It's what definitely keeps my interest going. For ACE I had their Joker dry cider. What makes up this cider is double fermented apple juice made with champagne yeast. This creates a sparkling cider with a dry, clean taste. Fun experience all around and if given the opportunity would love to try more of their cider options in the future.

I called ahead today (Saturday) to check and they were happy to send someone over for a tasting. We tried all 4 ciders and all 4 aperitifs.
