    *Don't trust these people No compren aquí*…read more I regret buying from this dealer. After signing, they made me wait 3 days to even get the truck. When I told them I didn't want it because the delay seemed suspicious, they suddenly made it available. The owner and his daughter told me the transmission had been repaired, so I asked for paperwork since that kind of repair usually carries a warranty. Fast forward 6 months later, the truck barely got used (3-4 times a month) and the transmission completely failed. I had to spend $4,300 on a rebuild!! When I called in August 2025 asking for the repair paperwork, they changed their story and claimed it was the engine that was repaired, not the transmission. It's been over two weeks and I still haven't received any paperwork whatsoever. Would not recommend this place at all. Dishonest and untrustworthy. Anyone that's had issues I would definitely recommend seeking legal help as I will do the same.

We had an excellent experience with David at Regency Auto Sales in Wilmington. Our purchase of my husband's car went very smoothly, and we were offered a Contract Cancellation Option Agreement, which is something we were aware all dealerships are required to offer. If after you purchase the car and have it inspected by your personal mechanic, if there's something wrong with the car, you have 48 hours to return the car and cancel the purchase. This company has an A+ rating by the better business bureau. I would highly recommend this company for your used car purchases. Don't let appearance of the lot fool you.

Fernando was our advisor and helped us get that safety recall handled, thank you for taking good care of us. Also because our car is fully wrapped in PPF, he had the guys hand wash it instead of sending through the carwash. Overall experience was top notch.
