This laundromat is always a very clean facility. Washers are reasonably priced and the dryers are free!

We come to this location often. It's always very clean and quiet. Not too busy since we always come at night. There's no employee working at night but it's pretty self explanatory. The prices aren't too bad. The small machines are $4.75 and the larger ones are $6.75. The dryer is included when you wash since it's right above the washer you use. There's a gas station close by for snacks so that's convenient. We haven't had a bad experience yet. The machines always work. There's a bathroom too. That's clean as well. There's plenty of laundry carts if needed. There's a change machine as well. If you need laundry detergent or dryer sheets there's some available to purchase. Amazing ! I'm traveling in East Texas and found this place on Yelp. The location is in a safe neighborhood. The place is clean and all of the washers are front loading which is actually a better and less wearing process for washing clothes. The small washers are $5. The large washers are $7. The rudest old lady who apparently "owns" laundromat or is an employee at the laundry will allow others to use the dryer after your clothes have finished washing in your assigned dryer and make you wait 20 min for others clothes to dry. Then will call you disrespectful for saying you don't want to wait 20 minutes for a dryer that was supposed to be open for YOUR use. But no that is not the case she will tell you to leave and never come back. The fact that places still hire people that still think they are entitled to treat people so little blows my mind. That women is old enough to understand her actions towards people. I have come up to this laundromat every Sunday for the past year and never encountered this woman before she has never spoken award to me. I left a load of work pants and coveralls there on accident all day today. by the time I realized I was missing clothes it has been several hours. When I went back to see if my clothes were still there, I found them neatly folded and set off to the side. Thank you whoever that was! read more

The reason I am giving Washday Laundry a 1 star (Shiloh Road) is because of my encounter with the attendant (elderly, miserable woman) on duty (I believe it was the owner). If I tell you that woman was rude...that is an understatement I typically don't frequent laundry mats if I do it's to only wash a comforter...I told her that and she had the nerve to say rudely that was apparent. After that my coins got stuck in the machine...we had words about that...finally I left my money in the machine and made sure she understood that CUSTOMER SERVICE is NOT one of her strengths. Only need a laundromat to wash my bf work clothes. $5.75 for large washer and $3.75 for small washer. Dryers are FREE per washer you pay for. Pay for 1 washer, get 1 dryer for free. VERY clean and well kept. There was someone actually here cleaning when I arrived. read more

The laundromat was full so I decided to leave. The owner came out and she was so nice. She told me there was a washer that had one minute left as she saw I had a small load. I told her it was ok I'd find another location. She even recommended a location up the street which was not her facility. I found her to be very professional and caring at the same time. I would highly recommend this location as it was clean and well kept just busy. She has I believe she said 3 other locations. Great experience as I'm from out of town on an assignment. read more

Overall a clean and decent place to go. AFAIR, the small washer was $3.75 per load and the big washer was $5.75 per load (as of June '18). They offer free drying, but needless to say you need to also do the wash there and not just show up to dry your clothes. Good laundromat to go to, IMO. read more

me and my boyfriend did our laundry here biweekly for five months and had no issues until our last visit. I went in alone to do two loads of laundry. I put in my money started the washers and sat in my car. I noticed they didn't look like the others and that no water was coming out but I thought oh it will ill just wait. So I went in to put them in the dryer but they were still dry. I called my boyfriend as I didn't know why I should do. I had no more money to put in the machines and in fact used money I got for valentines day to pay for it. I just wanted a refund so I could afford to wash them again and was refused and called a liar by the horrendous owner. she is a fowl fowl woman and even as I cried and pleaded with her that I had no more money to even do my laundry she just yelled no over the phone. I will not be coming back to this laundromat and I suggest you not either because if anything happens and their machines don't work properly you will not get your money bacould. read more
