He apologized about the miscommunication regarding expectations and then he took out his equipment and went to work on those persistent stains. I literally have a 980 sqft. apartment that needed a living room and two small apartment bedrooms cleaned. Ekue is the technician who shows up and immediately starts going into all the things he can do. I had three stains on the living room carpet - Kool-Aid, Diet Coke, and some basic food stains near the couch. I have no pets, the carpet is two years old and is pretty spotless aside from the stains in the living room. Ekue goes on about all the things he needs to do and quotes me $90 to clean this small apartment! I told him to immediately leave. After a few minutes, we worked it out that he'd only clean the living room stains and not bother with any of the other rooms, since they were not really needing a cleaning. He spent about 10 minutes going at the stains in the living room with a steam extractor. He got most of the stains - Diet Coke was gone, Kool-Aid was 50% gone, and the food stains were 75% gone. So basically I got a fancy steam vacuuming of my living room carpet and one bedroom, since Ekue felt bad, I guess, for not being able to get out all of the stains in the living room. I've seen pro cleaners clean old carpets well even if they are stained. This was a relatively new carpet with minor stains and he could not get it out. Had an opening and needed to reschedule... fine, I can work with that. I work during the day full-time, so I had to go out of my way to get someone there, but I still did. I live in a pretty small apartment, with carpets that arent deeply soiled. I purchased a groupon for $34 for 3 rooms, on the groupon it said if there are any deep soiled rooms when they come in it would be an extra $20 dollars per room. However when the technicians got here he immediately came in looked for 5 seconds, saw that I have a dog and said that since a dog pees everywhere I need a deep clean and he can not do a standard clean if a deep clean is what I need. So after he explained that to us he literally just left. Other than that I got a call from the boss at 8am saying they were on their way when in reality they got here at 9:30 because they had other houses before us. This is by far the best carpet cleaning i have ever received! Our technician Ekue showed up exactly when he said he would be there, finished the job quickly but was very efficient. Our stairs were very dirty and we didn't expect him to be able to fix but he got out every stain. We used a groupon for five rooms but being that it was a five bedroom house plus common area and stairs we had to pay extra fees (very reasonable and expected) Ekue walked through before beginning his cleaning and explained what each charge was for so there was no surprises or any hidden fees when it was time to pay. Do not use this company. I called them told them that I had some stains from where my dog threw up on the carpet and they said they would be able to get the stains out and would charge me extra because it was berber. I should have known it was going to be a mistake when they showed up in an unmarked van, no uniform and no labels on the chemicals. Not only did they not get any stain out or even test just one stain first, but they made the stains worse and did a horrible job "cleaning" my carpet. There is black all around the stains and the carpet is way worse than when they came. I've had to call several times, the owner was so rude and yelled at me and refused to give me a refund or pay for the carpet to be replaced. He offered to come and clean the carpets, but since they made them awful when they came to clean them the first time, I didn't want them coming back. We needed our entire house's carpets cleaned. After searching through Groupon we decided to use Best Carpet Solution. They gave me a quote on line of about $260 with Groupon. I also checked their reviews from Groupon but unfortunately I didn't check Yelp! While I knew the price would probably be higher because of some bad stains in some rooms I didn't expect it to be almost 3 times as much as originally quoted! Also I had an appointment when they arrived and was not home. My husband was, and I didn't know the final price until they were almost finished. When my husband told me the price was $685 I was outraged and told him he should not pay them that because of the quote given. But he did pay them, I sent messages back and forth to Best Carpet Solution about the price, and they responded with what a great job they thought they did. I again was not at home and told them I would check when I got there. When I arrived home I was even more upset because of how the carpet looked!! None of the stains were gone and they charged me $190 to clean a sectional sofa aftershock quote for the sectional sofa of $124 dollars! Their reason, it was a large sectional sofa!!! Huh? The first time I used this company, the tech came and was upset because I lived in an apartment and he didn't have his portable cleaner. I'm not very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning, and he never asked me if I lived in a house or an apartment. He tried to make me add an extra pet cleaning solution, but we have basic, cheap apartment carpet and didn't need it to be perfect. We had another cleaning scheduled for today. He came and was again upset because he didn't have his portable cleaner, although I told him on the phone we live in an apartment so what happened the time before wouldn't occur again. He told us there would be a $30 fee for using the portable cleaner. This was new, so I checked the terms and conditions where it is not listed. He argued with me over $30, and became very emotional and rude when I wouldn't agree to it. We even offered to help him carry it if he needed (even though we have an elevator). He also kept pushing me to add the extra pet cleaning solution even though we told him we weren't looking for perfection, just something to get the dust and dirt up. He told us to try and find someone else better that it was fine for him. After this, he stopped responding. We found a new cleaning company with better prices immediately after this and they were really nice. :) I usually don't leave reviews, but this was such an odd, terrible experience. I purchased a groupon from this company for 5 rooms of carpet cleaning. I scheduled service for 3 rooms a hallway and a staircase. (assuming that the extra two rooms would cover the hallway and the stairs)Two hours before my scheduled appointment they texted me a message that said they don't clean stairs, among a host of other things The owner of the company said they would clean the stairs "starting" at $2 per step. When I tried to get an explanation of "starting at $2 per step he pretended to not understand what I was asking and told me he didn't have time for my questions. He was extremely rude, as he screamed at me that I need to read the fine print before I buy something. Well buddy I did read the fine print and it did not say that you don't clean stairs. This company has horrible customer service!! I found them on groupon. The reviews on groupon were good (but I could only see 3 reviews). I contacted the company on Monday to schedule an appt. He told me to text my address and that he will look at his book to see what time he had available Wed or Thurs. After 4hrs and still no response, I text the number and ask could they confirm a time. Still no response. I called back the next at 2pm, and told him that I was waiting for someone to confirm a time. He said give 30 minutes and he would text with a time. He gave me a 2hr window (8am-10am) which they would arrive between that time. 945am, no one had came or contact me. So I called to get an ETA, he told me he had to contact the tech. He called me back and the tech would be arriving within 30-40mins. (15-25mins late after a 2hr window). I proceed to tell him that the customer service is horrible, I shouldn't have had to contact them to find out an ETA and then be told they were going to be late. I told them it was an inconvenience to my life to clear 2hrs of my day waiting on their arrival. And then said they will not service me because I'm basically complaining. Do not book this company. I wish I would have saw these reviews on here prior to contacting them. read more
