We booked our son's 7th birthday here. To our surprise the folks here told us if we drop off our decorations the night before they'd set everything up for us (see picture). As a parent it's so nice to walk into a venue and everything is already done. We just brought in the cake which they offered to keep chilled for us. Each kid got their own card to play with for two hours (unlimited) games. In the middle of the event Chuck E. comes out and interacts with the kids and sings "Happy Birthday". I'm not a fan of CEC (sooo many kids lol), but this location makes things a lot more bearable. When I take my girls, the experience is always good. It is always very clean, the staff is pleasant, and the pizza is delicious. I like that they added the jump area. I don't think it's really worth it for the price, but the kids seem to enjoy it. Sometimes they are a little low staffed (like one staff member checking people in and working the prize station), but other than that, it's a great location that's close to me, and my kids enjoy it. read more

They were cheerful and present willing to help. Michael was very diligent being seen fixing games that were having issues & constantly cleaning tables and games. When I think of going to CEC, I think lots of children, and loud chaos. Yep, this was my experience as an elder millennial and taking my LO for his first experience. Gone are the days of puppets performing, a larger CEC, tokens AND tickets...yall I'm aging myself. It has now been replaced by a card that hangs on to your wrist, and your tokens and tickets being held there. The games are the same, they now have a trampoline area (the socks cost extra) no ball pit (ick) and things to do for the younger kids like my LO. One of my gripes were some of the games weren't kept up. CEC comes out for a bday shout, the staff were friendly and the pizza was fair. Since purchasing a monthly membership we have visited this location multiple times, mostly during the day on weekdays. This location is consistently clean and almost all games in working order. The staff is excellent and everyone always appears to be working by hard. They have brought the Cheese mouse out on multiple occasions even when it was just our family there as the only guests. The food is good I have a soft spot for Chuck E. Cheese pizza. read more

First time back in years and I must say we were all surprised by how things have changed. Clean atmosphere: didn't check restrooms but salad bar and dining area were clean. Food: pizza was tasty and everyone enjoyed it. Staff: very attentive, I greatly appreciated how they supervised the trampoline area and made sure all rules were followed and no one over the height limit was in there. My family and I went to this Chuck E. Cheese location in February of 2025 and we weren't pleased with the service. We one of the first few guest of the day but the staff was definitely not prepared to start their day. When we ordered our food. Our pizza and fries spent 10-15 min at the end of the oven with no employees in kitchen. I go to the front and the manager was on the phone the entire time unbothered. We had nobody to ask why our food wasn't ready to be served to us after 35 after placing the order. The trampoline was closed for no apparent reason. I'm not sure why it was locked but my kids were very disappointed. Overall I understand this place wasn't what it was 20 years ago but this place could've been better than what we were presented with. Chuck e came out once for 1 lap and never to be seen again. I've been to this location a million times, my sister worked here at one point. We have parties here occasionally with a big family that's still growing. Location: This CEC is located in a shopping center which takes up most of the parking but there's always a spot available a few rows away from the door. Food: as you can see from the salad bar they fresh food. This wasn't always the case so I think they are always trying to improve. Nobody wants salad the kids have out their hands in to make after crawling on the floor and wiping their noses. The pizza is the best. I use to love the wings but I haven't had them in a while. Ambiance: This is one of the better CEC, one where the parents don't end up in a brawl because the kids don't know how to share and play nice. I absolutely REFUSE to go to the Largo location for this very reason. Customer Service: While the staff has always been nice and friendly. The manager this visit seemed like he was a good person but let the customer get the best of him. He got into a debate over a all you can play pass purchased by someone throwing a party. Not to downplay the pass but at no point is this necessary. Just walk away has been my experience. I think he let it get personal so he has to make sure it was known he was right. A little better in the customer service and 4 stars is attainable. Tip: Add more games and make it a fun experience. read more

I opted to have my daughters first birthday at the Chuck E Cheese in Laurel. At first I was disappointed because they didn't offer balloons in the largest bday package but I just went to party city and got my own. However, the reason why I give five stars is one name TRINITY. This young lady was assigned my party. She was friendly, kind, respectful, and so extremely helpful. The party had 15 kids and all of them loved her. They need more employees like her. I just can't believe the level of professionalism she exuded. Especially since I had spoke to people on the phone from that Chuck E Cheese earlier in the week and they were not kind (I never mentioned that to her). WOW she needs a promotion now. Overall, it's a great place to have kids bday party and it's clean. Hopefully you all get Ms. Trinity to assist your party as well! read more

Need to order food? Need to cash your tickets? Need them to refill the salad bar because you just purchased a salad plate and the salad and ranch are empty? Well you won't get any help for a LONG TIME. I've asked 3 employees when I was there and they could not help me. Front Lady said "oh their should be someone coming soon" .. pizza guy who's making and cutting pizza said he was "not allowed to deal with the salads and that the lady doing tickets and the front area to order food would do it. Well she had a massive line after I ordered a salad plate from here so that would've been another 30 min or more just to get them to refill the salad station. Well the employee who looked like he was off the clock was able to refill the ranch dressing that was left out under a cart in their kitchen. Surprisingly I didn't get sick. I ended up getting the scraps of lettuce left over in water because NOONE had no idea who's job it was to help . This place has got to be the worse when it comes to customer service. There is no sense of urgency and I was part of the birthday party being held there. When your business is you should have more team members working . I couldn't believe how long it took from placing an order for a salad plate to trying to get some salad just to get back to the party. I've already missed somethings that were happening at the party. Just be aware. I'm glad we don't go here often and we come here when the traffic is slow . Usually I don't eat we just do the free play hour and gives us our fix. My daughter Kennedy always have a good time. Now when ordering the pizza it's a success but today ordering that Large appetizer Sampler for 4-6 people a big NO. From the cheese bread not being cut and when asked for a smart answer back. The cooks are Very unprofessional you act like giving ketchup is a strange request when you got a order of fries. Now speaking on fries the quantity is a joke not for 4-6 people. When I asked the cook or prep he said yeah that's all that cubes with it. I spoke to the manager and she was nice and mention that the board serving amount is wrong. So just get pizza and free play. The play area is not that big, and this location gets packed. Theres no relaxing if you bring a small child on a busy day. Children will run your toddler over, bump into the repeatedly, and you will hate it. The food is not bad, and I'm not even going to rate it by price because its Chuck E. Cheese. However I have found a way for people with small children to be able to come to this location and let them have a good time. Ready? Bring your small child while the big kids are at school. 20 dollars gets you 80 tokens, and that takes my youngest about 2 hours to go through with a little help from me. I came in at 11 am during the week and we had the place to ourselves for the first half hour. Maybe 4 other small kids inside at the most during our visit. My daughter loves it, and I found a less stressful way to be able to take my baby girl out for some warm winter fun. read more

This place only misses out on 5 stars because it's unfortunate enough to be a somewhat small venue.The play area is nicely spaced out so that you can keep a good eye on your little ones at all times though, no matter what game they're at, and I would think even if it was kind of crowded this would still hold true. I do agree that there is nothing wrong with the pizza. My personal pan was bigger than Round Tables. I could tell with the first bite that they use real mozzarella cheese and aren't at all stingy with it. The sauce had that home-made tang to it, which may be a bit less mainstream-ideal than some of the delivery based places, but that's a personal preference. I liked it. Customer service at this location is 5 full stars though: I'm 26 years old and came in without a child to accompany me. It was 2PM and dead inside. Immediately the manager, a big guy that looked like a friendly sort of bouncer, and one other staff member intercepted me at the door. I knew it was an interception, but it didn't feel like one; all three were smiling warmly and seemed politely curious. I smiled and told the manager that I hadn't been to Chuck's since I was probably four years old, and just wanted to grab a slice of pizza to go for the sake of nostalgia. Turns out they don't sell pizza by the slice, but instead of just telling me no on those grounds (which would have been an easy way to get rid of the strange adult wanting to enter a kids-only arcade) he followed up with a "but let me show how it works" and walked me to the counter to introduce me to their $5-ish personal sized pizza. After I'd said sure to the mini pizza and put in my order, he rang me up himself and then walked me to a table nearby - and all the way across the room from the one family that was in there. I also had my back to the play area. Now, they get points for this. Why? Because the Chuck-E-Cheese in Hayward (Oakland) California that my mom took me to when I was little; there was a reason we stopped going when I was four. It had a bad reputation for letting childless adults in, and there had been concerns about safety. For this reason, every little thing I saw this location do to assume I was a threat without making me feel like a threat earns them huge points. All my memories of coming here were great. Chuck is golden part of my childhood and the spirit of the business is that kids are the #1, and almost only, priority. Though I had my back to the play area, I was facing the stage and it tickled my heart muscle to see that Munch's Make Believe Band was preserved in all its cheesy animatronic awesome. Over 20 years later, they're still using the same style of creepy, full sized mechanical characters, and I use "creepy" affectionately because it's part of the charm. I was sure to ask first, before taking pictures. One huge change that I did notice was that during the bands "break" they played Veggie Tales on all the TV screens. Veggie Tales is a specifically religious cartoon. It's re-enactments of bible stories using Pixar style computer animated talking fruits and vegetables. Huh. Well, that's news to me; I didn't realize the people in charge were religious enough to implement it in their business model. I guess that would explain why they're so passionate about wholesome family fun. Long story short, this location is clean, safe, and full featured. They even have a salad bar for parents, and serve beer on tap. The door is roped off and guarded, so your kiddo isn't going to wander outside, and no one gets in or out unnoticed. If you haven't already introduced Chuck to your kids, this is a fine place to start out with. In my humble opinion, Chuck E Cheese is right up there with Disneyland as far as "Things Every Kid Should Get To Experience." Catch Ya Later! read more

I went to this CEC store as an adult with my mother back in May 2012. Seems like a great place to take the kids, though I admit that I was more interested in the animatronic show than anything else. There's a skytube thing for children to climb in and lots of games, and so kids certainly can have fun here. For adults, parents can rest assured that the kids aren't going to accidentally wander out of the establishment. There is an employee with a velvet rope guarding the door, making sure that kids don't leave on their own, or leave with someone other than the adults that brought them there. The animatronic show wasn't bad. It was enough like the Rock-afire Explosion from my childhood that I could enjoy it. The music was good, the jokes were a little on the corny side, but it was enjoyable. The food, on the other hand, is what makes me give this place three stars. It's not horrible, but it's not great, either. Average at best. read more

I took my son to this Chuck E. Cheese location recently, and I did not have a great experience. We ordered a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and I waited for it while my son played games. The pizza ended up taking about 2 hours, crazy! In that time my son came up to me and was very inpatient and hungry and got bored with the games quick. We finally got the pizza which was cold and the cheese tasted fake. I do not reccomend this place for anyone. Alright I'm done with my rant. Have a great day. read more

Chuck E. Cheese has always changed with time, but this location has drastically changed in terms of staffing. I got off work today at 8pm (as early as I could) so I could bring my step son to celebrate at his favorite place for his birthday. I arrived at 8:30 to the establishment, and immediately was greeted with "we're not taking anymore food orders". Mind you, they close at 10pm, the kitchen was not closed at all. I even check online to see if I could place an order and it allowed me to. Then I tried to ask for play cards for 60 min time. The staff also told me they can't do 60 minutes because everyone had to be out by 10pm. It was still 8:30!!!!!!! I hope the general manager reads this review. The staff does not care about the family's that go in there. All the attitude served was unnecessary. read more

Babysitting? Have a few hours, and $30 to spare? Well this is where its at! I like chuck e cheese for many reasons. First, your party and the child you came with get stamped. AKA no one is baby snatchin' up in here. Secondly, I dont care what anyone says, I LOVE THEIR PIZZA. They even have a salad bar (sans sneeze guard at child level so you can be the judge of that..) And finally, all games are just 1 token. Stick that in your pipe and smoke it Dave and Busters! 1 token!!! No matter your child's desire to play skee ball, ride rides, kill monsters, or get a picture taken with that scary rat/mouse its only 25cents. :) This particular location is a bit small, but we didnt wait longer than 2 kids for a ride or a game all day. We stayed and played for two hours and it was slammed the whole time (3-5pm on a Sunday). The people that work there are really nice about fixing broken machines, getting tickets to work, and helpful with food orders. For $15 we got more tokens (credits) than we could use and got a free pizza from the app sign up. Staff were great and it seemed well run. Families were nice and kids were happy to share rides and games. No okay place but they have the robot band. If you aren't in a birthday party you can't get too close because everything is reserved. Took my daughter there today to kick off her 3rd Bday. Had a 20 dollar coupon, and got a meal and 35 tokens for myself and 3 kids. Very clean, employees are very polite, not crowded at all today. She loves Chuckie and as soon as he came out followed him from place to place. Hugged him probably every 5 or 10 steps. Loved it, she was in heaven. UNTIL I went to go take a pic of Chuckie and I noticed him rubbing on a mom while her child was trying to hug him. Completely inappropriate. Enough that I told my daughter to get away from Chuckie that instant and go eat her pizza. I had just finished telling my friend at the table about the incident when I hear that same mom yelling, manager? Show up and later on the police. Apparently she made a formal complaint and what looked like a police report. At that point it was time for us to go. Very nice experience until then. I have taken my two girls to Chuck E Cheese before and found this one close to my house. It was on the small side, but was not that busy, so it was ok. Speaking of which, it was on a Sunday afternoon when we went and there was not that many people there, so i gave my girls a bunch of tokens and let them loose!. It was really clean and the staff was very helpful and nice. The place didnt smell of BO or feet like other Chuck E Cheeses that I have been to, so yeah that was kind of nice. I decided to take my son here for a pre birthday fun day. It wasn't crowded at all and believe it or not the place was actually clean. I guess because it was new years eve! The good thing is by providing a hand stamp your kid can't just wonder out with strangers, they do check to make sure the stamp matches.My only complaint is if you are going to dress up as a character don't allow your true identity to be visible to the kids lol read more

I am so happy that I brought my own food to this place, this is nothing like the Chuck E Cheese that we all know and love. Lol in fact the place is laced with mouse traps as I'm sure the mice are searching for some cheese in the restaurant. I don't even eat chicken but my daughter and her friend wanted it so I ordered what was said to be an "8 piece wing" when it arrived it was only 6 pieces. Which the kids were disappointed about this. When I asked where the other wings were they informed me it's not 8 but by the weight. The pizza also had a strange smell and tasted odd. I believe it's just cheap ingredients, horrible cheese. The mice don't seem to mind. Do yourself a favor and go to another location, also the dumping game didn't put out the proper amount of tickets when my daughter and her friend won! I love the staff at this location. Down to earth, great with kids and extremely helpful. I spend a lot of time there. Usually 3 to 4 times a month. My son, with special needs is always well received and the staff is super helpful. I love going there when the manager on duty is Monica. When she is there the team is well organized, friendly and helpful. Brittany and Ashley are amazing also. Great with the kids, jovial and helpful. I recommend this location over others. We were at Chuck E. Cheese's for a birthday party (friends from church - their daughter turned 5) this past weekend. I wasn't looking forward to the event because I don't have fond memories of CEC pizza from my childhood. I was pleasantly surprised by the pizza ingredients/toppings, and our friends said the wings were tasty as well. There were more beverage selections than I expected, and there was a salad bar. I didn't try the salad bar, but most of the stuff on it looked pretty fresh (except the iceburg lettuce) and it was well-iced to keep things cold. The employees were all continuously on the go - I would say the place could have used a few more on duty, but I'm not sure they would have fit into the crowded area. The biggest issue was that it was quite simply over-crowded. There were at least 5 or 6 birthday parties being held at the same time (and all crammed into a relatively small area), and the place was still open to the general public. It was difficult to walk from our designated party area to the soda fountain (or restrooms) because of how crowded it was. The game area was also over-crowded and the "sky tubes" were a continuous stream of barely-supervised little people. About halfway through the birthday party, my son came and told me that he saw a little girl pee in the sky tubes. It took several minutes for me to locate and flag-down one of the employees to tell her what had happened. It was then another 20 minutes before we saw an employee heading into the sky tubes with a mop. During that time, the sky tubes had a continuous stream of small children in absorbent play clothes climbing around; I doubt there was much left for mop-boy to clean. My son had fun, even after being banned from the sky tubes (because *I* didn't want him back in there after what he had reported to me). He managed to collect enough tickets for a couple of plastic spiders, which is a win for a 6-year-old boy. If I never go there again, it will be too soon. read more

It has been a while since I've been here and the new digital play passes were a neat add on to the gaming experience. My son play for 3 hours on 30 bucks and I still got some points left. So we came to celebrate my daughter's birthday party of course a small party turned to be a bit more then expected. 13 kids and 13 adults we had done the party deal as we weren't expecting that many adults more for the kids. I told my wife to go ahead and add some more pizzas and drinks for the extra unexpected guest they have combo deals were it comes with drinks and any extra drink is $2.00 not the first time I been to Chuck E. Cheese. When I finally got the bill here was my shock everything was charged ala cart No combos at all. I asked to speak with manager and she basically said if it wasn't ordered that way they can't do anything. I feel that this turned a posible great experience to a bad experience. Money is tight these days with gas prices and Food inflation but we still wanted to celebrate her birthday. I just feel that this was purposely taking advantage of a situation to make the bill even higher. So now when or if I recommend to come here to celebrate a child birthday I have to make sure you tell them you want a "Combo that comes with drinks" otherwise EVERYTHING is charged separately. I post this so everyone who reads it will Know Make sure you tell them you want a combo because there trying to make extra money of you. It sad that we have to get this petty really. I arrived around 11:30am on a Saturday now it's not the biggest Chuck E. Cheese but I will say it def was clean. The pizza was good nice and fresh so I was def happy about that. I ordered salad took them too long to set out the lettuce from the time I purchased it on the salad bar so I was highly disappointed. Didn't have the play area where the tunnels are I was a bit shocked about that. Some of the staff seemed not so friendly but some where good. I can't lie and say I won't be back I live in the area.
