What a great company. I had just had foot surgery but needed to do something for my son's birthday. Romel showed up with a super fun truck, told me "just hand the boys over to me and I got them for the next two hours." He got the boys all gaming the way they individually requested (they have different platforms and a ton of games), played some of the boys when they were smack talking and wanted more competition, my son said the party was a 10 out of 10. Romel is fantastic, I don't know how he does it but he saved my bacon that night. read more

If I could give these guys ten stars, I would. I originally scheduled the video game truck, but after my son expanded the guest list for his 8th birthday party (:-/), we asked a bit last minute to add on the laser tag as well. I was so glad we did. Everyone arrived promptly, and the set up for the trailer was instant. I was impressed with how well these young men maneuvered the trailer down a narrow dead-end street. It was tough getting it into our driveway, but my husband removed our mailbox, and those guys didn't give up. I was so excited that it fit! The trailer was a great temperature for a hot day. The kids loved it. The music was a fun bonus. The laser tag set up was amazing. I didn't realize they would have a microphone for announcements and fun music playing in the yard as well. It turned into a bit of a dance party. The kids loved hearing their scores called out, and the young man running the laser tag was so great with the kids and keeping everything running smoothly. They even did an announcement when it was food/cake time for me without me asking. My son says that we should give them a rating of one bazillion. The quality of the games, equipment, the laser tag set up, the music, the atmosphere - all of it was perfect. Next Level made this an event to remember. I have no idea how we will be able to follow this next year. Or maybe we'll just have to do it again! read more

They came out for our annual community fair. They were on time and provided a lot of directions to help facilitate the games. The staff were very knowledgeable and welcoming to all of the families. The kids had such a great time playing the xbox, switch and singing Karaoke! The kids were able to choose which game they wanted to play and everything. 10/10 would recommend for your next event. read more

We had the Next Level gaming truck come out for my son's 7th birthday a few weeks ago and it was such an awesome experience! The host was great with kids (some knew how to play, others needed some instruction on the controllers and such) . The kids were entertained the entire two hours. We took a break for pizza and cake the last 20 minutes. The gaming truck is top notch, air conditioned, and even plays music for those outside the truck to enjoy too! Such a fun party experience. I recommend Next Level 100%! read more

Outstanding experience - Mike is the best! He is very friendly with the kids and is very interactive.

SUCH a fun birthday party for my son! We loved the experience. Everyone was friendly and accessible.... the truck is incredible and made for such an A+ party. I also loved that the party was contained in the truck for limited clean-up afterwards. :) Thank you, Next Level Gaming!! read more

We rented Next Level Gaming for our son's 8th birthday. It was an absolutely amazing experience. Mike and Casey were fantastic! They were so patient with the kids and helping them learn the different games and controls, and were so enthusiastic throughout the party. We would highly recommend them and the company! read more

We hired Next Level Gaming for our school's 5th Grade Promotion event, and if I could give 0-stars, I would: #1, the gaming truck was LATE (not professional) #2, the person manning the truck, Willie Blount, was YELLING at the children to the point that some just left the gaming truck completely #3, Willie was also DISRESPECTFUL to the staff and parents #4, we received countless negative comments from ALL the kids who used the gaming truck #5, we paid for a GAMING truck yet most of the children didn't get to GAME because of how ill-prepared and unorganized Willie was (that is a scam, to pay for a service you do not receive). Our 5th grade promotion party would have been ruined thanks to Next Level Gaming if it were not for other better and more professional vendors who showed up on time, were professional and were actually kind and courteous to the kids and adults alike. We will be using another company in the future, and we HIGHLY recommend you do the same. read more

Michael is awesome!!! The entire experience was great. Good birthday party. Really like it!

Great experience today for our son's tenth birthday party! Prompt setup and the operator helped the 20 kids get into the games quickly and smoothly. The new truck was awesome! Great chair setup and background music and fun was had by all! read more

Mike C did an awesome job! Highly recommend next level gaming for birthday parties or any function.

The truck was amazing and my 12 year old and his friends had the best party. Also can't recommend Mike enough - total pro and he made sure the boys had a phenomenal time. read more

Mike was great! Kids had a blast and everyone got to play as much as they wanted. Loads of options for games. Really quiet from outside the trailer. You'd never know there were games happening inside. read more

I would not recommend this company. The truck showed up at 10:25 for a 10:30 birthday party. I had stated on the advance paperwork that they would have to park on the driveway and they would not have access to plug into internet. It took the truck 10 minutes to park and he then let me know he had no WiFi. It took over an hour to get access to internet for the kids to play all the games. The truck was scheduled for 2 hours and promptly shut down and left at the end of the second hour. I paid for two hours of gametime and received barely one. Management spent all his time explaining the fine print and why they owed me no reimbursement at all then trying to make up for only one hour of gaming at my son's birthday party. He said he would continue the conversation and has since ghosted. Horrible customer service. read more

Top notch service all around. Brendan made sure we were taken care of. The music was on point and the kids wanted to stay longer. Good vibes and the birthday boy enjoyed every second. read more

The entire experience was absolutely phenomenal! We had Mike host our fifth graders for an End-of-the-School-Year event. He interacted with the children and made sure they were entertained for the entire time they were gaming. This was our first time booking Next Level Gaming, but it definitely will not be our last! read more

Hired this company for my son's birthday. They are 100% professional. They operate a state-of-the art mobile gaming platform featuring the latest gaming gear. The inside of the trailer houses multiple gaming stations on large TVs, not to mention the multi-level stadium seating. The trailer supports gaming inside and outside of the trailer. The trailer is fully equipped with power, lighting, and temp control for any season and any location. This company will also be offering live streaming soon to elevate game play. Definitely check them out. They cater to all ages. read more

They were great! Mike was woncerful sity the kids. really enthusiastic and engaging! I would definitely recommend!

My son was so excited that his "first surprise birthday party was with a gaming truck with under-glow",and that the truck was his favorite color; red. I was beyond impressed with the inside of the huge rectangular unit, the branding, the cleanliness, the interior design; it was all Next Level. Coach Willie, owner and operator, and Coach Jake were impeccable. Coach Willie was not only professional, but has a great personality, and a huge heart for the community. He enjoys what he does, and it shows. If you are ready to step up into a funtastic time in gaming, whether 6 or 60, you need to step up with Next Level Gaming and Entertainment for your next event. My son, 11, can't stop talking about it... Thank you again for a wonderful time. read more

The team was so wonderful to work with. Very flexible, kind and accommodating! Really enjoyed the experience.

Travis was very professional! The kids had a great time! He got here a little early and showed me the setup. The truck was clean.

Not sure if this company is even legit. I was trying to book a 2 hour party for $500 ish and they sent me an invoice for over $12,000 and the date of the party on the invoice was 2 months expired. Nothing looked right and then the email says to "click here" to access the portal and pay a deposit. Don't do it!!! read more

I wish I could give this business 0 stars. Very confusing dialogue with the owner. I gave him all the information to book my party and I wasn't at all confirmed and didn't learn this until te the day of. Very disappointing. They don't have good processes or a website for booking. I'm concerned with their level of professionalism. Don't waste your time. Go to a company that can at least provide a website so there's no booing confusion. read more

Terrible terrible terrible. Can I give less stars? Where to begin. First, they canceled the party (a birthday party with like 15 9 year olds) 25 minutes before hand. They called me and said there was an incident. When pressed for details, none were provided. I can understand something serious that happens, but vague details with no facts is highly suspicious. Second, the communication is poor. We get confusing auto messages that make it hard to figure out what the status of the event is going to be. If you are going to run an online business, the communication needs to be better. I wouldn't go with Next Level. Check out my other reviews for a much better alternative. IN RESPONSE TO THE NEXT LEVEL GAMING STATEMENT: We asked what happened. I'm not crazy- if the truck was carjacked or jack knifed or something like that, I can totally understand. However, when the vendor says "we can't make it and I can't tell you why," that sounds a lot like "I've made a financial decision that driving to your event isn't worth it because someone paid for an extra hour." Your screaming accusation is self serving. I asked you repeatedly for an explanation; you did not provide it. Was my tone hostile? Sure. You had canceled an event with no details 15 minutes in advance. In my opinion, I consider that to be potentially fraudulent and a possible violation of DC consumer protection statutes. None of your digital communications addressed the incident in any detail, at all. Saying you send digital communications when you called me and then provided no explanation is factually incorrect. You also never offered a free party. I suspect your digital communications don't address that, because it didn't happen. In any event, a free party wouldn't fix what you did. Again, you can say an incident is not disclosed to anyone but your attorneys or police, but that doesn't seem to hold weight for a customer whose event was canceled right before it was to begin. I'm a reasonable guy, but your answer was unreasonable. Since you seem intent on pressing your view at my expense, please confirm that your registered agent is located at 5000 Thayer Center, Suite C, Oakland MD 21550. read more

Thank you Ramel for making my son's birthday party an epic event! With 14 kids in the truck, Ramel absolutely worked to make sure everyone was having a blast, especially the birthday boy.
