I've had such a horrible month stressing about work that I needed to get a massage before I lost it. So knotted up I could barely turn my neck. I called this place Friday at 9 and they were able to take me at 11, it was such a saving grace. I've never had a massage where I actually felt it. I thought I had a pretty high pain tolerance until I laid down on the table here. She was really able to get into my shoulders and get the knots out a bit. I'm sure it'll take a few more visits but I do feel a bit better. I can move my neck a little more and just knowing I took some time to care for ME actually helps alleviate my mood. So never actually made it to the massage. This is a comment on poor business practices. Schedule a massage today. She said they could see me at four but I wasn't available till five she said great I'll see you at five what's your name what's your phone number I provided both. I arrived 15 minutes early to check in no one in the front office... No biggie. Gave them my name when 2 people came out and couldn't find my name or my reservation. One of the employees calls someone else to ask about my reservation. She asks what number i called...i go into my phone settings and repeat their number and that i called at 12:45 pm. For some reason they want to call my number which they do. When i asked bluntly if there is a reservation at 5 the other person in the shop suddenly says she doesn't speak English. Weird. For 5 minutes we were. Instead of arguing I left and wanted to share this experience for others. The person on the other end of the phone asked if i could wait 10 minutes - which I couldn't. left feeling like i dodged a bullet. I wish them well but I don't trust them and feel lied to. read more

Unfortunately, it was a really bad experience this time. They led us to the room for our 4:00 appointment and then we both laid there for about 15 minutes. Finally one masseuse came in and started to work on me, but no one for my husband, so I asked, "Is someone else coming in?" She stepped out and then came back in a few minutes later with someone else. The massage itself was not good - there was a lot of massage lotion used, and the preferred technique was elbows and forearms. There wasn't a lot of pressure being applied, and very little actual massage. My feet were sore from an event the prior day, and my feet weren't rubbed at all! My husband also had an equally mediocre experience. I'm going to give this 1 because it's 40 bucks, they were able to take us with no notice on a Sunday night and the guy at the front desk is really, really nice. Why I'm only giving the 1 : I've told myself in the past I will not come back here again but I did tonight because I really needed a massage and the other places in the area were packed. The drawback tonight was the same as it has been in the past. They use one hand, or one arm at a time. The other hand usually ends up being what they rest their FULL body weight on my body with. Tonight I had to say five times "please stop putting your weight on my body". Had to move the guys hand off. I recognize its Sunday night, the guy might be tired, maybe worked all day? But rest your weight on the table then if you must - not on ME. And this has happened here before. Also: awkward, rough motions. Not smooth, not relaxing. Went with a friend. My first impression of this place was "Nice and clean". We made an appointment for 7:30 pm. Got there about 10 minutes early. No one was at the front desk. We just waited for a few minutes and eventually, someone came out. We paid upfront (CASH ONLY, I believe) and were told to wait 10 minutes past our appointment time. We got the foot massage ($35). We went to a small room where they had 3 beds. There was one guy in there snoring away (lol took it as a good sign) while he was getting his massage. They sat us down and started at 7:40 pm. I was covered with a blanket, which I thought was a nice touch, however, I was concerned about how many people used it before me. My masseuse was good. My feet were dunked in warm water while laying down. Then she covered my eyes then started to massage my arms. Afterward, she worked on my feet and calves. Lastly, I laid face down on the bed and she worked on my neck, shoulders, back, and legs. I wish she applied more pressure in certain areas, overall she did well. They had a sign for tipping ($15+ for happy, $20+ for very good). I typically tip 20% of the amount I pay and round up to an even number. I would come back in the future. read more

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I had gone in for a couples massage and the man who was performing mine found a way to inappropriately touch my butt at any opportunity. I kept pulling the sheet higher or shifting away from his touch. The majority of the massage consisted of him apply pressure on my back with his elbows. It was an extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable situation. My boyfriends massage was not much better. I do not recommend this place at all. Additionally, they made us pay upfront for services that had not yet been rendered and per the sign on their counter, perceived a "good" tip on a $60 massage to be $20. Putting pressure on customers to tip 30% is egregious and quite honestly, gross. If anyone looking for a massage, please avoid this place. read more

This has been my go to place for the past few years and have had a lot of great massages here and maybe a couple of not so good ones. I noticed aside from the price increase which is understandable, the "in-your-face" prominent signs of tips $20 and above only when you pay and another sign to the side when you get water on your way our is very rude and demanding. Update: I have contacted the business and requested a full refund to my Venmo and I have filed a formal complaint about this business on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website which now has an investigation open on this establishment and has begun communication with them. I expect a full refund because as a hospitality business with a sole focus on healing and therapy, ensuring that customers leave feeling satisfied, happy and healed is the most important thing of all. It should be no problem to offer a refund for any reason. Customer service is the absolute first priority of a customer-based business. I have noticed that out of all the reviews, there are only 33 1-star reviews. No refunds were offered to those 33 people, who amazingly had the same experience as mine, down to the weighted forearm in the spine and asking the Masseusse to please end the massage. This also means that there have not been steps taken to make sure their future customers are safe by either retraining or replacing the offending Masseusse. There can be no "Ooops, our bad," when it comes to a person's health and safety within your establishment. You would build respect and integrity in your community this way, much more so than offering empty apologies. If you're really feeling that your customer did not receive the experience they wanted, the experience you promised to give, the honorable thing to do is not take their money. I will continue to update on the progression of this once a week with a 1-star review until the matter is resolved, at which time I will update my review thankfully. read more

This place looks like they have potential. The location is easy to spot. They are clean. Friendly and accepted us as walk ins. I wish they spent more time on my back than on my head. The guy had a firm hand but it was painful when he massaged near a bone. I asked him to go softer and then I could barely feel him massaging me. I had to keep asking him "softer" or " stronger". I could not fully relax because of the smell. We did have somewhat of a private room since it was not busy but we only asked for the hour foot massage that is $25. I really hate to be the bearer of bad news but hopefully they can use this as constructive criticism. This was probably the worst massage in my life and my husband who had his massage with me would agree. Unfortunately, I cannot tolerate a hard massage so I always ask for light to start but my male masseuse started off hard and even the times I told him it was too hard he still kept going. All he did was dig his elbow in me. I literally was crying because it hurt so bad. My husband on the other hand is a man and even stated his massage was painful but was too nervous to ask the masseuse to let up. He stated his female masseuse used the same elbow tactic as well. I went in yesterday for a 60 min massage and I requested a female when I made the reservation. Angel at the front desk was very rude and tried to give me a male. I told her no I asked for a female. They DO NOT communicate well at all. I told the lady who did my massage at least 10 times it was too much pressure on my back. I only wanted my neck, shoulders and upper back done. She started rubbing my legs. Again I told her I didn't want my legs done. They don't even put pillow under your knees so it was very uncomfortable. Very thin walls so I could hear the loud talking from Angel and another worker next door. Not relaxing at all. They have no kind of skills whatsoever just rubbing back and forth. I've had a lot of massages and this was the worse massage I've had in my life. A 3 year old child could have done a better massage. If you can't communicate with the clients don't do massages. It pains me to write this review but my experience was less than average. Let me start with saying that I was a loyal customer for three years and I have been recommending this establishment to a number of friends. 1.( Upon arrival, the building looked like the power had gone out with nobody in sight. It was a little warmer than usual with slight discomfort and the air was stagnant. 2.) When showed to the room, the lights were well lit but showed no possibilities for dim lighting when the massage was to begin so the ambience was off. 3.) I was waiting well over 10minutes for the practitioner. 4.) I understand due to COVID-19 that the use of hot stones would be sanitary issue but I was also not turned on my back to get my arms, hands, shoulders and head tended to. Which is upsetting because they raised their prices for less work. 5.) I was willing to overlook everything but then upon leaving and ready to pay, the front counter host wasn't very pleasant and then proceeded to haggle me for more money on tipping. I thought 15% was fair considering I didn't get 5 star service and the customer service was unfriendly. I'm not sure I'll be coming back here. I've been hyping this place up so much and craving these magical hands but it was a huge let down. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Do not go here under any circumstances. They are not professional masseuses and demand money upfront . After you pay , they inform you that they do not do full body massages and you have to keep all your clothes on . I cannot imagine how many people they cheat and steal from on a daily basis . I had such an amazing experience here with my boyfriend!!! We did the couples massage with Tom and Lucy and it was literally perfect, one of the best massages we've both ever had. The room and the products smelled very nice and so did the fresh linens on the massage tables. The facility was also really nice. I have only ever been here 3 times always as a walk in. 2 or 3 good massages. My last one I paid for a 90 minute deep tissue massage and at best got a soft Swedish. When I told her she could go harder she seemed surprised and didnt change. Deep tissue requires rhe use of elbows, getting into the connective tissue and joint areas and working out knots. None of that happened. Flat forearm rubs on the large surfaces only for 95% of the time. Not happy. read more

Music was soothing soft just what you would expect. The room was very clean tables sturdy and clean, with just the right amount of fragrance in the room. You can tell the owners care about this place and want to keep in the business for a long time, not like some happy ending places they close down and then appear in Another location. I received a 90 minute massage with hot stone on 3/24/2021. The prices are reasonable. They do require you to wear a mask during the whole time due to COVID. The masseuse also took precautions and wore a mask as well as gloves (the gloves were not bad at all and hardly even noticed a difference). Prior to my massage, I contacted them via Yelp and they were quick to respond, professional, and very personable. This was my second time going here and I will definitely be back and I am happy to have found a regular spot to go to because a lot of the other massage places in the are a hit or miss.
