    Lyonnaise salad and bread

Using Resy to make a reservation, we came in on a Sunday lunch hour to find it was not busy. We asked for seating outdoors since the weather was so nice. Service was top notch and very friendly. Menu was limited, but their dishes are all excellent - mussels in garlic wine was the best. Next was the yellowtail sashimi. Must order the bread and the butter which was to die for! Wine menu went well with the items and had 2 glasses.

French onion soup, croque Monsieur were delicious as expected But surprising favorites were scallop crudo and the mushroom linguine! I wish I remembered the name but the linguine was creamy and deliciously savory.

Regalade is owned by the owners of OSTE which was one of my favorite meals this year. Needless to say, I was excited to try out this new French bistro. I came here with my parents who were in town. Since they fly in from the east coast, we had a 5pm reservation. Which was perfect because it wasn't super busy. It was a nice day out so we sat on the patio. Our server was very kind and knowledgeable about the menu. The dirty martini is smooth. I could easily see someone getting drunk off more than one of them. The steak tartare was delicious. The server stirs it up table side. It comes with a side of crostini to stack the tartare one. The marinated beet salad was very refreshing. I think I'd skip it next time and get the escargot instead. I can't believe we missed that. The French onion soup was amazing. A must order! The scallops crudo was incredibly tasty. The sauce was a little sweet but my dad likes it that way. The mussels mariniere was my favorite thing we ate. Make sure you order the baguette so you soak up the delicious sauce. And of course the French fries, because you can't order mussels without a good side of fries. Overall i highly recommend Regalade, and I can't wait to come back.

Amazing meal here! Very Parisian bistro vibe except service was better. Everything we ordered was very good with the steak frites, duck confit, beet salad and onion soup being outstanding. The steak tartar was a bit spicy, which I didn't expect. House dirty martini with oyster add on was memorable. One of the best French bistro meals I've had in socal if not the best. Service was friendly and quick. Authentic French ambiance with patio.

It was my first time trying this newly opened French spot and it definitely serves classic French flavors. A classy dimly lit restaurant. The bread and butter is a must get. The bread was soft on the inside and crispy on the outside and it's perfect for dipping in the French onion soup or scooping up the rest of the chive beurre Blanc sauce. The French onion soup($15) was hearty, cheesy, and buttery. It was a classic beef broth with tons of caramelized onions which made me so full before the main course. It's definitely more of a beefy French onion soup in comparison to other French onions I've tried. The scallops ($20) were served with a sweet a yuzu & jalapeño vinaigrette that brought out the natural sweetness of the scallops. I will say I think the portion is a bit small. Next we got the grilled octopus with a Romesco sauce which is a blend of herbs, tomato, almonds, and bell pepper. The octopus was extremely tender and grilled which paired well with the nutty and vibrant romesco. For the main, we shared a branzino($32) with chive beurre blanc. The light flavors of the butter complimented the branzino. The fish was also perfectly grilled and the skin a little crispy. I will say that it could have benefited from a little more salt nit there's salt on the table if needed. I appreciate the big portion sizes of the mains since they were really filling. We ended the night with a scoop of pistachio gelato($6). It was unique since the pistachio flavor was very natural and amazing but the gelato itself was icy but I think it's supposed to be that way. If I'm ever craving French food I would 100% come back to regalade. Our server was also attentive and sweet and i appreciated still being seated despite being a bit late for my reservation.

My friend treated me to a birthday lunch at Regalade, and it was such a lovely experience. We shared the Gambas appetizer, the Pear & Endive Salad, and the Steak Frites, along with a glass of crisp Chenin Blanc. The wine was truly delicious! Every dish was beautifully prepared and absolutely yummy. The salad was fresh and balanced, the steak was cooked perfectly, and the Gambas were packed with a unique flavor that the waiter described as Pernod that we could not stop dipping our baguette in. Beyond the food, I loved the cozy French bistro atmosphere. The charming décor creates the perfect mood for a fun meal. It reminded me of summers visiting my grandparents in Perpignan, France. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. The onion soup and escargot are my list to try next.

Had an absolutely fantastic meal here, this was aan absolute 10/10. Everything we had here was so delicious and perfectly prepared. Drink menu is lovely, they have some of their own cocktails as well as a lovely selection of wines. The menu was almost exactly as if it were pulled from a Parisian bistro and placed into the heart of LA. My favorites were the chicken liver, the escargot (get some bread to pair with this), and the duck confit - perfectly tender with a nice crisp to it. Service was impeccable - we were cared for and the team was so kind despite an issue that came up on our part. Highly recommend using the valet for parking on a busy weekend night or Ubering if you're close by -- you'll have to be very lucky to find any metered parking as the neighboring streets are permit only This spot is very chic, understated but refined. Interiors are cozy, and if you sit outside the heaters will keep you warm still. Come here if you'd like a taste of Paris in LA!

My besties wanted someplace special to celebrate their birthdays and Regalade sounded like the perfect place. This charming French Bistro is quaint & cozy with indoor & outdoor seating. It was a warm spring evening and we were seated out on the patio. There were ten of us so lots of dishes were ordered and drinks were plentiful. We started with Baguette Tiede, Calamar Grille, Os A Moelle Au Four, Scallops Crudo, Crispy Brussels Sprouts, Salade D'Endive, & French Fries with Garlic Aioli to share. Entrées consisted of: Moules Mariniere, Salade Verte with warm Goat Cheese, Daurade Grille, Canard Confit, Mac & Cheese Aux Truffes, & Linguine Aux Champignons Sauvages. We shared dessert: Mousse Au Chocolate Noir, Ile Flottante, Crème Brûlée (two orders of each), and Noisette Glace. My cocktail selections were Passion Project & a Kir Royale. I also tried the Le Péché Mignon & the Regalade. All were tasty. The food was absolutely delicious! Everything was expertly prepared and nicely presented. The dishes came out in a timely manner, and we never felt rushed. Everyone enjoyed their entrée selections and the dishes we shared. Our server Sal was fantastic, Tony the host was delightful, and the owner Justin checked on us to make sure everything was satisfactory and even took a picture with the birthday couple. Overall, our dining experience at Regalade was outstanding or shall I say, très magnifique! *Metered street parking.

The chicken pâté was especially impressive and The service was very fast. Everything was fresh and delicious. I also really enjoyed the French onion soup.

Such a cute little French restaurant it's newly open but already pretty busy so I would definitely recommend making a reservation of course at a French restaurant we had to start with the bread and butter. The butter was so good a little salty, a little sweet and honestly kind of addictive we just kept eating it. We tried quite a few dishes. The beef tartare was chopped very fine and tasted really fresh. The grilled octopus was nicely charred on the outside and went really well with the tomatoes and sauce, light and refreshing we also had the baked mussels was so good. It had crispy breadcrumbs on top and was warm, crunchy and really flavorful. The frisee salad with egg was amazing especially after mixing the egg in the middle into everything it made the whole salad, extra creamy and smooth and of course French onion soup is a must their version wasn't bitter at all and had a nice thick layer of melted cheese on top so comforting and good. The grilled fish was cooked really well and very tender, but there were a lot of tiny bones. So be careful when you eat it. We also tried the steak sandwich with fries so much beef inside the steak was juicy and tender and I really liked the bread they used. It wasn't a typical soft sandwich bread it was thicker and had a really nice texture. We finished with two desserts, the floattante and chocolate mousse. The floattante was light and refreshing with soft meringue, custard and caramel. The chocolate mousse was the complete opposite thick and very chocolatey a perfect French dessert what I also really liked was the service. Everyone was so friendly and kept checking on us throughout the meal without being annoying. The restaurant itself is small and cozy and has that warm little French neighborhood restaurant feeling really enjoyed this place and would definitely come back highly recommend.

We decided to try this place again and this time order more traditional French food and wow, everything was different! To start, we got the endive salad and I love how fresh this tasted as well as the flavor profiles with the walnuts, pear, blue cheese and endive. I'm not the biggest fan of endives in general but this was very refreshing and my friend also loved it. Then we got two appetizers: escargot and prawns. Wow! The escargot was absolutely phenomenal. It was soaked in this butter sauce that was incredible. The table next to us actually packed just the sauce to go which shows how delicious that sauce was. It was also amazing with the bread. The prawns were also very tasty as well. If you love prawns, definitely check out this dish. Then we got two mains: mussels provencale and steak frites. The mussels were amazing! We loved the sauce and that went incredibly well with the bread. The mussels also tasted very fresh. The steak was equally as amazing. The au poivre sauce it came with was so delicious. At this point we were stuffed so unfortunately (or fortunately) we did have leftovers. To end the night, we also had this apple tart that came highly recommended by the owner and this was incredible! It was perfectly flavored with the cinnamon and it went really well with the ice cream. We also decided to go for a cup of french mint tea which was perfect since it helps with digestion and we definitely needed that after this delicious meal. My dad ended up eating the leftover steak the next day and he raved about it. We also had two mocktails which were also delicious and the service we had was incredible. Definitely check out this place and even though everything we had this time was delicious, the two absolute standouts for me were the escargot and mussels!

We loved OSTE so we had to drive back to LA to try Regalade. The restaurant has a nice vibe and the staff was very welcoming. My favorites were the scallops and French onion soup. The other dishes were fantastic, but I would 100% come back to get those two items. They also take reservations!

The food, service, and ambiance here are spectacular. I had high hopes and they were met beyond my wildest dreams. This just may be the best restaurant in all the city. It's because of the quality of every detail and done with utmost finesse. In time 1 I had the duck Magret, the steak frites, the Brussels sprouts, the shrimp and for dessert the creme brûlée and a chocolate mousse given to me for my birthday. I couldn't have spent a better birthday anywhere. They bring you to Europe with what they have here. It was and is the best. Thanks Regalade and I'll see you many times again! Congrats

Let me backtrack too and say that I paid $14 for valet which tbh is not too bad considering I didn't have to worry about my car or anything so it was worth it. Okay the food. We got Parker rolls and the Mezze plate for the table. Wow, the Parker rolls were as you would expect. Buttery goodness. French butter as you know...top tier. Okay the Mezze plate? Every single sauce was so good. The little cous cous thing in the Mezze plate was so cute and yummy. Then the main dishes. Seven vegetable couscous was great. As a Moroccan, I can say it was a great vegetarian version of the dish. Has the staple veggies you look for in a cous cous. My friend got the vegan cauliflower steak and that was so beautiful and tasted delicious. It was a great dish for my vegan friend. Our waiter was so nice and really personable as well. From start to finish, he was there for us when we needed him and we really enjoyed our dining experience because of him. I forgot his name but he's a star.
