When we arrived, it wasn't too busy, so we decided to play some arcade games before lunch. That turned out to be a mistake because by the time we were ready to eat, there was a wait. We were told it would be about 15 minutes, but it ended up being closer to 25. The arcade room was quite dark, which made playing pinball difficult. When I asked a staff member if the lights could be turned on, she explained that the owner prefers to keep them off. I hope they reconsider, as better lighting would make the arcade much more enjoyable. There are single-occupancy restrooms near the arcade that were much less busy than those by the main dining area. Since our last visit, we also learned that the former liquor store next door has been converted into an overflow dining room when the main restaurant is busy, and it's also used for private events. Despite the wait, Angie, our server, was excellent. She was personable, attentive, and even happy to take a group photo for us. The food was great. I especially enjoyed the Old Bay wings, rockfish tenders, soft shell crab sandwich, and waffle fries. Overall, it was a very enjoyable meal, and we look forward to returning.

HARK! A TALE OF VALOR, FEASTING, AND GLORY!…read more 'Twas our first journey to Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament, and from the very moment we crossed the castle gates, we were utterly blown away! How a man can journey from a shopping mall in Baltimore and, mere moments later, find himself standing before a mighty castle, I know not. We were assigned to House Black & White, and naturally, we had but one duty: to stand at the tip of the spear and make our house heard throughout the realm! And by the King's beard, the feast did not disappoint! The dragon was prepared with great skill and was absolutely delicious. Our server, Julian, was a true champion of the realm and absolutely killed it from beginning to end. Then came the tournament... WHAT. A. SHOW. If I had to describe it to a commoner, I would say: WWE + Game of Thrones = MEDIEVAL TIMES. Jousting, sword fighting, horses, knights, drama, action, and enough excitement to keep the entire castle roaring. Our knight fought with honor, integrity, and bravery, and he had House Black & White fired up like we were preparing to storm the gates ourselves! Alas... House Black & White fell short of victory. But our knight fought valiantly, and we made certain the entire castle knew exactly which house stood behind him. We were encouraged to be the loudest house in the castle, and by the end of the night, I believe we gave it our absolute best. I walked through those gates wondering whether the ticket price would truly be worth it. I walked out wondering: "How in the heck do they make a profit putting THIS much into a show?" The actors. The horses. The food. The costumes. The sets. The production. The action. It is absolutely packed with entertainment from start to finish, and it's one hell of a way to spend a couple of hours with family and friends. I went in not knowing what to expect and left already thinking about when we could do it again. In fact... Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, may soon have a visit from House Black & White. If you've never been, GO WATCH THE SHOW! You shall not be disappointed. 10/10. Would feast, cheer, and battle again. Now, if you'll excuse me, I must return to my kingdom and await the next tournament.

Separate price of course. It was so cool. my husband ordered a beer and he ordered a 25 oz mug with the beer it came to $25.00. My souvenir cup with drink included was $18.75. We were in the black and white group. Which was the VIP Queen Royalty. It came with two pictures. A lanyard and of course your crown. It was a good package deal. If you are affiliated with the military. You get a nice discount on the tickets. We arrived so early that we were seated on the first row. So good for that. Now on to the food. Everything was pippin hot. My chicken was seasoned well. Nice and juicy. I enjoyed it. As well as the corn on the cob. Which was very sweet. I enjoyed the bread. Didn't care for the flavor of the tomato soup. I'm picky with that. It gets a little messy eating with your hands. So keep that in mind and I was told you can request utensils. The water and non alcohol refreshments were included. Didn't much care for the desserts. One was a slice of a birthday cake coated with candy and the other was a mini chocolate eclaire. The host was great with kids (some knew how to play, others needed some instruction on the controllers and such) . The kids were entertained the entire two hours. We took a break for pizza and cake the last 20 minutes. The gaming truck is top notch, air conditioned, and even plays music for those outside the truck to enjoy too! Such a fun party experience. We wanted a cool dark midday refuge in hot weather (Jun 2026), and we like this theater at Arundel Mills Mall southwest of Baltimore for the many movies and movie times, the comfy seats, and the plentiful parking. It was easy to purchase and select seats through their app, under $9 per person midday on a weekday! We strolled under the bright fun Egyptian-styled columns past statues and décor. With the app purchase, we skipped the lobby ticket kiosk and the (short) ticket-window lines, straight in to get our QR code scanned. Easy peasy. The app seemed to say we could have gotten our food and drinks delivered to our seats! But we just walked through and quickly chose hotdogs, among the various sandwiches and pizza. We shared some candy. The popcorn smelled fresh, and the beverages are huge, but we kept it down to $10 per person. The seats in our theater were cushy and leather-like, and they reclined using a button on the right arm! Each had a little tray-table attached. This is the life! Of course, there were at least 15min of previews. We had center seats, close to the front to feel immersed. I'll admit that the film we chose was kind of silly, which is what comes of choosing whatever started closest to our arrival time :-) Cinemark Egyptian is a nice clean theater with a fun décor. Midday weekday prices were not bad, if you go easy on the refreshments. Hooray for Hollywood, and at this theater, and hooray for subtitled Bollywood and Cine Mexicano, too!
