We bought two pairs of shoes and socks for our grandsons in two separate transactions…read more However, one transaction at 10:30 AM was interrupted with an afterthought to add socks, so there was a two minute delay to complete the transaction. Apparently, the transaction was inadvertently closed out, and then the shoes and socks were posted again. I saw the discrepancy (being charged twice for one pair of shoes) on my credit card statement, and called the store. I spoke with the store manager that researched this transaction electronic and with video tapes. What he found verified my recollection and the second charge was reversed. They also offered a store credit for my grandsons. I was glad they took the time to look into this and do the right thing. People can make mistakes. At the same time, purchasers are wise to check over their receipts and credit card statements.

They explained what needed adjustments etc. There were other services that we could have gotten done but they were not necessary for the kind of ride we use. They were transparent with what kind of work needed to get done, basically. We bought both of our kids' bikes here. They are pretty nice bikes. One outgrew her kiddie bike and the other still needs training wheels. Prices were fair to market value plus we liked their selections. Just to clarify. The tune ups and the purchases for the bikes were separate occasions. Different teammates helped us but same excellent service. They also carry snowboarding/skiing gear and have off season sales!
