If I could give negative stars I would. Went in for a mani / pedi and boy am I sorry I did. I have minimal feeling in my feet and didn't realize something was wrong. They cut the side of my foot and and corner of big toe. He kept covering my foot with a bunched up towel so I couldn't see it. When he removed towel I asked how that happened and another manicurist had him leave and she took over. I asked her how this happened and she said I had a blister which was a lie. I asked again and she said it happens with callus removal I didn't have calluses there. Manicure is horrendous. Asked for clear polish only. No cuticle lotion used to remove cuticles. Whole manicure took no more than 10 minutes. She apologized and said next time I come in they will take care of me (they charge me full price). There won't be a next time. read more

I have been going to this nail salon for the last several years. Although service has drastically gone downhill the last few years, it is located in a convenient location for me. However, today was the straw that broke the camel's back so to speak. Their signs and business cards show they open weekdays at 10:00 am. No one arriving until 10:35-10:40 to open the doors is totally unacceptable. If today were an isolated incident I would have let it slide, but there have been a few dozen times when I arrived at opening time and I honestly believe no one has ever arrived on time. Other women and I usually patiently wait 5-10 past the opening time. Gina said today they had an emergency, but I certainly don't believe they've had an emergency every single time I've been there at opening. And oh yes! Wouldn't it be nice if Vinny wasn't continually trying to play games on his phone or talking with workers at his rent houses or Gina continuously plugged into her phone gibberish away instead of paying attention to their paying customers. I have been going to Regal Nails for about 5 years. I do prefer one person which is vinny, although others would do a great job. When I walk in the door I rarely have to wait, but if there is a wait Vinny will let me know, I have never walked out unsatisfied. There is a bit of a languish barrier with the others, so I tend to communicate with Vinny and Gina. The prices has increased but the according to Gina and Vinny the supplies has increased. It would be nice to have an itemized cost, because it seems every time I get charged it is a different price, but overall this place is great and I will continue to use their services. read more

I brought my daughter to get her nails done she showed a picture and Not only was the first picture the wrong shape, length and color when I told her she proceeded look at my daughter I'll tell her she should have said something. My daughter is 15. Then when she attempted to fix them she was in a hurry and screwed them up even more. They are thick and lumpy and still the wrong shape. I soent 1.5 hours and 55$ for terrible nails. I was in a hurry and had to leave and when I came back to have them fixed I was treated rudely and she raised her voice and then decided to speak to the other workers in another language I couldn't under stand. I went in for a fill and left there looking like I still needed a fill. I had an acrylic fill with shellac polish. I believe they intentionally leave unpainted space on your nails near the cuticle to force a person to come in more often. If this is the case, it is a shady way to do business. read more

Went in with my daughter for mani's. Worst experience ever!! We both got cut several times, they lady Nuygen, was very rude. She spent a whole 10 min on me. To make it worse, our polish wiped right off after an hour of babying our nails. So not only do they charge twice what other salons do, but it wasn't a good mani. read more

I went in for a mani and a pedi and was talked into the gel polish because she said it would last so much better. I had one of my nails last 2 days and another one last 3. Total waste of money! The cost of a mani, pedi and eyebrow wax cost me $90. read more

Great staff! They are attentive and friendly! There are a lot of different pedicures and nail selections!

every time i have gone the service sucks, also they don't put acrylics on right. also there was fuzz in my nail and they guy didn't fix it.
