Good morning. I have seen good to excellent reviews of the services and some of the staff members. I hope that others who have had a good experience will continue to do so.
However a word if warning is in order for prospective new customers. Twice in as many consecutive days, I tried to schedule a massage appointment around 6 p.m. on both November 22, and 23, 2021. The fist time by phone, the person who answered acted very impatient with me when I tried to ask more details about services, and schedule my appointment. Without asking for my name or contact information she abrupt said, 'We'll see you then,' and just hung up. The next day after work, I physically visited the establishment. Someone was at the front desk, but with no signs indicating that no one allowed inside, she only got up to speak to me through the glass door. With no greeting, she quickly held up a list of prices and services, asked no questions, and then sat back down at the desk. Puzzled, I rang again to try to ask about the protocol for setting up a massage appointment, in response to which she came once more to the door, glaring, and upon hearing my question, snapped 'No, no!' shaking her head as she sat down again at the desk. At no time did she greet me, or act polite or cordial. She looked and sounded angry, as though I were a nuisance there to make trouble. I myself have never caused problems here, or at any establishment, and I was polite to her both on the phone and in person. It was clear this was the same person I spoke to on the phone the day before. I contacted the office about these incidents, so I hope this is the last time this will happen to anyone. I hope that this person will remember that you do not stay in business by treating your potential customers this way. Until someone who can show respect, patience and common courtesy addresses the public at this establishment, I will never seek services here again. read more
