I know it's an arcade but if you're thinking of dining here... just don't lol. I've been to this location multiple times and unfortunately every single visit theres been an encounter with rude staff members whether it's the restaurant or the arcade area. My most recent visit, my friends and I decided to eat here. We were having a difficult time catching the attention of our server so we asked a different server passing by if she could please get us our check. Classic arcade bar vibe with plenty of large screens for catching sports games, but also very spacious so it's good for gaming and hanging with a group! However, the dining is okay at best so don't expect too much from the food. Half rack ribs might be the best thing on the menu. I was not particularly impressed by their Buster's Bacon Burger (bacon was pretty salty) but the rest of the burger was alright, definitely not as flavorful as I hoped. The drinks are also okay - don't get the vanilla milkshake as it tastes like a very watered down vanilla milkshake with a gritty texture. Stick to water or fountain drinks as the alcoholic drinks and flavored teas were also hit or miss. Service was initially bit slow due to many servers calling out but they were kind and checked up on us often. read more

I waited 45 minutes for servie for one of the speakers that I had enough tickets for on a card then I lost the card And requested a new card with enough for the speaker, and took another 30 minutes and gave me a card with not enough tickets and then waited another 15 just to not get it. We came here just to play games and we had a great time! We got two 90 minute play cards and just went to TOWN. Friendly competition with my fiancé is always a great time. It was definitely busy, but it was a snowy Saturday evening. A few games were broken but it wasn't too bad! We love arcade games so much. We didn't get any food. It's a solid outing choice. Here's the kicker, if you want to be nostalgic or host a party for kiddos- 5 stars. The food 3/4.... the wait times for the food, well there's a reason some may just skip dining here. I can never tell if it's operations or back of house, because the staffing seems adequate. However, it doesn't spoil the fun had. They also do a good job with upkeep of functional games. Only once in a while do I run into a game not working. I also really appreciate the variety, easy to spend 2 hours here. Bonus, it's attached to the mall of parents decide to divide and conquer different objectives. read more

My gosh I don't remember the games being this expensive, sheesh -- but let me tell you... it was a blast, and way better than some locations that are closer to me. It's in Arundel Mills, so I was already prepared to deal with the chaos that is the Arundel Mills parking lot. But somehow I was able to park right away. On a Saturday evening. Talk about LUCKY! When I stepped inside, it was as busy as I expected. Everyone was on the games... and the dining tables where I was meeting people happened to be quieter. The staff were very polite, and we just nibbled on light apps as a part of the party. Good stuff all around, nothing particularly mind blowing! I had wings, sliders, and pigs in blankets. I had wine too, even though it was expensive, sheesh! It was a special occasion, but I much prefer happy hour time haha. I did eventually play some games. I was in town for the Holidays and didn't really want to go "out" for NYE so we decided to come here. I made a reservation for 10:30pm through Open Table. We arrived around 10:28pm. It took a moment to be acknowledged and seated as there wasn't anyone at the front "please wait her to be seated" area. Once seated, I was greeted by a waiter that was scheduled off in 30 mins. so he had another waiter assist us. She came to wait on us shortly. We ordered appetizers: Bar Burgers and Wings Platter, The Caveman Combo, and Funnel Cake Fries. The burger sliders, lemon pepper wings, and funnel cake fries were delicious. First, I have to give a big shout out to our server Chuck. He is the main reason I did not review this place a 1 or 2 due to the initial service we received... more to the story below. Unfortunately, like many of the reviews for this particular D&B the service needs to improve because this place has so many awesome things about it. This is one of the bigger D&B's and has lots of fun and new things to do. Lots of updated games to choose from, plus a bowling alley. The food is even pretty good with a good variety to choose from. The service (other than Chuck) is ugh! A large group of us thought this would be a great place to meet up for a last minute get together. It was a Wednesday and happy hour time (which has pretty good drink deals only). The place has over 75 tables in the main area and maybe 5 were occupied at the time (15 or so people). So we didn't think it would be a problem for our group. The hosts and initial server gave us a huffing and puffing attitude because there were a bunch of us. You would think that they would be happy that they had customers because it was a slow night. Instead, they were irritated. After seating us the initial server didn't return. Savior Chuck was probably working the bar but he came over and was the only one tending our group. He didn't complain, he asked us to be patience and did a great job. I am absolutely disgusted with my recent experience at Dave & Buster's. A white server made what I clearly perceived as a racially-loaded, offensive comment toward my Black nephew and his friend -- TWO CHILDREN. She referred to them as "bae bae kids," which was completely inappropriate, disrespectful, and felt racially targeted. No employee should ever speak about any child like that. When I brought this to the manager on duty, instead of showing real concern, accountability, or professionalism, he tried to pacify us with a game card -- as if giving the kids points to play games would erase a racially insensitive remark. A game card is NOT an apology. A game card is NOT accountability. And then came the part that made everything even worse: he tried to shift the blame onto us, implying the children were "playing" and that somehow justified the comment. That is dismissive, tone-deaf, and a clear attempt to dodge responsibility instead of addressing unacceptable behavior from staff. I escalated the situation to HR, expecting a real, serious response. NOTHING meaningful happened. And when I specifically asked for the GM to call me -- which should be standard when a complaint involves children and possible racial undertones...I never got a call. Just a generic email saying the issue was "handled." Handled WHERE? Because it definitely wasn't handled with me or with the children who were disrespected. A racially insensitive comment toward Black children + a manager who tried to brush it off with a game card + HR doing nothing + a GM who couldn't be bothered to call = a complete failure from top to bottom. Dave & Buster's DO BETTER!!! This was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. read more

We had a party here on 11/15/25 and rented out the party room. Jessica was our party host. She had strong interpersonal and communication skills which made the party run smoothly. The party was for my son's ninth birthday and most parties in the past have ALWAYS been stressful. However, this one was NOT! Refills were consistently topped off, food was excellent, & Jessica was on top of it! We were impressed considering it seemed she had a few other parties as well. Our guests were impressed as much as we were! Truly top tier party experience and worth every penny! I've spent the same amount at other places and they barely help set up and don't even help us clean! 11/10 experience. Also I can't remember the manager's name, but she was also wonderful! I came to a comedy show that is held here monthly. You can book it thru Eventbrite. It's called( Comedy Clubs Near Me) Now it's nothing against the comedians. Actually, two of them were actually funny. Now the regular rate is not that expensive. About $22 per person. It's no assigned seating. You sit wherever. Except for the so-called VIP. Which is a high top two seated table. Which includes two drinks of your choice. That's one drink per person. Except they didn't have many choices. So unorganized. They had VERY LITTLE SELECTIVE choices. The server walked around with a napkin that he had written on to tell you what drinks to get. REALLY?? No one came over to close the check. The bartenders hollered out come to the bar to close your tab!! How about y'all come from behind that bar and help this one server who seemed overstressed ! I REPEAT, don't waste your time on a VIP date table. It is not worth it! We paid $81.00 total for two beers because none of the signature drinks that were on our ticket menu that was pre paid was not available. False advertisement! Stick to the regular seating. The bartenders could use a customer service seminar. Definitely wouldn't do that again. There are too many places to go to enjoy a good show with good service. So yes to the comedians and no to the customer service. Overall 2.5 for the entertainment only. Which included Rita and Larry. They both were pretty good. read more

By far my favorite meal here. I actually come for the salmon not for the games. It's honestly the sauce that makes the meal so delicious. I literally dip the sides and salmon in the sauce. It's a perfect lemon butter. The service is sub par. They take their time and aren't that excited about much but it's also not a restaurant they just happen to have good food. This is a cool fun spot for kids and teens. Parking can be tight this is a mega mall so prepare to circle the lot a time or two. read more

Family fun night! We always have a great time at D&B. I had credits pre- Covid and we decided to come here to use them. The vibe is still the same: loud, colorful to the eye, with music booming! We had to covert to another up to date card to transfer our credits to, which was no big deal. There are a lot of games to choose from, which is nice: Halo, Space Invaders, Pac-Man, and Guardians all f the Galaxy just to name a few. There were doing renovations to the separate restaurant area and we see they have competed those. Big screen monitors at the bar area and around the restaurant will make sure you don't miss the latest sporting event. The bowling alley is still here as well. Of course they have a happy hour! It's called $5 HH Monday- Friday 4-7p with a late night $5 HH Sun-Thursday 10p-close. We didn't get anything to eat or drink, but will update on our next visit. All in all, still a fun place to bring the kids, for a group event, or hang out with friends. read more

Stopped in for happy hour on a Friday for their $6 cocktails. Around 3pm it was mildly busy but there were plenty of bar seats. We ordered the house margarita and the blueberry spiked lemonade. I was expecting my margarita to taste like an overly sweetened mixer but I was pleasantly surprised it was very good and had salt on the rim. The blueberry lemonade was very juice-like however that is what my friend was wanting. Service was fast with 2 bartenders working the bar. They have hot food that comes out too. I personally love a great Dave & Buster's trip! Lots of games to play and appreciated the variety. By far the Wizard of Oz game towards the front earns you the most points. My niece and I had a great time running around and trying out the different games. I felt like there were both games for her (8) and games for me (35). The prices are exactly what you'd expect for an arcade. I really enjoyed the card that they give you so that tallies up your coins as well as your points to redeem at the game center at the front for prizes. The bathrooms were not clean unfortunately so watch out for that. All games seemed to be working, which was a refreshing surprise compared to other arcade visits in the past. read more

Went here to hang with a few friens.we started out getting a bite to eat in the restaurant area. It was nice. However, it was a little small due to the construction going on. The customer service was ok. We were seated, and it took a few minutes for a waitress to come to our table.It seemed a bit unorganized. We all got the Parmesan garlic wings and fries they were really good. I would rate them a10 out of 10. Now on to the arcade area, there were a whole lot of games. My family and I, with friends of ours, go to the Arundel Mills Dave N Busters at least every other month and spend hundreds of dollars. Not anymore. We were there this past Sunday, 1/18/25, and there was a group of about 6 teenagers out of control. They were jumping up into games that had balls and stealing them and then throwing them at other customers. 1 of the teens threw a ball at my family and confronted him. He denied it to my face and then yelled when I turned away, "I'll do it again, Mother F**ker". These boys were lacking a good upbringing and have no respect for other people. It was an out-of-control scene, and no security was to be found. Not a safe place to bring your family, we won't be going back! read more

We took our granddaughter to this place on a Friday afternoon and spent about $130.00 -$150.00 for about 2 Hours of gaming for her and myself . It was fun BUT a bit pricey in my opinion. Some of the games did not work and we sort of got ripped off. Stole our points. We really didn't to bother trying to claim those lost points but we should have . Our students were visiting from NYC on a college tour, and we stopped at Dave & Buster's for some fun. Tyler, our party host, was phenomenal. My students kept misplacing items--wallets and phones--but Tyler consistently found them and was saving the day. The food was fresh, and we never had to wait for drinks or refills. Came here for my 12 year old cousins birthday. Brought my daughter along because the day was all for the kids. The parking lot is pretty insane since it is located at the Arundel Mills Mall. I had a pretty long walk from the first space I located. Once inside it was just as crowded. Kids running around everywhere, but it's what you would expect at this type of venue. We located the area where the party was. Included with the package was a game card worth $35.00. Just a word of advise that it doesn't cover the Virtual Reality rides. You will have to pay extra for those. Plenty of games for the kids to play and occupy their time. The game cards lasted about a hour which was good timing because we were able to sing happy birthday and eat. The food was average. We had the usual kids food of chicken tenders, fries, and burgers. We had some loaded nachos and buffalo wings for the adults. Everything was ok and no issues with the taste of the food. Service was a bit slow from our waitress in taking the orders. She didn't come by that often for refills. It was a part of twelve so I believe she needed at least one other person to help her. At the end she disappeared after the he bill was paid. Thankfully another waiter who was serving a differed area came by. He provided us with to go containers and small boxes for the left over cake. They automatically included a 18 percent gratuity. Overall it's very expensive if you are eating and playing games. Since we came for the party the only cost was for VR rides my daughter wanted to go on and adult beverages that I had. After a long day of visiting sites in our Nation's capital, my family and I decided it was time to come back to Hanover and spend some quality time at a fun location having a good meal, so we all decided on Dave & Busters at Arundel Mills. Upon arriving we immediately approached the podium where a sign directed us to "Wait to Be Seated by the Hostess," so we waited. And waited. And waited some more. After being passed by multiple employees, none of which felt the need to inform us that the Hostess would be right with us, the Hostess finally appeared from the back of the restaurant, seeming annoyed that we were there waiting. She then confirmed that we were a party of 5, turned and walked away. We naturally assumed that she wanted us to follow her, because there was no, "right this way," "please follow me," or any kind of verbal direction. She then sat us at a seemingly nice booth that comfortabily accommodated all of us, then unceremoniously layed 5 menus on the table and walked away. As I sat down, it was immediately apparent that the table had just been bussed, as the seat and table were still very wet from being recently cleaned. After opening my menu to decide on what I wanted to eat, it took me no time at all to realize that my menu seemed a lot lighter than the rest of my party's menus. I asked my teenage son to take a look at my menu to confirm my suspicions, and it was, indeed, missing multiple pages. As my wife had already decided on what she wanted to eat by that point, she handed me her menu for me to pick my meal. Upon opening it, I immediately observed that her menu was very sticky from some mystery material left over by some careless patron that came before us. Thankfully, the sticky residue was only on the top of the pages, so it didn't affect my hands any. I decided on my meal, closed the menu, and waited for our waitress to appear. Again, we waited, waited again, and then waited some more. As we were just about to get up and leave, our very friendly waitress finally arrived at our table and asked us what we would like to drink while we decide on our meals. As everyone at the table had already decided on what we wanted to eat, we informed her and then placed our orders. Shortly after she left, another waitress arrived at our table and attempted to begin the process all over again. We informed her that our order had already been taken, and she apologized and walked away. While waiting on our meals to arrive, my wife asked me to go and see what we need to do to go bowling. While going to the bowling ally and returning, it seemed as though every employee that I encounted along the way seemed very annoyed at my very presence. After returning to my table and our meals arrived, the first real good experience began. The food was absolutely delicious! My burger was perfectly cooked, the bun was toasted, and the fries were hot and crispy. After confirming with the rest of my family, all of their meals were just as good! After the waitress came back and gave us our billed and we paid, it was time to go to the arcade area. Once all three kids had their cards filled, it was time to play. I have to say, the shear volume of arcade games were pleasantly overwhelming. There were games for every niche, from 1st and 3rd person shooters, racing, chance, and of course the classics like skee ball. Most were really fun, and the kids had a great time. The only problem was that every once in a while we came across games that lost network connection so we were unable to play them at the time, and a few times the game would take our tokens but wouldn't let us play. The employees were understanding and corrected the issues, but it was a little annoying that we kept needing to go back to them and inform them every time it happened. Once we decided that all the fun had been had, we proceeded to the prize area. This is where things were really eye-opening. The cost of tickets for prizes were a little exorbitant. I understand that the XBox Series X was over 150,000 tickets, but 250 tickets for a single super ball? That's a little ridiculous. Overall, I would recommend this location, simply for the quality of the food and the fun games, but if customer service is high on your priority list, then I would avoid this place at all costs. read more

It was 12/29 so the place was packed! They were clearly understaffed, but our waitress Kedeija (spelling?) was fantastic! She was working her rear off and it didn't go unnoticed. I had the Buster Bacon Burger which was very good! My husband has the chicken tenders and gave them a 6/10. He said they were nothing to write home about. The slaw with his tenders was not good, but I just think it's a mediocre recipe and not a good southern slaw like I'm used to. My son had the kids cheese pizza and he devoured it. We got my son the Winter Pass which seems like a good deal, though he was bummed he couldn't play the coin machines with it since those are his favorites. The NYE my husband and i took our two sons here for a good dinner and fun time so we thought, after purchasing our tickets we went to the dining room to eat and our waitress had to have been on dope. Stopped in on a Sunday evening @6pm . My brother's first time there, grabbing food before the Raven's game. We opt'd to eat at the Bar area inside of the Arcade section. Our bartender was scarfing down food when we sat :) I hope he/they get breaks to formally and take time to eat for themselves. We both got the Burger, medium well. SOOO GOOD actually. lol we both were surprised. The fries were okay. I got the Hurricane drink. It was delish and kind of strong. My brother got the Straw-mang margarita. Said it wasn't strong but liked the look. lol. He's recently over 21 so he's experimenting with cocktails here and there lol We also played some games afterwards. Malcolm, Mike and Tyler were AMAZING! I hosted a group of roughly 50 college students here last Friday. We were provided the VIP room at no extra charge and assigned two assistants that would be our main POC for the entire 3 hours. We were also able to have a buffet that came with boneless wings, pretzel dogs, fries, cheese flatbread, and a few other items and unlimited soda refills. The assistants kept the drinks filled and often would bring out additional food and announce it over the intercom which was a nice touch. It took away me having to constantly chase the students around to announce more food was available. The room we were assigned too was big and included 8-10 round tables all with 6-8 chairs. I appreciated that the room was completely set up by the time I arrived and no one was rushing last minute to prepare. For our evening I also purchased unlimited game play cards which includes $20 to spend on any game in addition to for all games that would be deemed a pc or system game they were unlimited play. We had a ball and all for under $2000. Not bad in my eyes. read more
