    HORRIBLE ... horrible... horrible ... the worst customer service EVER . Please do not bring your well earned money here. I've been treated much better at legit dealers ... looking for high end vehicle ... found low end service. Went to see a vehicle advertised on FB marketplace , got a round around story of where the car was ... Little used car junk yard , no idea of how to treat customers. I've purchased several high end euro cars over the last several years NEVER , have I walked into this sort of low end experience. Embarrassing.

    bought a van for work. Very easy financing and many vans to choose from . I did my work with Mike, very high experience in sales and financing. Also met their recon manager , he answered all my questions and Gave me a peace of mine when he told me they are always here to help. I know I am buying a used van , might be best van or worse van I ever had but at least I know they are there when I need help .

    So we saw this 2019 mustang online and said it's a good deal for being a 2019 premium eco boost. We asked if it was in good shape was told yes it was have that all on text with the salesmen great guy. Well no damage was told and clean car fax checked it out myself. Was told it was a previous rental but only has under 13,000 miles so it still under ford warranty that's great. So we rent a car to drive down to la area. Well we see the car I notice the front driver side headlight had condensation in it. Well if under warranty easy fix. Well nephew test drove it. Noticed it a little wobbly from the front well might be low tire pressure. So nephew loved it I liked it. But didn't have the premium sound system like on the ad the Olsen one with the subwoofer. Okay so I check the trunk 1st noticed a fine dust that's from bondo a filler used in body shops so that tells me this car has been in a body shop. Well now the hood well the light with the moisture inside is covered in silicon ghetto repair then I notice the body bolts holding the fender to the car well they have been painted and not in center but way off center and u can see the previous location then before the shock and before the firewall I can see they Metal was crippled and then they tried to straighten it out. Well they did a crappy job they even used silicon in it to give it a filled look. Well now I know why they tire was low so we wouldn't noticed the alignment issue this car would surly have called my friend at a shop sent the pictures was told 3-5,000 fix that's to get the oem light and put this mustang on the framer. Well after all this I needed to get breakfast and talk things threw. Told this info the owner supposedly. Well he said don't worry I will get a new headlight and jack up the price since I know it's a good deal. Yeah it will be until someone dies due to the bad repairs and sues u. But it's okay I think he will just file bankruptcy and put the dealer up on someone else's name. I say be careful with a dealership like this. The seller his a great guy just wish he was with a honest car dealership he would be making tons of money. Well just a warning and my experience with this dealer. Then just today u got my 500 deposit to hold the car for a few days. That took longer then 2 days it took 7 days to get back. Always take the car to a shop if u don't know about car damage and signs of repairs especially cheap repairs. Now I know why they never showed the driver side picture lol oh yeah the front bumper has damage too. So not worth it I would of paid 14,000 for it and taken to get the repairs done to make sure everything was safe to be driven by my family. But some rental car companies do in house repairs but u can find this one in the dealer auction damaged pictures and let's me to think these dealership repaired it. Sam and PJ were very nice and the Jeep was pretty close to what i was looking for. However, things went downhill when I tried to purchase it. They pulled a bait and switch where the Jeep was listed for $24k but when they brought me the financing paperwork they added $7k in fees BEFORE tax/dmv. When I said I didnt want the gap ins, theft fee, or warranty the finance guy lost his mind and went full aggro on me. It is not only illegal to sell a vehicle for more than it is listed for (with "non removable items") but it makes a customer feel scammed. $31k for a Jeep with 70k miles is crazytown. I sadly do not recommend Jims for their unethical practices.

All of the dudes here were friendly, but Sam (aka James -- inside joke Sam will get if he reads this) was my salesman. I almost walked away because I saw the dealer installed options, which usually means no option for the customer. But Sam quickly confirmed they were indeed options. So, after taking it for a test drive, we worked out a pretty good deal and now I have the truck I've been searching for, for 6 months. On top of that, they offer a 30 day warranty in case anything goes wrong, which I thought was pretty cool. If you're looking for a good used car, they have a great selection and reasonable prices. I highly recommend you check them out. So far, I'm happy with everything. Time will tell...

    *Don't trust these people No compren aquí*…read more I regret buying from this dealer. After signing, they made me wait 3 days to even get the truck. When I told them I didn't want it because the delay seemed suspicious, they suddenly made it available. The owner and his daughter told me the transmission had been repaired, so I asked for paperwork since that kind of repair usually carries a warranty. Fast forward 6 months later, the truck barely got used (3-4 times a month) and the transmission completely failed. I had to spend $4,300 on a rebuild!! When I called in August 2025 asking for the repair paperwork, they changed their story and claimed it was the engine that was repaired, not the transmission. It's been over two weeks and I still haven't received any paperwork whatsoever. Would not recommend this place at all. Dishonest and untrustworthy. Anyone that's had issues I would definitely recommend seeking legal help as I will do the same.

The person helping us with the loaner vehicle was nice and thorough, I forgot their name but very nice. Fernando was our advisor and helped us get that safety recall handled, thank you for taking good care of us. Also because our car is fully wrapped in PPF, he had the guys hand wash it instead of sending through the carwash. Overall experience was top notch. Entire service team seems to be on the same page of providing Lexus style (luxury) service to their customers. Nice teamwork!
