There's plenty of laundry carts if needed. There's a change machine as well. If you need laundry detergent or dryer sheets there's some available to purchase. I was greeted and treated with the absolute disrespect. The service provider gave me the cost and I handed her cash. No issues and I left. She then proceeded to call me and say that I owed them more money. I asked her if I could go ahead and put the rest on a card due to the fact that I had three kids including a baby in the car ready to get home. She said no you cannot do that and you need to come back now! Which I've paid over the phone many times during my time with them. She then hung up the phone on me during mid sentence. So I proceeded to turn and around and go pay the remaining balance and the moment I walked inside she sat there and argued with me, rolled her eyes and called me crazy for telling her the prices she gave me first instead of the real price she says she said. My daughter said she never said that price the first price is what she said from the beginning. I'm saddened because Carla the manager has always been so kind and they have 2.5 stars and that's absolutely because of the disrespect their employees have.
