They offer two preservation styles, and I received a box with my gown in it rather than the hanging method I had requested. As I still wish to hang my dress (as they make a big deal on the website of differentiating the two styles and describing their process). I have since tried emailing the company three times, and called and left voicemails to request a call back, and I have heard nothing back from Heritage Garment Preservation.
