Get ready to send emails/phone calls/text messages and receive no response if you're in need of any type of assistance. 3. All of their properties are poorly made (construction) meaning you will be able to hear all of the residents residing around you way more than living a comfortable life. When maintenance is being done in another residents unit- get ready to NOT be notified that they are shutting the water down and who knows for how long.
