We used to love the theater. Stadium seating and we everywhere, Clean, friendly employees. And it's convenient to us. But things have changed recently. Bring earplugs. And the last month, they have turned the volume on the previews way, way up to the point where I think they can actually do your damage. So definitely bring your lungs. We complain to the management and they said they cannot change the volume of the previews. But they can't change the volume of the movie. read more

We came here to see the movie Sarah's oil which was an amazing movie. When we arrived we went to the concession stand to get popcorn and drinks. The guy behind the counter was very friendly and very patient and gave us the best deal. We've been coming to this theater for quite some time. The reason for the three stars is because the seats are kind of worn down other than that everything else was great I think they should either upgrade some of the seating or replace some of the chair arms. It's a great theater we came to the 7:10pm movie and it wasn't a lot of traffic in the theater. In spite of the chairs we will still come again. read more

Needs some work. I haven't been here in a while since it's not the closest theater to my home address but on this night I came down. Because the movie my daughter wanted to see was only playing here. It was easy to find parking since there is a garage right next to it with plenty of spaces. It has a Tesla supercharger in the garage if you have a EV. I purchased my tickets online so didn't have to wait at the box office. The theater was clean. They had a security guard which made me feel at ease. It wasn't crowded at all on a Saturday night. Went to the concession stand to grab some snacks. Unfortunately I couldn't get what I wanted because they didn't have any hotdogs. The popcorn I had tasted burnt and stale. They put way too much butter on it as well. Prices were about what you expect at a movie theater. As for the actual theater I was seated in all the the seats look like they needed to be replaced or at least redone. They were very worn and looked hideous. read more

The customer service was good at this location. Did appreciate their lounging seats however the upkeep was not well and most of them were torn or extremely worn. The popcorn was not overly salty and I like the fact that people has special promotions that I was able to take advantage of this trip. This is the second time I've come to this theater for a movie... the last time was so many years ago, way before the pandemic. Is this where I watched Black Panther?! Maybe... anyways, the reclining seats are a game changer, truly. If it was up to me I'd only come to the theaters with these seats. Now this makes watching movies enjoyable! Staff were friendly too, and even though I didn't get any concessions, the stand looked cool. Now let's talk about what's not so great. At the same time, many have spoken about how these seats have seen better days, and despite being so dark in there, they're absolutely right. It really impacts the aesthetic, and it has implications about the cleanliness. Now given the material, it might be a pricey fix... but there has to be some solution, right? When this theater first opened it was beautiful with big wide nice leather reclining g seats. Well, the place has really declined. Several of the seats are broken and the leather is torn on the seats. Many of the seats have broken with armrests that do not work. The staff is a bunch of rude students that do not even attempt to pretend to provide customer service. They are often talking about personal things in front of customers about how they hate their jobs. It's so unprofessional. I was overcharged and when I mentioned this, I was questioned about if I wanted my money back, the money that they admitted overcharging me. They openly displayed annoyance because I wanted the money thst wS due to me. I use to work in a movie theater and my management was practically OCD about making sure we did not overcharge patrons. This is a business that will continue declining if the owner does not take steps to repair the damaged seats and at a minimum provide the staff with training on customer service. I'm sad to see this place declining. This theater is really lowering the standard of what was intended as a very nice outdoor mall. It's really ashamed. Now I am certain I will be contacted with a half hearted apology from someone the owner has hired respond to these real reviews. Please note that my howl is not to hurt this business. My goal is the share the truth so that consumers can make informed decisions about how and where they spend theirs hard earned money. My goal is to help the owner(s) realize that this establishment nerds repairs and thst maintaining the property in good condition is a form of respect for the patrons, the community snd themselves. Wow! How far this place has fallen! I remember a few years back giving them a good review after a trip here with my son. Well, on this visit with my Fiancée years later, I have an opposite opinion. The seats look terrible and had something on the foot rest that didn't wipe off. I literally saw a mouse run out from and then back behind our row of seats at the back of the theater before we sat down. When I looked behind the seats to make sure it wasn't still there, I saw what drew it there in the first place. Dropped candy and other trash. It makes me wonder if they ever clean in here behind or under the seats. It was gross. The screens look great and the sound system is still really good. But it was hard to pay attention to the movie. That's because we were paranoid about a mouse running over our feet. Not exactly how we wanted to watch a horror movie. Great location right in the Laurel Town Centre. There are plenty of places to park on both sides of the theater. Before we went to our seats we got food from concessions. They did not have any of the Mountain Dew slushy and one of their slushy machines was broken completely. I got the pepperoni pizza. It tasted as though it was sitting there for the whole week. Stale and overall inedible. The seats are very worn and need to leather replaced badly. Regardless they are still very comfortable and recline. Usually, I don't like Regals in comparison to all the other options that are out there. This one like others definitely could use some improvement. read more

I remember the 1st time I took my kids here when they first opened. The place has definitely changed. Upholstery need to be replaced or repaired, restrooms cleaned more often, trash receptacles emptied more frequently. They don't monitor the theaters often enough because I'm certain I caught a contact from the amount of weed being smoked in the theater I was in. The crowd has definitely shifted to a younger audience I even watch a 17 yr old get 4 people in a movie which you should be 18 guess he was close enough in age. I've come here twice and something weird has come up both times. The first time, they forgot to dim the house lights (no big deal) but the second time, they took an extra half hour to start the movie. It was an early screening, so I understand, but the facilities are due for a makeover. read more

*Updated Review* This theater is in need of help/upgrades. Went to see "The Woman King" yesterday. Great movie by the way - a must see!! So the kiosks were all down, no one at the ticket booth - just a sign saying to purchase from concessions. The lines at the concessions are super long. The kids working the concessions are laughing and playing around. No one to take your ticket before you go in. Like someone could have just walked in without paying. I'm sure that's happening. The seats inside the theater are peeling. There's popcorn on the floor. Just a mess. read more

This is a nice regal cinema. I will say they are under staffed due to COVID-19. Everyone wants to go back to watch movies on big screen. Have some patience's & give the staff a break. I came here on a week night & it was an enjoyable experience. I have been here when much awaited Spider Man was out in theaters in Jan. 2022 and it was packed. But when I came to see death on the Nile, it was empty. Enjoy in theater movie experience once again. Masks are required throughout the building & while seated in theater. This has historically been one of my favorite movie theaters to patronize. It still gets my vote for having recliners, and good food at the concession stand. But, at the most recent visit the recliners were in pretty bad shape, tattered and not very appealing. It gave me pause to sit down until I had laid down my coat as a barrier. Shoutout to our local community heroes! We have not been out to a movie since the Covid pandemic started. We both have completed our vaccinations and we are truly excited to be able to do one of our favorite date activities! The seats are clean and the floors are vacuumed. We are happy to smell freshly popped popcorn and refreshing soft drinks being dispensed. I love this theater! The seats are the best. They recline and they are made in pairs with the option of raising the arm rest between the seats so you can get cozy during the movies. I thought I was the only one who brought their blanket to eve theaters but apparently not. The couple beside us had theirs as well, the coolness of the movie theater is typical so no complain there. My favorite theater right in back yard. Also there are some great restaurants surrounding the theater you want to check out as well. read more

Telling you now to save your coins and just drive to another movie theater. We went to see Wakanda Forever last night and immediately I thought it was hot inside. I just dismissed it because there were a lot of people in there. Then we got inside the theater and waited on the movie. Nothing unusual but when we both went to the restroom, it smelled very pissy. Hubby went first and then I went later. We spoke about our experience in the car. Urine on the floors and toilets - these restrooms were clearly only cleaned ONCE. I was so disgusted that I was happy it had been raining so I can clean the sole of my shoes in the rainwater. This movie theater used to be so nice but it has completely declined. Not to mention they did not have the commemorative Wakanda Forever cups in stock. Sad. Opening night and we get a regular cup. Never again. read more

I wanted to go to the movies today in a different area of town so I decided to come to Laurel, glad I did. The movie theater is located at Laurel Towne Centre with lots of restaurants and shopping. What a relief on this hot summer day, nice and cool inside. The Staff was friendly and the theater clean. They have nice comfy reclining leather seats, that you get to chose where you sit upon paying. The movie screen was Gigantic, even though I was sitting in the back it felt like I was right up on the screen. Parking is right next to the theater which is great. I came midday when it wasn't that crowded. I will come by again if I'm in the area. read more

I have been to this theater a lot. Seen some good and a few bad movies here. What I have noticed is that the quality of the place is dropping. They are not cleaning as well or as often and the some of the seats need to be fixed/replaced. I had to pay $6 for a bottle of water so I'm thinking some of that profit can go back into chair maintenance/upkeep. read more

Such a lovely movie theater!!! You can reserve your seats prior to coming, the seats are large and recline, it's clean, and it's a very comfy theater to visit. I'm not a huge movie buff and I don't frequent them often, but it's good to know that a movie theater of this magnitude is pretty local. I didn't stop pass the concession stand, but I saw others come back with sushi, nachos, and of course the movie favorite, popcorn. Parking is adjacent to the theater in the parking garage and their are a few restaurants around to partake in before or after your movie. I'm probably late to the game by just trying this theater out, but I'm a fan. Great addition to the area! read more

This cinema has TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Every time we go it's something... examples include 1. icee machines almost NEVER (9 out of 10 trips) having cherry flavor "available" and ready, why?? There are multiple machines 2. Foods not prepared abs ready 3. todays trip, the movie began and they did not turn the theater lights off... we had to leave out and go get a manager to get the theater lights turned off 4. we entered a movie that was 3D yet we were not offered 3D glasses I do not know who manages this theater in Laurel, but WOW, they need some serious overhauling if management and/or staff be user it's always something since they food, snacks and beverages are about the same as going and eating at Red Lobster or similar dining, fee we are paying for a premium experience we are NOT getting at this location. very dissatisfied read more

Not the greatest theater but not too shabby considering the competition in the area. Major plus is the location because there's a good amount of food and shopping establishments in Laurel Towne Centre if you want to make a date out of it. If you're just wanting to see a flick and go home it's a good spot to go to. No frills. No alcohol. Basic theater food selections ( I.e popcorn, nachos, hot dogs, candy, chicken tenders, etc) They're a bit understaffed at times, especially during late showings. Once there was no one at the box office and we had to stand in the concession line to purchase tickets, however there were staff/management in the back having conversations amongst themselves.. Umm excuse me! None of you can sell tickets?! Fairly clean lobby, theaters and bathrooms and parking is pretty decent considering the garage right next to it. read more

This was our first time going to this theater and first movie since the pandemic. We moved to Laurel earlier this year and the area is nice. We watched a movie Sunday night and it wasn't crowded at all. Not like the Egyptian theater in Arundel Mills. The lobby area seemed to be pretty clean but then again it wouldn't be too hard if there isn't a lot of customers. The arcade area only had a couple games and some claw machines. I was waiting there with my daughter while my wife got food and one of the machines ate my coins so not sure if some of the games are fully functional. We showed up to the movies really early and were in the theater about 30-40 mins earlier than the start time. We sat in our seats and the recliners were ok. I will say that one bad thing about the recliner seating is when you purchase your seats you don't know if you'll end up with a seat that is sticky, worn out, not functional, etc. We brought our wipes to sanitize but the cleaners actually showed up maybe about 10 mins prior to the start time. They just get the trash and sweep up. They don't sanitize the seats so it would be a good idea to bring some wipes if you decide to go. We were the only ones in the theater at the time the cleaner showed up and he apologized but it wasn't a big deal for us. I could imagine if the previous audience left a huge mess and there was a lot of people waiting to see this one. By the start of the movie there were only about 6-8 other people. The sound and picture were really good. We didn't have any rude or crazy people watching with us. I'm sure there will be mixed reviews because any little thing can ruin your experience. A kid crying, people being too loud, staff, food being off, etc. No issues for our first time and this place is really close to our home so we'll definitely come back. I just hope our experience will be the same. One thing I saw in the entrance was some advertisement for their app or monthly for unlimited movies. Reminded me of moviepass and wanted to see if anyone actually has it and what they think. read more

Mercy.... Just left Regal Cinemas in Laurel and I don't know if I can come back. I was in theater 6 and a rat was running all over the floor near the end of the movie. My heart dropped to my knees!! I would have taken a picture, but he was fastttt! *clutches pearls* The Concessions line was a really long wait, but the lady that waited on us was nice and accommodating, considering they were out of large buckets and two out of the three icee flavors were out of commission. Had I saw Rudy the Rat prior to, I definitely would have not ordered a food item. read more

Don't try to get anything at the concession. Nobody knows how to operate the registers. I hadn't been to a movie in years but I decided to splurge because my elderly mother needed to have some fun and get out of the house. What a disappointment it was. I cannot tell you how many commercials we were subjected to! hundreds! Some of the commercials were of horror movies and I found myself covering my elderly mom's eyes. This theater is great. They have automated reclining seats. You can lean all the way back with your legs lifted like you would at home. The seats are wide and spacious as well. Each comes with its on cup holder and moveable tray to place your food on. All of the facilities were clean as was the theater room I was in. They had a wide variety of food and beverages as well. Let me start off by saying I go to the theater often, as it is close to my house. But when I came in last night 2/2, my friend and I waited at the concession stand for 5 minutes before someone came out. The employee (I believe David, was is name) took my friends order, completed it and left to go in the back. We could see the manager on duty in the back eating her food through the window as we stood there. After about another 2-3 minutes later, my friend had to yell in order for the employee to come back. The employee, not the manager that saw us waiting, came back out to take my order. He was on his phone walking out and eating something. He took my order and went went to our movie. We were in was cinema 1 and my seats were G-9 and G-10. Seat G-10 is broken. The table attached to the chair does not stay closed and almost spilled all my popcorn and also the recliner made a loud noise and opened slanted and when I closed it I had to kick it to push the left side back in. I had to end up sitting in G-8 which wasn't an issue at all. And reclined perfectly and was comfy. read more
