We have rented the basic moonbounce (15'x15') and obstacle course moonbounces, all of them come clean and ready to use (once they're inflated of course). I've heard from friends who have rented from other companies that there was trash, etc. in their moonbounce which they had to clean. This is NOT the case with Hop on Pops, their items come clean and ready to go. Our items have always comes on time, if not extremely early. Our last rental was in May 2012 and the moonbounce came one day early (no extra charge) due to our party's schedule early the next morning. My kids were ecstatic - and so were the adults who got some time to play before the kid's birthday party. I find Hop on Pops cost effective and reliable- which is very important since you never want a late moonbounce for a 2-3 hour kid's party- then it's just pure anarchy!

They had the moon bounce I wanted, despite me booking with about two weeks notice, at a great price and without some ridiculous mark up for delivery on top of the rental fee. They were quick to respond, and any questions I had were answered quickly. The drop-off happened several hours earlier than we had requested, which gave my son a couple of hours of fun before his party, and pick-up was prompt. The guys setting it up were fast and courteous. I hired DMV Bounce for my 40th birthday event, and all aspects went smoothly---from the initial phone and text convos on all logistics and details and contract signing, to text and communication in the weeks leading up to the event, to the event itself. I had concessions (snow cones, popcorn, and cotton candy), blow-up carnival-style games, and a dunk tank, which was a humongous hit with adults and kids alike. DMV Bounce truly amplified the entertainment value at the event and made the day incredibly special and memorable, with guests raving about how much they enjoyed it!
