We tried to grab food before our movie and as we walked in there was a sign where the host stand that said seat yourself and use the qr-code to order your food. As we walked in it was a number of tables that had closed signs on them so we shuffled up to one side. We sit at an open table that would give us space and 3 other parties quickly came and took the other 3 tables that were available. We soon realized that our table didn't have a qr-code on it and tried to get someone's attention but no luck. A little while later a waitress comes and drops off another table food right next to us and we say excuse me to ask her a question and she walks off to one of the other tables that came in after us, greets them and takes their order. She leaves and comes back with their drinks, ignores us trying to get her attention again and takes the drink order of the second group that came in after us! At that point I'm pissed off be really!!!! Wednesday 6/3/26 Let me start by saying the Server was very friendly and polite but had no support. Soda machine was broken so we had to buy bottles at the entrance to the mall. No iced tea no draft beer either. I ordered my usual which was the pick six meal for two. I was drinking water but asked the server if they could remove the cost for the included 2 sodas? She asked the manager and told us there was nothing they could do. Really?? So we ordered lemonades that were never drank. We had a table of 7 adults and spent close to $150 dollars for dry over cooked wings, small portion appetizers and a general feeling that nobody but our server cared about anything. We look around and all the dining room tables have signs that say the table is closed. So, we go down to the bar where there are other customers sitting at various tables and the bar. I ordered 6 traditional thai curry wings & 6 buffalo to go, with carrots & celery bundle- food came up quick, order was correct- Wings were large, juicy, well covered in sauce- a problem with some of the other locations was dried out wings or minimal sauce, but this location did not have that issue- this will be our go-to location for BWW take-out Prices are a lot higher for a bundle of wings than other wing joints- but again only place to get certain sauces, so I tolerate it when the craving hits. read more

Then, they only mark half the tables they don't want you to sit at and play favorites about who can sit at those unmarked tables. After being moved 3 times we were told only the high tables were available, despite having an 80+ elderly lady and a 5 year old. My family and I visited the Buffalo Wild Wings at Arundel Mills Mall yesterday, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, there were 4 customers sitting at the bar and dining area we empty. We noticed two employees sitting in one of the booths. We approached them to ask if we could dine in, and one of the employees, who identified herself as a server, told us to "hold on." We waited about 15 minutes without any update, so we asked again how much longer it would be. At that point, the server told us it was self-seating. We were frustrated because that could have been communicated to us right away instead of letting us stand and wait. When we expressed this, she gave us attitude and even told us we could go somewhere else. Things escalated when she shockingly insulted my mother, calling her a derogatory name. A shift supervisor eventually came over to speak with us, but by then the damage was done, and we no longer wanted to dine there. I suggest going during Happy Hour. You can get some pretty good deals on shots, cocktails and appetizers. I recommend the Salsa & Chips and the French Fries with Salt & Vinegar seasoning. So good. Had a little birthday dinner for my son here. Haven't had a bad experience at this location. The air was on for whatever reason. So it made it a little uncomfortable but was able to deal with. I ordered the passion fruit nojito. You got a hint of passion fruit but not too much. Mainly lime, sprite and some mint. Still had a good taste. I love a good burger and the cheese curd bacon burger wasn't a disappointment. My son just started working at Arundel Mills Mall about two weeks ago. On Sunday July 6th at 5pm he got off work and his dad came to pick him up. They wanted Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner so at about 5:15 my son went in to order both him and his dad's meals. While he waited he noticed some people were eating there that didn't get there food from there. Anyway once his number was called he got his food and started to sit down to eat while he waited for his dad to come in from another store. After a few minutes a young employee with a very nasty and loud attitude came over to tell him he couldn't eat in the restaurant unless he tipped. My son told her that he didn't understand why he had to tip when nobody was waiting on him he already had everything he needed and wanted. Now I must add that my son is very quiet. He doesn't like confrontation at all and he hates to draw attention to himself in anyway because of his weight and size especially when it comes to food. So he agreed to leave a tip but she walked off with attitude. By then his dad had came in to sit down to start eating with him and my son told him what happened but by then the lady had already went to get her manager. They both approached the table and told my son and my husband that they can't eat there they had to go. My husband said why and why was my son asked to leave a tip and approached in that manner. So with no further explanation she said that if they both didn't leave immediately they would call security and have them escorted out. My son and my husband are very quiet so they both were shocked as they never got put out of anywhere before. After arriving at the Arundel Mills mall during the lunch time we were looking for a place to eat and someone in my party suggested we can to this establishment. Upon entering the store there was no seating hostess but a sign that will greet you stating to self seat but some area are closed off making it confusing. Once we were seated and after looking at the menu we decided to order the Mozzarella sticks, southern chicken sandwich that comes with fries, and the traditional+ boneless wings. The Mozzarella stick were decent and the sauce that came with it had a tangy taste that help elevate the sticks. The chicken sandwich was very good and the coleslaw was hitting on all cylinder. The fries that came with the chicken sandwich was a disappointment cause it was just to damn salty. The wings were also waaaaaaay to over seasoned with salt. I feel like my blood pressure going up and my kidneys shutting down due to how to how much salt was seasons on the fries and wings. Went here for dinner after a movie. There was only bar seating available due to the time of night. There was only one waiter for the whole area. He did a great job with everyone but it did take longer for things since he had the whole bar area. Management should have put at least 2 people for that section. Shoutout to Christine! I put in a pre-order for super bowl Sunday and as I was switching the location from white marsh to Hanover, the pick up time did not carry over and refreshed to ASAP. Can you imagine what happened next? Thank goodness I noticed pretty much immediately and called the store. I told them I just out in a big order but it's meant to be for tomorrrow. Christine told me that she'll check in with the kitchen to see if it was already prepared, and it was not. She told me they couldn't refund me, but will leave a note for Sunday 5pm which was when I originally wanted it for. Five minutes after hanging up the phone, she callls me back, and told me to call 15 min before picking up to make sure the kitchen was working on it, and to ask for Christine. At that point I was already feeling the excellent customer service. But guess what, I got to the restaurant 15 minutes before pick up since I was already in the area, and they just prepared the wings.
