On day of installation, my doorbell rang at the exact minute they said they would be there. Jose (Joey) and Lido did a wonderful job with the installation. They even helped rebalance a part of a gutter that needed adjustment that wasn't supposed to be serviced. The removal/install/cleanup took about 3 hours. It would definitely take more time if you were having an entire house done. I am hopeful that the new gutters suit my needs. Even if they dont or if there is an issue, I am confident Keith and Jose can remedy it. I am extremely pleased with their service. Also i zelled to avoid a credit card fee. Long story short, the work was not done (no show, no communication) and the owner refused to refund the money, and refused mediation. After getting The Colony police involved and attempting mediation, my neighbor only got 3k back. So here we are, half a year later, my neighbor still needs a roof and only has the 3k of the 10k he had to start with. So I want to let you know not to use this company and to spread the word.
