We ordered pizza, fish, drinks, and the cotton candy sherbet, and our food and drinks came to around $60. The food was pretty good, but the service could definitely improve. Our waiter took a LONG time, to the point where we were considering not tipping. He did make my boyfriend's drink nice and strong though, so he redeemed himself a little and we ended up tipping him. One thing that irritated me was when I asked for my fish to be well done. The waiter questioned why I wanted it well done since it was "already fried." I didn't really like that. If a customer asks for their food cooked a certain way, I feel like the request should just be passed along to the kitchen. For the games, I put about $30 on my game card and my boyfriend already had around $30 on his, so we had about $60 total to play with. We played air hockey, Connect 4 basketball, a shooting game, and raced each other on the driving games. We actually left without even using all of our game credits! We also did laser tag, which was $13 per person, and that was fun too. I loved that they had pool tables, although we didn't get a chance to play because they were all taken. My only other complaint is that we came around 8:30 PM expecting it to eventually become more of an adults-only atmosphere later at night because that's what we had been told. There were still a lot of kids around, so I do wish they had an adults-only time later in the evening, especially for couples coming for date night. Overall, though, we had a LOT of fun and I would definitely come back. I've visited this location several times over the past month, and every single experience has been consistently disappointing. At this point, the issues I've witnessed go far beyond poor customer service. We're talking about serious concerns involving management conduct, employee supervision, sanitation, and the overall safety of guests. First, the establishment is constantly overrun with unsupervised children running around and causing chaos. Meanwhile, several employees appear extremely young and seem to be working unusually late hours, including school nights. It raises legitimate questions about employee scheduling, supervision, and compliance with Maryland's child labor regulations. Now, let's discuss management, because this is where my concerns become significantly more serious. During one of my visits, I personally witnessed a female manager leave the establishment, walk to the liquor store across the parking lot, purchase a bottle of alcohol, and return to her black Honda, where she sat briefly before coming back inside. What made this particularly concerning was that when I was close enough to speak with her, I could smell alcohol on her breath. This wasn't something I heard from another customer or an allegation passed around by employees. This was my personal observation. I cannot confirm exactly what she consumed inside her vehicle, but the circumstances, combined with the smell of alcohol on her breath, raised serious concerns about possible alcohol consumption while on duty. Why is someone in a management position potentially consuming alcohol during working hours while responsible for supervising employees, maintaining safety standards, and overseeing an establishment filled with families and children? This incident alone warrants an investigation by corporate leadership. And the sanitation? Absolutely unacceptable. I've observed kitchen employees going outside to smoke and returning to food preparation areas without washing their hands. I've also witnessed employees leaving the restroom without washing their hands before returning to work. Even more disturbing, I've observed what appeared to be rodent activity inside the building. Mice should not be freely roaming around an establishment that serves food to the public. There have also been incidents involving what appeared to be sexual activity in the restrooms, further demonstrating the apparent lack of supervision and accountability throughout this facility. I have photographs and videos documenting some of the conditions and incidents I've described, and I intend to submit relevant evidence to the appropriate regulatory authorities for review. What concerns me most is that these aren't isolated experiences. I've visited multiple times, on different occasions, and the same problems continue. Where is the accountability? Where is the oversight? Who is responsible for ensuring this establishment operates safely, professionally, and in compliance with applicable regulations? Customers should not have to question whether their food is being handled safely, whether employees are being properly supervised, or whether management is capable of maintaining a professional environment. I'm publicly requesting a response from corporate leadership or the ownership group, not another generic apology about how customer satisfaction is your top priority. I would like to know what steps will be taken to investigate these concerns, address any verified violations, and ensure the safety of both employees and guests. This is not simply a complaint about a bad experience. This is a request for accountability. People next to us on both sides were finished their second ball before our first one cleaned up the pins. So, with no one taking any breaks, we got in one game and 4 frames. We complained so many times, I wasn't asking for more time to finish our game. We decided we will NOT be back to Severna Park unless they get friendlier staff and upgrade their facility.
