This is by far the nicest laundry facility I've been to in/around tyler. It's clean and the lady working there was extremely nice. and the best part yet YOU DONT HAVE TO HAVE QUARTERS! No more driving to the ATM then the bank or hoping theres a working quarter machine. No more spending 10 minutes loading quarters. They give you a card you load money onto and you can do so directly with your debit/credit card or cash. ALSO the ac was working great nice and cool even mid day with the dryers on. read more

OMG! If you ever allow yourself ANY luxury in your life, this should be it. This place granted me the one thing that no one has in this world--time. I'm so impressed and grateful for the service they provide. I brought TRASH bags full of dirty, dog haired covered, peasant clothes. They returned neatly laundered/folded/hung/SWAK angel packages to be gently placed unto the unworthy racks of the bowels in my dimly lit closet. I had a ton of laundry to do & I started pretty late in the evening cuz their open 24 - 7!! I figured I'd get back home at about 1 AM, but cuz the place has such nice washers & dryers I was home by 11:30. That DID impress me! The place looks new (I'm not sure how long it's been there) I'm new to TX , it's very clean, the washers & dryers were really clean & the bathrooms were really clean as well. A few things I always look for when I do laundry outside of my home. Also I was a little concerned about what kinda people would wander in since it's on the hwy & again I was impressed cuz everyone that did were very nice! This is my go to laundry mat "open 24 -7". This is the best laundromat in tyler, in east texas. Always clean. Great attendants are always there to help you with any help you need. They have a drop off service . wash , dry, and fold . They use laundry cards, not quarters, it is so much easier. If you are so busy and don't find the time to do your laundry. Wash smart will do it for you. read more

We are here from out of town and camping at the state park. We needed to do laundry because we have 5 kids. Came here and have never used a card machine. Another customer was so nice and helped explain everything to us. The place was really clean and machines seemed to work great. I came here a week ago and the machine started to mess up. The lady kept trying to help me with the load and after a couple of times of the machine leaking soap when it was on spin mode she let me switch to the big washer free of charge and started the machine for me. Nice place. Newer machines. They are on a card system so don't bring quarters! Deposit $20 on a wash card and they give you $2 free. Washers work great and dryers do too. Seems a little expensive. read more

Iv used this laundry mat many of times. She lady is always so kind and helpful and has my bedding ready within 24-48 hours. Today, I went in and a new lady was there. She was SO rude. I took my bedding and left. I probably won't be back because of her. read more

Best of the best.! They are constantly cleaning which is wonderful. We used this place when we were in a hotel 3 years ago when we first came to town before we bought our house. Cleanest place in town to wash your clothes. All the employees are really nice and help keep the place clean. They also offer laundry drop off services. You never see broken machine's either because they stay on top of these problems. Been used by this place off and on for a couple of and have never had any problems here. read more

The business is clean but the price you pay is high to wash & the dryers are even higher. Not to mention that if you get there like we did @ 745 load 3 washers start 1 @ 805pm went to start the other & got told that there's no way to start them they shut off @ 8pm. So u lose the $ placed on card to wash & u can't wash wjat you have already spent 20mins loading. The employee will wait & watch you load everything in (clothes soap & $ on card) then will wait til the washers won't turn on just so you have to come back the next time because who's goin to just lose 25.00$ Very unhappy. Will use the $ on card but will not return after that is gone read more
