Stopped in on a Sunday evening @6pm . My brother's first time there, grabbing food before the Raven's game. We opt'd to eat at the Bar area inside of the Arcade section. Our bartender was scarfing down food when we sat :) I hope he/they get breaks to formally and take time to eat for themselves. We both got the Burger, medium well. SOOO GOOD actually. lol we both were surprised. The fries were okay. I got the Hurricane drink. It was delish and kind of strong. My brother got the Straw-mang margarita. Said it wasn't strong but liked the look. lol. He's recently over 21 so he's experimenting with cocktails here and there lol We also played some games afterwards. I think it was $3 a game card and the cheapest card was $15 for 75 points maybe. He wanted to try out the games and I think he and his friends will come and hang out for a weekend. read more

Service sucks many balls!!! Some ppl are courteous and some did make my experience good but others don't smile and just pass blame. I will not be back but they probably don't care anyway. I will start by saying this place is absolutely beautiful! It is spacious and all of the games were working. The best experience was the virtual reality game. It was a men in black game and it was so much fun. The reason for two stars was for the food and the staff. We sat at a table and about 15 mins later, no one ever came. So we got up and went to the bar. Bartender wasn't mean but didn't seem to be happy to be at work. We took our order. Like 40 mins later, someone came to the bar with our cold food and it was horrible. We got cold wings, cold fries, a $12 chocolate cake with whipped cream that was melted and falling apart because I'm sure it sat for so long before they served it to us. After we got our food, the bartender walked around a number of times and not once asked us if we were okay, if everything turned out good or anything. You know why he didn't ask? I'm sure it was because he didn't care. And we still left him an almost 35% tip. The bathrooms were very very very dirty. First time taking my little ones to Dave and Buster's. Of course they enjoyed every minute of it. This location isn't as big but definitely gets the job done and you're able to keep an eye on the door, just in case you have little adventurers. The location is in the middle of the mall so expect chaos but even with kids running around the area was easy to maneuver. I was a little disappointed in my wings, they were very cold, like someone forgot to heat them up. Nonetheless. The wings were good and I'll know what to expect next visit. read more

Stopped here during a business trip. Service was very slow and food and drinks were decent but inconsistent (as far as speed). The Good. The portions are pretty large and overall flavor and taste was good (not great). The Bad. Some food came out within minutes. Others (mine) took over 40 minutes. Appetizers were out at different times which isn't a huge deal but main courses took well over 30 min. Appetizers were half eaten before we got any drinks (beer, mixed drink) and some were done eating before others got thier meal. The Ugly. If the waiter was more attentive (90 min experience that should have been 45) I would honestly give this 4 stars. The restaurant was not busy and he was all over the place and more interested in talking to other staff and girls than being attentive. Bottom line, it's Dave and busters so I wasn't expecting too much but my colleague insisted we go. It basically met my exact expectations. If a Ruby Tuesdays was had more TVs and was louder and had little kids running around everywhere. 2.8 stars read more

Can't expect much from a place such as this for food. I ordered wings, however they were out. So they were able to accommodate chicken tenders with the flavor I would have had. The drink was very interesting. I asked for a margarita with sugar. They gave me pink sugar but it tasted salty. The service was a bit slow, but I'm sure they are just short staffed. I had a fun time here but overally, I was very unhappy with the varied bar service. In total, I drank 3 cocktails and had a shot of Kettle One... and barely got a buzz. Also, the restaurant area charged a lower price for a drink off the menu versus the game area bar. One "Rose all Day" at the game area bar cost me $17 versus $9 for a blackberry smash at the restaurant area. Im sure different ingredients don't make the costs range THAT much. Another thing was the prize area sucked. For context, I'm in my early 20's and have been to D&B plenty of times while growing up... even with a few points/tickets, I could get some candy or small trinkets. The prize selection was terrible and very expensive. This location doesn't even have the center candy station. Idk what's up with that but the prizes should cost less for those who do not have a lot of tickets/ cannot reload their card to earn more. Lastly, parking sucked. We used an all-day pass from a deal on Groupon. $25 for two people for unlimited play. Evidently it does not include all games, only those lit up with a blue light. All of the games we tried were operational and surprisingly for a Friday night not overcrowded. We waited about 15 min in the main line to obtain our game cards but otherwise no big delay in getting to the games we wanted. As another reviewer has warned, it's basically middle and high school students running amok here, and those who came with parents were largely unsupervised. If you're an adult and don't want to deal with that, go during school days and hours. The one cashier was super curt to other customers and to us, listening to her own music with her AirPods in her ear. We knew it wasn't an earpiece to communicate internally because other staff had actual earpieces. read more

Such a good place to waste some time while waiting on a friend to finish up an appointment at an establishment nearby. I have been to a few D&Bs and this one was basically the same. The only major difference in this one was that it felt on the smaller side. They crammed everything that you would find in a D&B but I think they are near capacity in terms of room. Not knowing that I would be coming to one of these I did not bring my card that I already had. I had to get a new one while in here. The pricing for tokens was not bad and the amount I got, kept me busy enough. The games vary dependent on your likes. I roamed around a bit before selecting a few that I thought I would be good at. We all think that we would be good the games in here, but in reality we all kind of suck at it. I hopped around until I used up a majority of my tokens. I kind of like how they use the card as you token holder and you don't have to lug around the tickets anymore. So much waste with those tickets and this simplified things. Definitely helped me out because I ended up winning a hefty amount of tickets. Going to the prize area can take some time and can be a bit annoying. Especially when you are just trying to look around and make a decision and keep getting like pushed along because other people want to look. I eventually picked out a few things and used a majority of my tickets only because I knew that I wouldn't be back to one of these any time soon. Went to Dave and Buster's with some friends for a game of bowling. The pricing for bowling was a bit expensive but we still had a great time. Ordered the spicy Korean wings but they weren't spicy at all. Asked the waiter to switch them to buffalo wings but those weren't any better either. The wings were dry and there was no dipping sauce. Finally got some dipping sauce after searching for the waiter for a while. The drinks weren't any better either. Tried the dangerous water island punch but it tasted like water. Wednesday's are the best! Because it's half off all games. It wasn't crowded and there are sanitizing tables spread around. Everyone was wearing a mask except when eating or drinking. And there was social distancing being enforced. All of the games were functioning. But it was up to you to sanitize them before and after. It would have been nice to see an employee going around doing it but there were honestly very little workers there. I'd def return and make sure I bring more wipes to sanitize the games before n after myself since all they had was hand sanitizer. read more

OMG -- absolutely HORRIBLE service. Saturday (9/23/2023), we had reserved a table for 10 (plus a highchair) for 2:15 pm to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We figured this was the best time on a Saturday afternoon to get a larger party served. Our daughter had 5 of her BFFs, and my husband and me, plus a couple who are good friends of our family and their toddler. We showed up, got seated, and I hurried to purchase $400+ worth of gameplay cards for the girls. We put in our order by 2:30, with the assurance from the service/wait person, that the appetizers and kid's meal (toddler) would come out first. I told the girls to go play, but to be back within 20 minutes. The girls came back, just as we requested, but no food. At 3:30, I had had enough. The service/wait person had not brought any appetizers, no drink refills, and now we were dealing with a bunch of hungry kids and a crabby baby. I went in search of our service/wait person. She had actually been reassigned to the desk selling game cards. What?!? She gave us a lame response that the ordering system was new and malfunctioning. WHAT?! In the meantime, the equally large party sitting behind us (also with approximately 10) which had arrived 45 minutes after us, were already eating. OMG I was angry. My friend and I went in search of the mythical "General Manager" who was supposedly working in the kitchen. He gave us another lame excuse saying that the order had indeed been submitted at 2:30, and that it was not unreasonable to expect a wait for a larger party -- at the time we were now 80+ min past us submitting our order. No, not taking that one. I wanted our food, and our bill to be reflective of our experience with this restaurant. And, I don't care what you get, please get some food, ANY FOOD, to our table. So they brought, appetizers we had not ordered (which I assume were re-directed from another party). They then brought none of the appetizers we HAD ordered. And -- here's the kicker -- they charged us for EVERYTHING. So, yeah, that was my story of spending over $1000 last Saturday (game cards $30 each for 10; plus entrees/apps for 10 people) at Dave & Buster's at Arundel Mills, and left feeling like the establishment TOTALLY reached into my pocket, stole the money, and completely disregarded anything close to customer service. I notice other Yelp-ers based their review on the food service but my review is based on everything but the service because I did not order any food there. I personally think this is the best D&Bs in Maryland. There's a ton of games, a lot of space to move around (doesn't feel crammed) and a great location overall! I love Arundel Mills except for the traffic during the December holidays and long weekends to get there. Other D&Bs in the state are quite small and not well ventilated imo. Also, no games broke were out of order which has been my experience at the other ones. read more

It really is like an Adult Chuckee Cheese. Great for rainy days. Play some games, have some food, etc. We went on a Wednesday, which is half price game day, during the summer. We were there around 3pm and it was PACKED. I don't think I've ever seen it so crowded. But, even though it was crowded, we were still able to play a lot of games. Several of the games weren't working correctly and some took our tokens with no game. If you go tell someone though, they will refund your tokens or give you a free game. Pros: 1) Many games to choose from, including new VR games, such as Jurassic Park 2) Reasonable selection of "prizes" to spend your tickets on 3) Extensive Menu with lots of snacks, entrees and drinks. 4) Nice bowling alley (we didn't play but it looked nice and wasn't busy) 5) Pool tables (also not as busy as the gaming floor) Cons: 1) It is NOISY. I've been many times but this last time, I had a splitting headache when we left, but it also was the most crowded I've ever seen it. 2) The service for food is VERY SLOW. I'm sure it's chaotic for the servers, but from the time you order to actually get food. It's way too long. From the time we sat down, ate 2 appetizers and were able to pay was well over an hour, probably closer to an hour and a half. My daughter abandoned me to go play games while I waited to settle our check. I was amused because there is a sign taped to the booth that says if you're sitting at the tables, you need to order something every 30 minutes, or basically move on for other people to have the table. I was thinking, do we get free food if you can't serve us in that amount of time? I was in a row with 4 booths and we were the only ones in our row, but many of the tables were busy, as was the bar. Went here for a 5 year old birthday party. My cousin rented out the bowling alley portion. Let me first of say the location is nice! Its inside the mall, how much better can that get. This place is HUGE! Like its a really big Dave and busters, I did not even know they had pool tables and a HUGE bowling alley in the back! That was awesome! The reason why I rated this place a 3? The machines!!!!! Are a HOT MESS!!!! All the kids had trouble with tried cards and wrist bands. It kept saying "card reading error" way too many times. It took 3-4 tries each time we went to a game section. OMG! It was so annoying. The food was pretty good! Their burgers and fries and nachos were great! Their liquor drinks were pretty strong too! The prizes?! Selection SUCKED! Like 750 for a some surprise ball? not worth it lol And the prize room was basically empty when we went on a Saturday afternoon. Not stocked at all. We ordered $60 worth of drinks from the bar then casually took a seat at an open table. A waiter then came by and poorly explained the table seating rule. It sounded like we had a 30 minute time limit, but what he was trying to say was we needed to order from him, in order to sit there. When we clearly did not understand, he was short, rude, and eventually started yelling at my friend and his girlfriend, which then escalated to him asking us if we wanted to take it outside. I will never come here again. I'm sure D&B isn't a utopia to work for, especially during the holiday seasons, but at least make sure your employees talk to customers like humans. read more

Great venue for the whole family - there is something for everyone. Arcade games, dancing, shooting hoops, a bar, billiards, and a room for parties. To play games, you load the power card with a dollar value. i.e. $40 gets you 250 power points loaded onto your power card. On average, it is 3-10 points per person per game. When you are done playing, you can redeem points from the games for a prize. My only complaint is it's always hot in there. If you're playing games such as shooting hoops or dancing it would be nice to have some air on so you're not sweating. I always dress in layers. I always have a great time and feel like a kid again when I come here. My key to staying eternally youthful. :) read more

My 3 year old son played for an hour and earned 435 tickets to pick a prize that was for 400 exactly and we get to the register and was told it's 450 and it was in the wrong place. No one would honor it after it was an error of the employees putting it in the wrong place apparently. After stating that I was gone make sure someone knew about how bad the customer service had been this evening the manager ended up honoring it after stating how he couldn't. We waited over 40 minutes from ordering to get our food, still didn't have silverware when it showed up, and had to send 2 entrees back because they were cold and inedible. I ordered the triple bacon burger that showed up overcooked and undersized. Ordered without lettuce but it still showed up to the table with a piece of it stuck to the bun after it was pulled off from the kitchen staff. Triple bacon burger..only had 2 half pieces of bacon and looked nothing like the picture on the menu. I understand food is made in the kitchen and not the waitstaff's fault, but after we ordered, our waiter was gone and was out of eyesight until after our food was brought out by someone else. Even when he was around, he wasn't very accommodating and didn't ask how we were doing. Polite? Sure. Attentive? Nope. Poor food and poor service. read more

I love that this was open on a Sunday. It's my night off. I came here and immediately sat at the bar in the corner. There were multiple seats between me and the next person. I ordered a drink and wings and they were all out to me within minutes. The fries were crunchy and just the right amount of salt. I order the Jamaican Mai Tai and it was amazing. I loved the ginger beer in it especially. Vinny is the BEST bartender. Ikea is also really nice! I stayed here for dinner, some games, and then for the Ravens game. I didn't want to leave. Actually awful. My sister & I brought my nephew and his friend in to shoot pool for his birthday. The server walked passed us 3 times without making eye contact. We cleaned a table for ourselves and had to call him over to order. His friendliness level was about a 1.5 out of 10. We ordered boneless wings and fries, which were delivered in less than 5 minutes so obviously they were part of a pre-made batch sitting in the window. I said to the waitress that delivered them "Wow, that was so fast... faster than our drinks" and her response was "Oh yeah, the bartenders are slow. They take smoke breaks and stuff." What a completely unprofessional response. If I was her manager I'd be embarrassed, appalled and I'd send her home on the spot. We also didn't have any plates or silverware so we had to wait several minutes before we could eat. Then our drinks did come and my "sour apple mule" was neon green as if it was made with a sour apple liqueur instead of the ginger beer listed on the menu. No garnish on mine or my sister's drink. I mentioned that to the server next time he came by and he shrugged his shoulders and said he's sure the bartender makes it how he's told, then proceeded to sit at a table nearby playing on his phone. First off, the bathroom was a hot nasty mess, like so disgusting I decided to hold it. I alerted a manager who seemed not surprised at all. We waited over an hour for food and then when it came out, the server who brought it out yelled at us because HE didn't bring out the right thing. I'll NEVER EVER EVER come back to this location and I advise anyone coming here for a meal to go somewhere else. A picture of the broken plate they served my kid his meal on. NEVER AGAIN! The service at the food area is pretty bad when I went the hostess didn't make much effort to answer any questions and the service at the bar was very slow. The food and drinks are just okay but the area is perfect for watching sports because there are numerous very large TVs in the area. The gaming area on the other hand is a lot better, there are a lot of options but a little small. They also have a bar and seating area located in the gaming area.
